Danny Feldman's performance exceeded my expectations -- (which, by the way, were high). I hit a car that had pulled out in front of me at an intersection. My insurance company paid all the bills minus deductable and diminshed value of my car ($10,000 damage). BUT they said we could never win a suit to recoup my losses and compensate for minor injuries because the insurance company of the involved individual is recognized throughout the industry as very very difficult to deal with,
Mr. Feldman had been beyond helpful in a previous case, so I decided to reach out to him again. He didn't hesitate to get to work on my case right away. Throughout the process he kept me informed, answered all questions and perservered when others would have given up . Several times during the process, he correctly predicted the next outcome. Had I not followed his advice, my settlement would have much less.
Mr. Feldman did an outstanding job settling this case with not only the plaintiff's insurance company but also all the medical entities that claimed shares of the award.

Unfortunately, I have had two car accidents in the past 8 years both of which I was not at fault. I contacted Mr. Feldman's office on my first accident claim and was so impressed that I used him again on my second accident claim. I enjoy working with Mr. Feldman. He is professional and personable. He read over my medical records, listened to my story and picked up details about how the accident had changed my life that even I was unaware of. He was able to communicate with me so that I understood the process and reasoning behind some of the decisions he made on my behalf. I liked that I could email any thoughts, questions or concerns I was having and Danny would normally answer the same day. Phone calls were also returned promptly. I was really impressed with his intuition during the negotiation phases. He always knew what to do, it was always the right the decision and it always worked for my benefit. The office staff are professional and helpful as well. Unsure if I will ever need his services again but I won't call anyone else. I highly recommend Mr. Feldman.

I don't know if I can properly articulate just how good of a lawyer Tonya is, but I'll try. She represented me in a custody case that dragged out for almost a year and a half. Kevin McKie and the ELG staff were incredibly helpful and eager to do all they could to recover the compensation I desperately needed to pay for my cancer treatment and surgery. The idea of taking legal action has always put me off and I tried to avoid it as best as I could, but eventually, I was left with no other option than to file a claim, as I couldn’t afford to pay for all the procedures.

Gregory Cade is by far the most compassionate and driven attorney I’ve ever met. My mother was a textile mill worker in the ‘60s and was exposed to insane amounts of asbestos dust on a daily basis. Rip Andrews is a young brilliant attorney. He took my case and breathed life into it. He connected with the jurors with his opening statement and never lost them. He was respectful to the other side but never failed to fight for me when required. He took input from me and incorporated it into the arguments when necessary using his own words. Mr. Andrews is a very professional and thorough. He was upfront with me regarding the difficulties of my case, and advised as to my options. Mr.Polson claim on writing the book on DUI isn't just boasting, seeing him in action was something out of a good crime procedural. He was made me very aware of all my options at each stage of fighting my case and sometimes, just showing up is good enough when you're going to trial and prosecution has a case that's seemingly airtight. Mr.Polson disected every line of questioning to the officer carefully and was able to get his eyewitness testimony restricted as evidence only for administering the breathalyzer test, and after the prosecution mishandled one of the lines of questioning related to the draeger test, he was able to get the breathalyzer test thrown out as evidence as well. with the Prosecution holding no other evidence, the judge was compelled to acquit me on everything except the speeding ticket.

I live in Arizona but own 2 properties in Alabama and I wanted to ensure my properties were secured if anything were to happen to me. An internet search led me to Mr. James Griffin and I am very pleased with the services I received. Mr. Griffin explained the different options I could pursue regarding my real estate and advised the pros and cons of each. My choice was the living trust and Mr. Griffin took care of everything and kept me informed every step of the way. He filed the deeds correctly and promptly upon completion of my living trust. Jeff was referred to me after my son got into an ugly mess with drugs in Birmingham. Through out the process he kept me informed and in the loop. He was able to get a felony drug charge dropped in Blount County and several felonies in Jefferson County were negotiated down. Mr. Bell was so greatly appreciated for his work that he did for my husband & I. I don’t usually write reviews, but I promised Mr. Moore I’d write him one. If you’re having issues, HIRE him. He is worth the money. Watching him work is like watching a lawyer straight out of a tv show. I had a previous lawyer who told me my case was not winnable, and that I’d have to take a guilty plea THREE days before case. I only received discovery TWO days before the case. Mr. Moore took over the case, and I had the case dismissed on the same court date, no continuation. I personally vouch that he is the man you need.
