Kevin McKie and the ELG staff were incredibly helpful and eager to do all they could to recover the compensation I desperately needed to pay for my cancer treatment and surgery. Mr.Polson claim on writing the book on DUI isn't just boasting, seeing him in action was something out of a good crime procedural. He was made me very aware of all my options at each stage of fighting my case and sometimes, just showing up is good enough when you're going to trial and prosecution has a case that's seemingly airtight. Mr.Polson disected every line of questioning to the officer carefully and was able to get his eyewitness testimony restricted as evidence only for administering the breathalyzer test, and after the prosecution mishandled one of the lines of questioning related to the draeger test, he was able to get the breathalyzer test thrown out as evidence as well. with the Prosecution holding no other evidence, the judge was compelled to acquit me on everything except the speeding ticket.

I called to speak with someone in regards to my tenant-landlord situation. The intake lady, listened and then said…well I’m gonna tell you upfront it’s $300-$400/hr to speak with an attorney. Okay? And? Did I inquire about the price? Obviously I wasn’t looking for pro-bono work or I wouldn’t have called THIS law firm. Jeff was referred to me after my son got into an ugly mess with drugs in Birmingham. Through out the process he kept me informed and in the loop. Gary Anderson is the most efficient and down to earth attorney I’ve ever met. When I found out I have lung cancer in 2015, I was utterly shocked. I’ve never been a smoker, so I thought that was impossible. Little did I know asbestos was the culprit. I worked on a construction site for several years back in the 70s, and asbestos dust was everywhere. I don’t usually write reviews, but I promised Mr. Moore I’d write him one. If you’re having issues, HIRE him. He is worth the money. Watching him work is like watching a lawyer straight out of a tv show. I had a previous lawyer who told me my case was not winnable, and that I’d have to take a guilty plea THREE days before case. I only received discovery TWO days before the case. Mr. Moore took over the case, and I had the case dismissed on the same court date, no continuation. I personally vouch that he is the man you need.
