I'm a single mother and I was in a scary auto accident. I was referred by my mother to Gregg Hollander who had called him for some information. They were professional and so I called them right away. I hired Jacob to represent my son on probation early release and a ticket. He answered all our calls immediately and had great results in both cases.
I wish I would have met Jacob when my son was originally charged for what was supposed to be a misdemeanor and because we got a lazy, incompetent and unprofessional lawyer my son ended up with a felony.
I mention this because not all lawyers are the same. Some just take your money and go to court without doing any work or doing the most basic preparation.
Jacob doesn’t make any promises he can’t keep but will do the work to win.
We are very grateful to him and would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

I was very reluctant to hire a bankruptcy attorney, for a few reasons. First, there's a service in the internet that takes you through the whole process for free (although you do the filing yourself). Second, too many "attorneys" out there. Well, the best decision I've made lately was to hire Stephen. He's very knowledgeable and supportive, and (very important!) ALWAYS replies back in a timely manner. And his fee ended up being more than fair for the peace of mind I had through the whole process. Well, I got discharged! Thanks Stephen!

I engaged Mr. Orchard's services initially because I received a court document naming me as a defendant in a foreclosure action. Having no idea that I was attached to the property, I needed a local attorney's help, as I live in a different state.
Mr. Orchard patiently explained the legal meaning of the documents to me (actually more than once). Further, in assessing the implications of the documents and their impact on me, I had to share very personal and emotional family issues of estrangement and family wounds.
Previously, I hired a PI to assist with the family issues, but he turned out to be a scammer. I hired a different atty years before for the family issue, who provided bum advice, blew through the retainer, and said that was all he could do. I contacted the sheriff's office, who said there was nothing they could do. I was ready to surrender.
Long story short, Mr. Orchard was able to assist in discovering the familial information I was seeking and absolutely needed (and failed to obtain), and continued to work patiently with me to educate and coach me on the legal recourse I had with respect to the foreclosure. Additionally, I found him to be extremely fair and reasonable regarding the retainer I paid and the manner in which it was used.
His services began in April, 2021, and effectively ended in August 2022. Throughout this time, Steve communicated with me regularly, kept me informed regarding actions taken and actions needed, and represented me in an honest and dependable manner. In fact, I trusted him completely, and felt he always acted in my best interest.
In reality, he went out of his way to ensure I received the surplus funds I deserved from the foreclosure. Plus, he did all of this work over a 16-month period ON A CONTIGENCY BASIS! He even consulted with other attorneys that specialized in a completely different area of law (that was a factor in the claim) in order to ensure he was advising me correctly.
I would not hesitate to hire Mr. Orchard again, and you shouldn't either. If you are looking for an attorney that sees you instead of your money, I highly recommend Mr. Orchard. I found him and his lawfirm to provide excellent service, sound and helpful advice, and to have the best ethical integrity of any lawyer I've engaged!

I used Attorney Zeldin in my social security disability case. He represented me in Fort Lauderdale at my administrative judge hearing. Mr. Zeldin was always very reachable, excellent office staff, returned phone calls, and was very honest. If it was not for him being at my hearing and the points he made, I do not think I would have been approved. I highly recommend him, he will work hard for you.

Andy Blasi handled the sale of our home to a buyer who was very difficult throughout the process. Andy handled the contract terms and his changes were invariably the reason we even were able to close. Regardless of the nonsense the buyers and their attorney tried to pull, Andy quashed their arguments in a professional and straight forward manner. And he did it while handling insignificant details while he literally forced the buyers to the table. In the end we closed and thankfully no need to sue or face a lawsuit over the deposit. Andy is the best. Also, Andy handled a business contract for a family member and somehow got that agreement done. It was a very intricate situation with out of state parties. I had recommended Andy to handle that matter and Andy handled it beautifully.

Divorce is the hardest possible thing I've dealt with especially involving kids. I had taste buds taken off my mouth not wanting to eat due to this matter of divorce to crying that my now ex-wife would let me see my kids.
I left her so she had an avenue which is making my life hard through attorneys to get back. Long story story short I hired a cheap attorney versus not having one worst mistake ever... Hired Andrea she gets to the point divorced in record time. She doesn't play games and plays devils advocate as she knows the system. Best thing she advised to me is that she said to me with ease. "Your the same person going through a divorce with a different last name" She's a 10 Star. Me and my ex wife next to me. She turned a 14 month battle and converted in 90 days.

It took a while to settle our case; however, Natalie kept us positive by encouraging us to remain calm and let the things law of work. Boukzam Law was always just an email or phone call away which is an encouragement. Natalie knows how the system works as I recall, early on on she told us it could take a while and she was right. It took five years to get a settlement on our case but we got it! If you are contemplating hiring a lawyer to deal with your Timeshare issues; I recommend Boukzam Law.

Robert is the best! He represented me in my divorce case. The first thing that he did was to explain the legal papers that I was served in layman's terms, as opposed to the legaleze it was written in. We sold one of our houses we owned but the Title Company paid off the house we lived in currently instead of the one we sold. Mr. Rothman is a Godsend. I reached out to the firm under the implication that my husband and I had a copyright infringement case. In hindsight, this was far from the truth. He took the time to entertain my ignorance and he saved me a few thousand dollars. Prior to contacting Mr. Rothman, I was prepared to pay another attorney over $4400 hundred dollars not even realizing that I never had a case to begin with. As a professional photographer whose work was infringed by a billion dollar company, I really struggled in finding someone to help me fight them. My first attorney was only interested in how much money he could make from me. I was ready to give up and then, by just a fluke, I found Joel Rothman.
Joel has always been so patient and easy to talk to. He is always available and extremely knowledgeable. And he is such a pleasure to work with.
And he works fast. Within four days of hiring him, he filed my lawsuit. I would have never been able to sue them without Joel. The other side was counting on me not being able to sue them and they were very surprised.
Not only did he make it easy for me to afford the ongoing expenses, at mediation he lowered his contingency so that I got a number that I was comfortable with. I dare anyone to find another attorney who would do that.
He is a great negotiator and always gave me the true pros and cons to guide my decisions. I know the lawyers for the company I was suing were not expecting my attorney to be so knowledgeable and experienced at what he does. It was always five of their attorneys against Joel. It did not go well for them.
I am so thankful and blessed that I found Joel. The bottom line is that he actually cares about artists and it shows in the way he conducts his business.

Rich Sierra is truly a rare gem of a lawyer and person. If you want to get an idea of who he truly is, watch the promo videos on his firm's website. It's easy to dismiss such videos as marketing stories. But after my life-changing experience working with Rich to settle a very difficult business dispute for over 6 months in 2020, I can say hand on heart that the Rich you see in those videos is the real guy. He charges a small fee for a consultation call, however the call is actually valuable advice and exploring strategy to solve your case. Going forward, he confirms with you all planned billing so there are no surprises. Lastly, his pricing is surprisingly affordable, which he can do because he handles a high volume of cases with success. Rich has completed several hundred business dispute mediations and resolutions, and during my mediation, it showed. I'm trying not to ramble here, however, I can't say enough great things about Rich Sierra. Rich cares, is a great listener, and is extremely competent as a business mediator and litigator. From Day one Jay communicated extremely well regarding the process of getting insurance companies to pay legitimate claims. I am finding it difficult to even put into words how grateful I am for the work Todd put into my family law case.
From returning phone calls on weekends, to filing emergency documents in the middle of the night, he was there with me every step of the way. I heard from many friends their lawyers were extremely condescending and unresponsive, so I was worried what I may encounter during my journey. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney than Todd. He took my case personally and does not even utilize a paralegal for his practice. He is hands on and does everything himself. He lives and breathes for his work.
Our intitial consult was on a Sunday. I called his answering service and he returned my message within minutes. While he never pressured me to retain him for my case, I hired him on the spot. It was the best decision I made.
My case was invovled and he had the knowledge and experience to see it through, despite many complications along the way. He definitely took an outside the box approach to several matters that ended up closing the case.
No one expects to need a family law attorney. However, should you find yourself in that position, Todd is an excellent choice.
Andrew was also briefly involved with my case and while we did not have much interaction, I was impressed by his compassion and appreciated the time he took to offer his insight as well.
