Breck and his team did a fantastic job with obtaining a better-than-expected resolution to the legal/financial I was faced with. More than that, the level of personal customer service I received was exceptional.
Breck always took the time to respond to me personally, frequently late into the evening and on weekends.
Even though my small case undoubtedly represented a very minor part of the firm's caseload, they understood that to me it was very important.
While I certainly hope not to need any further legal representation anytime in the near future, if I do, Seiniger Law is where I'm headed.

In record time, he was able to elequently and powerfully sumarize my situation for the judge and get me a hearing. He not only turned my situation around… He managed to clear it up.

I hired William Young & Associates to help with an inattentive driving violation. It was apparent through our conversations that Will knew how to negotiate with the prosecutor to achieve the best outcome. He was willing to fight for what he thought the outcome should be and In my situation was ultimately able to get my charge dismissed. One of the things I liked was that he laid out all of the options for me but gave me the choice of what i wanted to do. He would give me his input and answer any questions. He would tell me how things should go during the hearing so I knew what to expect. Will and his staff were very professional, friendly and courteous. His Legal Assistant, Stephanie, was always courteous and efficient. I would not hesitate to use his services in the future and am very appreciative for his help.

This review is a pleasure. John Edwards, with his excellent paralegal, Holly Anacleto, has been the blessing that my wife and I needed to get through a very stressful and confusing time. I had been involved in a bad head-on collision that resulted in a year's worth of medical and dental expenses. John advised me from the start that he needed me to take care of myself and my recovery needs, and to let him do what I had retained him to do. I had only to get myself better, and he would take care of the rest. Sure, I had input, and was regularly contacted to ensure that John and Holly had all case information as needed. But I had no worries such as contacting my own insurance company, dealing with the offending driver's insurance, etc. I knew what was going on, and clearly John knew what to worry about so that I didn't have to. It is difficult to grasp the amount of peace one gets from knowing that "all the potential accident and insurance hassles in the world" can in large part be removed by someone who gives you the comfort of knowing that you are well represented. I contacted Mr. Sennett to assist with an employee plaintiff matter. He reviewed the information I sent him thoroughly and explained all the good and bad points of my arguments. He ultimately opted not to take my case, however, he was very patient, spent a lot of time with me, and went above and beyond expectations despite ultimately not agreeing that it was as solid as I saw the situation. That said, I would work with him again if the opportunity arose! He made sure to set me on the best path to find some justice even if he couldn't provide it for me directly. He had my best interest at heart. Definitely recommend!
I put "hired" because he spent multiple hours on my case, which he ultimately could not support, so it was well above just a "consult". Because he couldn't help me on a contingency case, he didn't bill me for all his research time, which was substantial.

James resolved an odd case for me in which the address on my title was switched with my neighbor over 15 years ago, and despite the neighbors property being sold twice since then it was never caught. I live remotely and had never met James, I was fortunate to find him on the internet and am very glad I ended up working with him. I tried to resolve this myself and got nowhere so I reached out to James. First he gave me advice on how to resolve it myself and offered to help if I wasn't successful. After failing to resolve it I went back to James and he agreed to help. He was able to find the original title company even though I had lost the documentation and pursued a solution through them. Simultaneously he pursued an alternative solution with the owner of the other property. Timing was important because the property next door was set for foreclosure with my physical property listed as the legal address on the title. James kept me up to speed on all aspects of his efforts. He was courteous and professional in resolving the issue, and ultimately when the situation demanded it, aggressive enough to gain cooperation to resolve the problem. James resolved the problem, clearing my property from complications with the foreclosure, correcting the information with the county and solving the problem. He did all of this remotely as I no longer live in the area and never met face to face. I found James to be professional, competent, and fair. I was very glad he was representing me and was very satisfied with his work and the outcome. While it is never inexpensive when you need legal advice, I felt his fees were fair and that I got a very good deal for the work and results. I would rely on James for future real estate work without hesitation and would recommend him to friends and colleagues. Working with James was a very positive experience.

Save yourself and your money and *do not* give this firm, specifically Boyd Hawkins, your business. After I thoroughly explained the situation to the rather kind intake woman at their firm, Boyd took my consultation appointment at his rate of $150 per hour. Unfortunately, he clearly didn’t listen to a word I said during it, he kept going off long-winded tangents about matters that I was not there to discuss and I had to repeatedly ask him to stay on the actual topic. I cut the meeting as soon as it was glaringly apparent that I couldn’t trust him to represent me in this legal matter. He wasted over $100 hard earned dollars and even worse, MY TIME.

Michael Johnson was able to take on an extremely complicated case on short notice and complete what was requested in a reasonable period of time. I had spent a bunch of money with another law firm who kept saying they were doing things but never actually doing what was asked. Michael picked up the case and was able to figure out what was going on and complete what was requested in the amount of time requested and did it for an extremely reasonable price! My wife and I hired Michael to facilitate the adoption of our grand-daughter. A few years prior, we had a different lawyer help us establish guardianship of her and we were not at all pleased with that lawyer so, needless to say, we were skeptical of lawyers prior to meeting with Michael. In our first meeting, Michael told us what to expect in this process from beginning to end and stated his fee up front and advised us to expect a few other court costs as well. Everything he said on day one is pretty much how the entire process unfolded. No unexpected charges or unexpected hoops to jump through. A lot had to be done to accomplish the adoption, but none of it was unexpected. Also, Michael was very patient with us, answered phone calls or returned them promptly and always answered emails promptly. For our needs and expectations, Michael was and will be a great asset. We plan on using him again early next year for some estate planning. Highly recommended.

Cannot manage their own stress and take it out on their employees and their less favorable customers. Their work sucks because of their immaturity and inability to take care of themselves.
