Save yourself and your money and *do not* give this firm, specifically Boyd Hawkins, your business. After I thoroughly explained the situation to the rather kind intake woman at their firm, Boyd took my consultation appointment at his rate of $150 per hour. Unfortunately, he clearly didn’t listen to a word I said during it, he kept going off long-winded tangents about matters that I was not there to discuss and I had to repeatedly ask him to stay on the actual topic. I cut the meeting as soon as it was glaringly apparent that I couldn’t trust him to represent me in this legal matter. He wasted over $100 hard earned dollars and even worse, MY TIME.

With the fear of jail and disruption of my family life , I had a public defender that didn't seem to care much about my outcome, after a quick Google search I found Nona , the initial sticker price for a competent lawyer was a shock , but in the end Nona was very informative and tough with the prosecuting attorneys. Everyone was held accountable. After a very stressful period Nona got me the best possible outcome I could have hoped for , where the public defender said minimum jail time, Nona ended the case with no jail time. He has the experience and knows the in and outs of the law , and as a plus he has close professional relationships with everyone that will be involved with your case. I can't recommend Nona enough. If you have the option to pay for representation Nona is the choice.
Nona's paralegal Lisa Wilson was beyond helpful as well, constantly reminding me of my appointments and playing tag with phone calls. She was a line of communication when it was needed. And Always with a positive deminor .

We had to face a some nasty situation trying to access resources for one of adopted children. Randy was EXCELLENT and helped us through all of it. When we were threatened with a felony, Randy came to the hospital to defend us and guide us through the entire situation. Hired Scott for estate and domestic planning for myself and my significant other. We are unmarried but live together and have joint assets that we wanted to protect as well as ensure we have legal power of attorney in case of accident or illness, etc. Scott explained all the options and helped us select the quickest and least expensive route to achieve our goals. He was also very helpful in explaining the pros/cons of wills versus trusts. I would highly recommend anyone looking into estate or domestic planning to give him a call - you can't sort all this stuff out for yourself using online or free legal services!!

I hired Chuck and went from every other weekend visitations to sole legal and physical custody. It didn't happen over night, and it took diligence and perseverance from both of us and I couldn't have done it without his representation. I have had many lawyers in the past and it's truly hard to get a lawyer who has in-court experience, and my custody battle.was ferocious. My ex never would agree to mediation and this is when a top of the line lawyer is truly necessary.

In the nearly 2 years we have worked with Chuck we learned what a caring and honest man he is. He didn't tell us what we wanted to hear nor did he ever try to over inflate our expectations. When we talked with Chuck he always listened and asked questions. He also took notes of anything we had concerns about. He talked us back to reality when we had a hard day in court, and always made sure we knew what the next step was or what to expect. He always pushed to show our side of what was going on and made sure our concerns were voiced. Whenever we reached out to him he was always available even during covid, on the weekends or even after we finished. He would check in on our kids and how visitations went. His invoices are straight forward so you always know what you are paying for. His staff is always as caring and friendly as he is. He was highly recommended to us and he lived up to that recommendation and so much more i would not hesitate to recommend him.

I can't say enough about Michael Larsen. His knowledge of the law, professionalism, constant lines of open communication and rapid responses to inquiries made me feel at ease through this ordeal.
He worked out a plea that reduced a misdemeanor with license suspension, heavy fines, possible jail time and a mar on my record to a simple infraction/citation and $90 in fine/court costs.
I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know. Michael is well versed in defense law as well as having an understanding of the prosecutor's viewpoint since he's worn both hats.
Hopefully I don't need him again but I highly recommend him to anyone who's in need of a sharp, hard working attorney.

We retained John Browder for our litigation on a recommendation from from another attorney. He was described as a very nice bulldog, and he was everything he was described to be. He turned around what we felt was a hopeless case after what we had been through over the past months.
