Long story short, resent college grad, no job yet, bills to the moon, car recently repossessed and I was having a hard time making ends meet! I was unsure about filing bankruptcy and I tried to work with my creditors, but when my car got repossessed, I really felt like I was at a dead end. That was when I decided that I needed a lawyer, and I found Joe.
This is the very first time I have had to hire a lawyer to represent me, and for my first experience with a lawyer it was a great experience! The thought of hiring a lawyer for the first time really made me nervous, especially for bankruptcy.
I wasn't interested in hiring a lawyer where I would only be working with his/her secretary or assistant. I was able to work directly with Joe. That really made me feel at ease that I would be getting answers directly from Joe, the attorney handling my case. Joe is very intelligent and very knowledgeable about the laws pertaining to my bankruptcy case.
He is definitely a people person! He was consistently available for questions and concerns and he has really gone the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. I felt that Joe really cared about his clients and sincerely wanted to help me as he always answered my questions promptly. He really helped reassured me that everything was going to be okay every step of the way!
Filing bankruptcy is embarrassing for me and it was a hard decision but I am glad I hired Joe! l really felt at ease having Joe handle my chapter 7 case! My experience with Pasternack and Zirgibel has been nothing but a positive experience. Although this happened in 2010, I remember it as if it were yesterday. He handled my hearing with the Milwaukee Public Schools with skill and aplomb, using logical reasoning and pointed questioning. As a result my suspension was overturned at a time when the teacher's union, MTEA, was unable or unwilling to represent me in a competent, effective manner and had given up my case for lost. Justice was ultimately served when an embarrassed MPS forced my principal, who brought the case, into retirement.

We had gone through a foreclosure process with our bank over three years ago when the bank dismissed the case. After almost a year and a half with no word the bank filed again. Attorney Kilkenny represented me in a landlord/tenant dispute. He was recommended by another attorney. At first I was a bit apprehensive about hiring such a young attorney but Attorney Kilkenny has proven that honesty, intelligence, and a strong work ethic can provide excellent results. I was originally planning to spend $4,000 on attorney fees but he was able to negotiate a deal with the landlord and reduce it to about $1,000. He's willing to do what is in the client's best interest rather than what is more profitable for himself. His hourly rate is also very low for the caliber of his skills. I've used attorneys at large law firms in the past and have found that they sometimes don't have enough time to dedicate to my case. Attorney Kilkenny, however, promptly responded to all my calls and emails and I can't recommend him enough.

My wife quit her job and her employer withheld her final paycheck, requesting that she come into sign paperwork she was not legally obligated to before handing over the check and then lying to the Department of Workforce Development and claiming she had kept keys.
We contacted Scott and he was able to litigate our case effectively, reaching a settlement for twice what was owed and then successfully motioning for legal fees to be paid by my wife's former employer. Throughout the process, he was professional and communicative.

I was not paid by my employer, and thought I was never going to get paid for work I did. Looked around for employment law attorneys and Scott Luzi took my case. He was able to get the wages paid to me that I deserved with an additional penalty for refusing to pay me initially.

I knew John for more than 5 years by now. He is a great lawyer. My case went from a simple custody case to complicated divorce and relocation case. He was always well prepared and knew how to hand the case. The most thing I liked in dealing with him was being able to predict the court outcomes. He made a road map plan that we followed, and it worked well for us. He knew the plan that my ex-wife's attorney had which made me well prepared to the court.

Attorney Mistrioty is the kindest, most respectable attorney I have ever worked with. His mastery of mutliple subject matters is impressive. I Absolute LOVE Block Legal Services. Mariah is very professional and sweet. My Attorney Nick DiUlio is wonderful. He was hired to handled two major issues for me, and I will continue to be a client of this Law firm.
The fees I was charged were fair, and the services I received were outstanding. I needed some repairs done on my home and needed to take out a loan. I was told that it wasn't going to happen until I went to probate court. Esq Nick DiUlio advised me that I did not need probate court, alI I needed was a simple form it took 24 hours and it was done.
When the company I presented the form to rejected it. Nick jumped right in and advise the company he disagreed with their assessment and educated them on the law. It was beautiful to watch. He did not play any games with this company.
