I was married for 48 years and one day for whatever her reasons my ex decided she wanted to be single again and filed for divorce. She attacked assets with a vengeance and things got very ugly. To be honest I didn’t know how to cope with it, I was a mess of conflicting emotions.
A dear friend recommended me to Harry Damm. He took the lead for me and convinced me to take the highroad. Aside from his great knowledge of the law and how the court system works he showed me what I needed most -Compassion.
I was indeed very fortunate, I found a great lawyer and more importantly a great man.

Mr Brunetti represented me exceptionally well. This was my second time requiring his services. The 1st DWI, he got my case dismissed. This 2nd time, he got me a great plea deal considering the severity of the charges I was facing.
It all turned out exactly as he said it would.

I was given a referral by a friend to retain Neil Cahn and from the first consultation I knew I had made the right decision. He really put me at ease and explained everything to me in such a thorough and knowledgeable manner. He was extremely professional and definitely had the best interest for myself and my son, and always went above and beyond in every way possible. If I could give more than 5 stars I would a gazillion. Mr. Fassberg took on my case which was extremely complex and won me a settlement. He is the best personal injury lawyer ever! My case passed through 3 other law firms that couldn't or wouldn't do anything with it and Mr Fassberg worked miracles. He is first a professional, and yet kind, compassionate and a caring man. He truly cares about his clients. He made great sacrifices so I didn't have to. There are lawyers and there are miracle workers and he is a miracle worker. Love, love, love this man. I was run over on my motorcycle by a person who had minimal insurance that barely covered my expenses. Mr Fassberg not only took my case, but sincerely helped me get over my injuries. He is a Rock! Stephanie was the rudest person I have ever encountered over the phone. This is a time of grieving and I'm newly appointed to the estate, her abrupt tone and literal laughing at me was so unprofessional and unnecessary. She did not even know or ask who I was before laughing as I was transfered to her the operator after trying 3 extensions first that were given to me by my lawyer. I was requesting some information and was told I needed to call them directly and my lawyers could not go further without this call. Not only did she laugh and interrupt me over and over she made it seem like this was requested and she's working on it why did I call. Either way I definitely think she is in the wrong profession and not a second of that was necessary or productive. Shame

I found Mr. Feinsilver to be a very fair and honest lawyer. I consulted Mr Feinsilver regarding a bankruptcy for my business and he was very honest about the challenges that I would face and what the bankruptcy can and cannot achieve. I was convinced that this was the only way forward but after consulting with Mr. Feinsilver I have decided to hold off on bankruptcy. He could have easily taken my money and just filed the bankruptcy but instead he counseled me on what is in my best interest. Strongly recommend.
