Brandon provided hope to my family at a time when our options appeared limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed nigh on impossible... A 10 year case of complex issues that Brandon stepped into on year 8. Not only was he able to defend us, but he has guided myself to remain calm with an empathetic demeanor. My needs and rights as a good parent were put among my childs, which always was Brandon's first concern. I was treated with respect and as a person rather than a number. My opinions were valued and my doubts were always reassured. If I was looking at things in the wrong way, Brandon was honest enough to tell me exactly that and that honesty wins my entire faith within this terrible Family Law system I have dreaded almost as much as those making such decisions probably do. I have quite a few steps in my battle but Brandon has somehow made this ordeal a battle for the best interest of child rather than allowing the typical back and forth BS.
If you're dishonest and unable to to put your child first, I'd highly not recommend Brandon.
If you're an honest parent willing to trust in order to be trusted that wants to whole heartedly fight if need be, compromise, stipulate or litigate if it means your family is in good hands.... Then I hereby recommend Brandon without any reservation.
Btw...if like myself.... Money was a huge factor in my decision making and first off.... Yes, of course family law is expensive and when I learned the hard way it truly does matter whether you go ProSe or not... I researched until my mind couldn't handle anymore. I retained Brandon after MANY consultations and my case's paperwork began within a week. 2 years later I unfortunately researched again knowing my case was a complex case that could no longer be "stipulated" and knew I needed someone that was going to litigate shall it lead there due to contempt and my child's emotional and psychological welfare in question. Brandon is entirely commited to believing in our children and their needs moreso than parents and I respect that so very much.
Again, my research all lead me back to my number 1attorney! I look so very forward to my case have an opinion and order via the court based upon my sons best interest and I have absolutely no doubt Brandon will be just as ready that day as he was years ago.
You can't go wrong with an attorney such as Brandon O'donnell! An added compliment is his compassion and incredible sense of style to boot haha!
Chances are whoever is reading this is desperately wanting the same peace of mind and facing the same fear as myself and for that, I'm sorry and know you aren't alone. Brandon truly does care and guides you as much as he listens. I wish you the best of luck!

After years of not getting anywhere with another lawyer. I spoke with McKenzie, and he assured we would get past points of friction regarding my divorce. McKenzie called me and asked me what I was trying to do or what I needed to settle. He was very thorough and precise in his questions towards, and he seemed genuine and empathetic told him we had been separated for 3 years and I did not want anything except to be divorced. After much push back from the opposing counsel, McKenzie fought for me and ensured I didn’t give anything else up. When the MSA was received it was exactly what I needed and wanted to move forward with the divorce. In just a matter of time, I had my final MSA and my divorce was finalized. I spent money on an attorney prior and she never fought for me or asked what I needed. Every time I asked, she told me that we would talk after, and we never did. McKenzie on the other hand was extremely transparent and notified me right away about the negotiation process with opposing counsel. He showed me what a lawyer should do for a client, and I will definitely be recommending him to people in need of a lawyer.

This man gave me confidence in having a lawyer. He took my case pro bono and helped me get 50/50 custody of my son when I thoughtthe best I could hope for was visitation. He never lied to me or gave me false promises. He explained the risks and what I needed to do to have the best chance of giving my son equal time with both parents. When I first met Ari I was still whirling from no longer being a witness, but suddenly “the target of a federal investigation”. While cinema is rife with attorney/detectives of near superhuman abilities, in the real world it’s hard to imagine being assigned a better Public Defender than Ari. I found him genuinely caring, yet tempered with the gravitas of a seasoned veteran in a profession where life can literally hang in the balance of a few words. Sharp and perceptive, Ari knew what to say and ask to cut through the whirlwind and address my most pressing concerns. He made it clear that what had happened, happened, and WE would assess what that was exactly, what my role had been, and from those any potential liability.
Ever straight forward, Ari informed me he was not particularly familiar with the field of law my case fell under… but he would be.
