Pierre Domercq is an outstanding communicator. My now ex wife was so problematic and full of unnecessary bullying and threating tactics of litigation over a pin drop. I was emotionally exhausted and unsure of the unsettled waters that were on the horizon for me. I handed the reigns over to Paula and she delivered not only in silencing my ex wife, and negotiations with opposing council, but in the court room as well. I hired Paula at the beginning of my divorce and then found another attorney. I was not happy with her turn around time / ability to multi-task. She would tell me she needs a week to get back because she is busy with one case. Also I believe I could have avoided a Sapeena if she had submitted my pay stubs to OPC earlier.
The other aspect that did not work out for me is accuracy in communication, granted I am a bit of a detail-oriented control freak. I had provided specific text to change and she did not merge it, more than once.
At the time she worked for me (2017) her rates were the cheapest I had seen. The best part being the minimum billable is 1/10 of hour, not 2/10.
I have no doubt others may be satisfied with her services.

Testimonial: U Visa
I entered the United States illegally at the age of 17 years old in 1988 and have resided in San Diego County ever since.
In 2001 I was detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement and subject to deportation proceedings.
13 years residing in the U.S. and a bond amount allowed me to leave the custody of the immigration and Customs Enforcement and be able to fight my case out of their custody.
That same year I hired the services of a well-known immigration attorney in the San Diego area. It took 11 years between appeals and the costly fees for his services until my case reached the 9th circuit of appeals where they finally ordered my removal from the country in 2013.
That same year and before I was deported from the country, I met attorney Ashley through a referral. After exploring some available options Attorney Ashley found that I was a candidate to apply for a U visa. Unfortunately, my deportation was already scheduled and could not be stopped due to negligence on the part of my previous representative.
Attorney Ashley took my case before my deportation and helped me with the U visa process while I was already out of the country in Tijuana Baja California Mexico.
Her dedication, passion and commitment to her work got my case approved and brought me back to my family in San Diego CA. in early 2016.
Thanks to her and her commitment to helping her clients I am now a legal resident of the United States of America, and my wife was also able to obtain her residency as a collateral consequence through the U visa.
We are very grateful for the help she gave us, bringing me back from Mexico with the U visa and reuniting me with my family.

Ryan is amazing. Getting scary letters from the IRS is not fun, and he helped to walk me through even worst case options so calmly that it helped me find my center and remember that even if the worst case was a reality, it was going to be okay. He’s not money hungry, he’s generous with his time, and is an all around great human to spend time on the phone with (in person I’m sure as well, my experience was just over the phone for now). He was also incredibly responsive and got things done at lighting speed, which these days is so precious and rare. 10/10, Highly recommend!!

Профессионал своего дела. Постоянно на связи, если возникают какие-то вопросы, то сразу получаешь ответ. Отлично подготовила к вопросам для суда, проработали все возможные вопросы от прокурора. Также от Юлии получаешь моральную поддержку, которая необходима в такой волнительной подготовке перед судом. Отлично оформила кейс перед отправкой в суд, на что также указала и сама судья. Суд выиграли, вопросов от прокурора почти не было. Судья и прокурор сошлись на том, чтобы выдать статус.

Stipp law firm is awesome. I was in a car accident in June. I did my research and decided to go with stipp law firm (I called maybe 15 lawyers).
What made me decide to select stipp law, was when I called, they didn't want to talk about money. Every other lawyer I called hounded me about how much I could make, and there high percentage they would earn.
Stipp law genuinely cared about my well being. They set up every thing for me, doctors appointments, mri's, consultations etc.
Through the whole process they answered every question I had anytime I had it. They called and email me frequently to keep me updated. I never was put on hold when I called with questions. Every email I sent had a quick response.
The insurance companies kept offering unfair payouts, but stipp law firm fought tooth and nail to get me what was fair. They are wonderful, honest, and hardworking. They did everything for me.
Deffintly will use them again in the future

My HOA was having problems and our property manager was lying often and withholding financial documents, so I hired Danielle Wakefield for help. She gave me information about my rights as a homeowner, and she fought on my behalf to get straight answers from board members and the property manager. Her expertise changed my situation because she empowered me and let the property manager know that his actions were no longer going to be tolerated. Shortly after I hired Ms. Wakefield, the property manager resigned, and our HOA is running much better.

We needed to create a trust so our estate could be passed seamlessly to our children when we are gone. We hired Clinton Crosser based on recommendations from our friends. He is impressively experienced and knowledgeable in this area of law. An added bonus is his patience and his delightful personality. Covering all the bases to create a bullet-proof trust is anything but simple, no matter what the on-line ads may say. Crosser law is thorough and meticulous about careful preparation and correction of any errors that may be found. All needed documents such as grant deeds are identified, and Crosser law recovered these for us when missing, filed necessary papers with the county, and gave detailed instructions and forms for us to take to our banks, stock brokers, etc. He gave us a big, well organized binder ("The Blue Monster") with all relevant documents and instructions, including detailed instructions for our kids to follow as successor trustees. All this for a reasonable price. Bravo!

Ryan Alexeev is an amazing lawyer and a good friend. I went to her office regarding my wife's case for citizenship a year ago. She is one of those persons who would listen to your case, give you personal attention before she takes up your case or not. She is not like other lawyers out there who listen to you only when you pay them. Before going to her, I went to couple of other lawyers who didn't give me any hope regarding my wife's citizenship.
