James is an outstanding attorney. In my experience, during the course of about 12 months, he always had my best interests in mind, always responded promptly to my communications, and was always honest and up-front.
Three things James recommend to me, when we first met for our consultation, and then another thing shortly after, gave me full confidence in him, and achieving a speedy separation/divorce.
First, he recommended to refrain from offering anything I wouldn’t accept myself.
Second, refrain from making unreasonable or unfair requests.
Third, if still in doubt, do not request or offer anything that a judge would’t find reasonable and acceptable.
The other thing James told me, after reviewing all our paperwork and process, was that my ex and I had already completed most of the work, and if everyone was prepared to sit together and be reasonable, we could have everything completed within a few hours.
Unfortunately, reasonable was not in my ex’s attorneys vocabulary. And in the end, not only did my ex failed in all her unreasonable requests, she also wasted a ton of money because she picked an attorney who did not have her best interests in mind, and she lost our house because her attorney went AWOL for multiple days prior to paperwork deadlines (now I have the house even though I gave my ex first option).
Bottom line; James is honest, fair, and professional, and he’ll look after you and your best interests in a fair, honest, and speedy manner.

I was initially hesitant and even skeptical of asking a lawyer to help us with estate planning. We had only a modest and relatively simple estate. At the urging of my wife, we met with Duffy Palmer who educated us in estate law. His patience and honest answers to our many questions left us with a new appreciation of issues we had never considered. We learned about the costs and legal tangles often encountered in probate, and we did not want to lay these difficulties on our children. Instead, we wanted to pass on our estate to them as efficiently as possible. We became convinced that the cost of creating a revocable living trust, reworking our wills and powers of attorney would be a good investment in the future of our family. The resulting trust and related documents would simplify and eliminate many of hurdles and costs that arise at the time of a death. Mr. Palmer is young and he is honest and stable. His services do not end when the portfolio is completed. The process of crafting the trust required several phone calls and back-and-forth emails with our edits marked in red. We feel very good about the final product. Mr. Palmer patiently worked with us until we had completed all of the necessary actions. We now have an Estate Planning Portfolio that contains the necessary paperwork to cover the many possible complications that can occur upon death. We highly recommend Mr. Duffy Palmer and the estate planning process he expertly performs.

If other Immigration Attorneys refused to take your case or gave you insane fee estimates, she's the one to go to. On our side since the beginning, she's been a solid rock in a difficult situation where our green card approval was at risk because of a condition of inadmissibility that needed to be waived. We had endless conversations over the phone and she's always been so resourceful, professional and realistic, but also passionate and supportive. You can definitely trust her because she knows what she's doing and she's prepared to fight for your rights until the (happy) end. Ms. Prister returned my phone call in less than 15 minutes to answer immigration questions I had for my mom while most lawyers wouldn't get you in without appointment. Mr.Bunn and his assistant JoAnne worked with me throughout this difficult journey. Dennis Sargent was amazing from the get go. He was patient with me, making sure I had all the details of my seperation agreement finalized before proceeding to file for bankruptcy. Amy helped us after my mom passed navigating the state requirements to become an executor for her estate, do what is required for probate, and finally distribute her estate as per her wishes in her will. She is also going to be our estate lawyer after this dust has settled. She's wonderful, and has held our hands throughout the process, carefully answering questions and in this time when a loved one passes, offering her grace and empathy. What we recommend is that EVERYONE AT GLENAIRE meet with her right away, to make sure your estate is in order and your plans are exactly what you want - because she is RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER FROM YOU. My wife and I set up a revocable family trust with Privette Legacy Planning.
We set up a consultation meeting with Amy. We felt that Amy had the expertise and great attitude to put together a trust for us. She exhibited a great amount of patience with us as she translated legal terms in our trust to plain English! We’re glad we finally moved ahead with her firm. We felt the price we paid for her services was fair.
Amy’s assistant, Sara, supported us during the entire process. Amy wanted to be sure our documents were set up properly and that our assets were named properly to the trust. This office even assisted us in filling out the paperwork to transfer most of our holdings to the trust. This is quite a process, so this help meant a lot to us. Following my husband's return from the hospital with a diagnosis of Lewy Body Dementia, I found myself in charge of our finances that he so aptly took care of for 42 years. A friend shared his experiences with CFEP with me and I called them the same day. Within six months, under the guidance of CFEP staff I was able to set up a trust insuring that what we had worked so hard for was protected for the rest of our lives and for our children. The staff at CFEP is always very professional and available to answer what might seems the very basic of questions. We contacted Carolina Family Estate Planning after moving to North Carolina from New Jersey - we wanted to make sure all our important documents, including wills, healthcare directives and trust documents were all up to date and compliant with our new state laws. They responded to us immediately, and through several meetings including the most important one with Kellie, we had our (pretty complex!) documents updated and ready for signature within a matter of days. She answered every question clearly and kindly - this kind of thing can be stressful but they she and her team went above and beyond to make us feel secure and at ease. Their office is absolutely the most organized lawyer's offices we have ever been to, right down to the document delivery which came in a tabbed binder and with copies on a flash drive. Be careful of pushy advice to do an emergency custody hearing based on Ann Margaret Alexander's opinions and high fee which she earns with every outcome. Be aware that these hearings are very quick and may be based on falsified documents with no time to make an actual case and she will push to settle and acquiesce under pressure and collude with the other attorney. She makes a lot of money on these quick hearings and doesn't do her clients justice. It's amazing how her opinions change drastically after the hearing- an abusive parent is no longer abusive just the alpha parent (after she collects her fees). Also, be aware that these emergency custody hearings, if there is unfavorable outcome, will ruin any changes of a permanent custody change in the future. Do your research and homework in these situations!

My company is in another state but needed representation in NC. I researched online before deciding to go with The Doyle Law Offices and do not regret it. He made everything simple and easy for me to handle from remote and kept me in the loop throughout the case. He gave great insight during the case and I had a favorable resolution to my issue. His office staff were always pleasant to speak with and I always felt I was a priority. My case involved a few out of state entities and he was able to muddle through the muck of a multi-state issue fairly easily and did his best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. He laid out the options and costs of each but did not attempt to sway me toward the most profitable option for him. He simply provided his insights and allowed me to make the best choice for my organizations goals. 10/10 would use again if needed.

I was appointed administrator of my fathers estate having to deal with an unruly younger sibling. I went through two attorneys in my county only to find out that it is a "good ole boys club" I felt I had to get an attorney outside of my area. I contacted several and decided to give Mr. Doyle a shot. I drove two hours to meet him. He listened to what I had to say. Within a few days he contacted me and said he was willing to help me. This is the most positive feeling that I had in over two years of trying to settle the estate. The man will do exactly what he tells you he will do. I have nothing at all negative to say about my experience with attorney Doyle. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking legal council. If you are looking for someone that is going to work for you, he will feel you out and if he decides you are worthy of his services, he will do his very best to bring a resolution to your problem. In closing, I can honestly say this, I hope I never have to obtain the services of an attorney as long as I live, but if I do I will be giving Hank Doyle a call.

Lisa LeFante is my absolute favorite lawyer! My divorce wasn't something desired but Mrs. Lefante listened and provided knowledgeable legal guidance whereas during & later I didn't have to worry, legally, as to what happened. This quality from Lisa led to a quicker personal healing in my situation in addition to the support my Faith provided.
We had some favorable outcomes too due to her toughness and reasonableness in negotiating with the other counselor. In the end i felt i only used a small bandwidth of Lisa's abilities for my matter.

Mr. Titsworth has been a great communication link to help me through my workers compensation claim. When I call the office I am helped with the best service possible.
