Jonathan handled our closings for our purchase when we moved to NC, then drafted a will for my husband and I! Shop around, you'll find a lawyer eventually, maybe? I highly highly recommend you cut to the chase and employ Paul (Danny) Bradford. The paperwork review Danny requested we complete seemed cumbersome at first but this requirement painted our financial picture and ultimately produced the end results we were hoping for. We especially loved his personalized one on one service, no frills just the facts, no promises just realistic outcomes based on our inputs and his expertise. Danny Bradford did an excellent top notch job for my family and I. Danny and staff handled our bankruptcy case with compassion and real caring plus the added element of understanding. Hardison Wood is truly an answer to a literal prayer. I had only been in NC for about a year and had an issue with a mechanic. He and his staff were transparent and honest as to what the best cost-effective path would be, but ultimately left the decision up to me --- and won pushed to ensure I was duly compensated Then, just recently I had a car accident and Hardison and staff once again they told me all my options, gave me pointers on how to negotiate the property damage of my claim and pushed to settle my case for double then what we initially discussed. I feel lucky. No one really thinks "I can't wait to need a lawyer" but there may come a time when you do and then comes the question "How do I choose?" I feel lucky in that I chose Brad Hill Esq to represent me. No only that my case was resolved positively with an outcome that I was pleased with (hired to resolve wrongful/discriminatory termination) but that Mr. Hill made a stressful situation feel positive. I found the right person to speak on my behalf. Mr. Hill was at all times polite, respectful, understanding, compassionate, articulate, thorough but concise, prompt, timely and even a touch humorous. Having to need a lawyer is stressful and not something that people want but even in finding Mr. Hill before things were resolved I felt relieved. I would hope to not need his services again but happily recommend him to anyone who may.

I contacted Hathaway Law after receiving a mandatory appearance speeding ticket during a speed trap set up on Hwy 70 in NC. I was new to NC at the time, and only passing thru that area so did not know what to do. Within days I received nearly 30 letters in the mail from attorneys offering to help me with my ticket. The letter from Hathaway Law was professional, informative, and answered some of the questions I had. I contacted the office and spoke directly with Atty Kelsey Hathaway. She knew my situation. She already had a plan of defense and assured me of the best approach and typical outcome. She gave me payment options. Once I attained her services, I never had to do anything more. On the day of my hearing. She appeared on my behalf and got the outcome she told me she would. She immediately sent my receipt and adjudication from the court.
I was worried after receiving the ticket. Hathaway took the worry and stress away by doing what they said they would do. I hope to never have another issue that requires legal services. But if I do, Hathaway Law will be my first phone call. I highly recommend them!

I can’t say enough good things about the work they did for us. We worked primarily with Kellie Corbett, but we also had interactions with several others at the firm (i.e., Kathleen Morrisey) and they were all outstanding.
Their expertise is without equal. We had many concerns about protecting our estate and they communicated effortlessly the technical details of how to do that.
Financial planning is frequently a maze and will tie many in a knot. Kellie and her fellow lawyers made what was confusing clear and what was complicated easily understood.
We are profoundly grateful for the work they did and the sense of security they have provided us.
