This will be a long review but my divorce was long and it is necessary to highlight all the ways Greg helped me. My case was complicated from the start as my estranged husband refused to participate at all in the divorce. He just ignored all requests for any paperwork to even get the process started. He moved out of state to further frustrate the reach of SC courts. Attorney Forman was knowledgeable in filing extensions when these antics required it. He was able to navigate through the courts even collaborating up to get action through the Pennsylvania courts to enforce SC motions.
Attorney Forman did not budge at all even though my ex was making everything as difficult as he could. When I finally got my day in court for finalizing my divorce, Greg made sure to put things on record to ensure if my ex decided to later continue that I was protected and ready.
I do not wish Attorney Forman to have any cases like mine ever again but he is more than capable of handling even the difficult ones. He is amazing and I always knew he was fighting for me and I was in good hands.

If you need a divorce attorney, I highly recommend Mr. Gregory Forman. I hired Mr. Forman on October 16th 2024 to take over my case as I was served divorce papers on March 1st 2024 and the case was lingering with no results. Mr. Forman was incredibly knowledgeable about divorce law and worked diligently to protect my interests. Mr. Forman was always available to answer questions.
Mr. Forman filed my financial declaration in 2 days and in less than 2 weeks responded and filed my response to production.

Not only was he able to finally put an end to my horrific 2.5 year divorce case, but he did it quickly and at a fraction of the cost. He is a man of few words and a man of action. He was extremely accessible and shattered the norm for how poorly my previous lawyers treated me. I first ran across David when I got out of school many years ago. I got into a bad collision and already had attorney representing me at that time. We had a deadline looming in a few days to submit an appeal we had prepared and decided to run it by an attorney and revise it as needed. The SC Bar Association Referral Service matched us with Mr. Nauheim. He was very busy but took time out to talk with us, rewrite our appeal, and did it in the span of a day because of the few days left in the appeal process. We thought he definitely improved what we had written and he explained what the appeal should contain. We greatly appreciated his help. Adam Young saved my life. I was charged with two charges that would’ve ruined my professional life. My arresting officer seemed to like me and told me to hire Adam if I had the money to do so. It was the best money I’ve spent in my entire life. Last year I was involved in a case with DSS and I decided to hire Mary Lee Briggs as my attorney. The whole process extended for a year and half but she made sure to keep my mind at ease at all times. She puts herself in your shoes when she is representing you and that’s something you don’t find everywhere.
