James was my brother's lawyer and created his will and Trust. He was the lawyer/executor, I was the Trustee. When my brother died we worked together to fulfill the will and Trust directions. One account did not make it into the Trust and so we had to go to probate court for that. This was mostly during Covid so court dates, appointments, etc., proved challenging. Throughout the entire process James was throrough, highly communicative, proactive and responsive. He was also compasssionate and "human". I have to say, Mr. Hark earned his way to be one of the top lawyers in New Jersey, and the sorrounding areas, for a reason. I am honored to have been able to have him in my corner throughout my case. He and his team never made false promises, and were always honest with me and my family. Knowing that there are several different factors when dealing with the courts, depending on the specifics of one's case, it is reasonable for people to feel somewhat skeptical at times. But, Mr. Hark never stopped fighting and I am appreciative of that. He held up his word all throughout the process. Mr horicon his staff did an amazing job representing me in a motor vehicle crash, an eviction, a restraining order, and a criminal matter. He was able to successfully have the criminal matter dismissed, the restraining order dismissed and he just settled a car crash for me within 18 months from the date of the crash. His staff was always involved in on top of things and I was always aware of what was going on with all of my cases. He and his staff are very accessible kind and helpful at every turn every time I called. I felt like they were really involved with me and cared about me and my legal woes. I would be happy to call them again any day of the week. I also recommend them to anybody that's looking for an attorney to help them with a criminal, personal injury, family, restraining order, traffic, or other legal matter. I hired Mr. Hark for a very serious criminal charge in Camden County and then caught a second serious criminal charge in Camden county. Not only did he get me out of absolutely guaranteed state prison he got the case, remanded to municipal court, and got me straight probation on the second case. Did I say straight probation? I meant to say one year probation, not to not three or not four years probation. he did an amazing job. He was in touch with me every step of the way, constantly kept me informed, worked with me regarding my payment plan and inability to get a job given the pending criminal charges. He really was concerned about me and my well-being and my families well-being The entire time. There wasn’t a time I couldn’t get in touch with him… He’s always on call and available to help you and your family with our question. I absolutely highly recommend Mr. Hark for any criminal matter. I also understand that he has helped a few friends of mine with personal injury and Worker’s Comp. matters. They put me in touch with him and said the exact same thing. Best phone call I ever made. While speaking with Mr. Rothkoff for the first time, he asked "why are looking for legal help with managing your mother's estate?" As Power of Attorney for my mother, I was terrified I would make a mistake that would be to her financial detriment. I lived in one state, she was currently in another and was re-locating to a third. I have been very happy with Mr. Cherry's paralegal Sylvia. I recently hired Mr. Cherry for selling my parents' house. Sylvia fielded all my questions. She got all of the paperwork together promptly. She knew about the closing out the home equity loan and ensured that the bank was involved. And on top of that Sylvia is personable. Mr. Cherry also found issues with my contract and corrected them. He was able to represent me at closing. The buyers wanted a concession, but Mr. Cherry negotiated it away.

Mitch Mullen has got to be one of the best divorce lawyers in NJ. My case was complicated. I went through three other lawyers. I dropped the three other lawyers because they either overbilled, didn't get back to me or were just incompetent. Mr. Mullen somehow navigated my litigious wife's lawyer, helped to get a baseless Final Restraining Order dismissed and charged me much less than everyone else. Mr. Mullen is technically competent and very honest. I think Mr. Mullen also does a good job because he has paralegals which do all the admin work. So there's never a problem with scheduling, fees or reaching Mr. Mullen for an update on your case.

The first time I contacted Mark was in July 2017, before I was facing any charges, it turned out that the state filed simple assault charges against me, and in December I needed an attorney to represent me in court. Mr. Bernstein spoke with me from July up to December, and was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and outlined what I can expect.
Mr. Bernstein provided super representation and achieved an incredible result, the case was totally dismissed! I would also like to mention that the case had a co-defendant, the co-defendant had his own attorney, and Mr. Bernstein was able to work amazingly well with the other lawyer!

I would absolutely recommend Kevin to anyone that needed help in his area of expertise without a doubt.
I liked working with his firm because they were highly professional and the rare thing you don’t find very often these days which is excellent customer service. When I had a question or information for him, he responded within one half hour every time, and if he was in court, his secretary would get in touch with him and provide me with a time that he would be able to call me back. He never left me hanging.
What stood out about Kevin for me besides the fact he was able to get all charges dropped, was the day I hired him I was pretty upset and full of shame and he was so sincere when he said “ Listen to me, you have absolutely nothing to be ashamed about, everyone makes mistakes “, which is so true, and making mistakes in life is (if we learn from them) are actually the only way we grow and learn as human beings.

I am a Father and my daughter wanted to live with me and attend school closer to my home (I wanted to enroll her into private school) so that would mean I would need to become the primary parent of residence. I thought it would be impossible to get that changed because I also have a career as a firefighter so my work schedule rotates and its 24 hour shifts. I contacted Robyn and she was upfront and honest provided me with possible outcomes.
