Words simply don’t do enough to express my genuine gratitude for Young and her Teams support in handling my husbands immigration case. We first connected with Young about a year ago to adjust my husband’s status as he overstayed his visa. I found Young through my legal insurance offered by my job with MetLife, Young acted quickly once we contacted her office and shared our love story and its legal challenges of immigration. It was an absolute pleasure working with Bill and his team in the past 5 years on my successful petitions to obtain Permanent Residency (including Removal of Conditions on PR) and eventually Citizenship.

I get recommended by a different lawyer. It's all started when we have a case of asylum in california with no end. She was able successfully to move the case from California to Illinois.
After it has been in California court for over 7 years with no results from California lawyers. We We're able to get a consultation with Ms. Mosley and we felt Confident enough to hire her, so we did.
That was the best decision that we ever made. Within 2 years she moved the asylum court to the migration office. Covid came in stopped a lot of back logs, but she was on top of things Constantly contacting the immigration office about the update and informers of what needs it from us to do. She made everything in ease.We even had the fingerprint done.
And she gives us all the contact of the doctors.What do we need to do with the physical? We give her everything and she just took care of it. And now, after 2 years we just received the green card and she was even on top of it. Before we receive the card, she sent us an email of approval from the immigration office.
Her staff was always inform us if we have any questions. She always answered the phones and answered all the emails without a delay.
... I highly recommend her and her staff for all what you have an issue with whether it's a migration problem or asylum problem. She is the best of the best, and she worth every single penny.

I filed chapter 13 and it started rocky but after meeting with Tina and Mr. Adams and the process being explained. I got a discharge paid in full from the court. My husband and I started his immigration process back in 2018. Our journey was a difficult one dealing with immigration and their long processing times and half the time just no response. We initially had started with a local firm back in 2018. All we heard from them was we had to just wait. We were devastated. We were then referred to McEntee Law Group by one of our good friends. I needed to apply for my marriage-based Greencard while living with my wife in The Netherlands. I chose Natalia and McEntee Law because my brother had also hired her to help with his company-based Greencard and recommend her. I would highly recommend Natalia.
Unfortunately the US immigration process is ridiculously complicated, costly, badly documented by USCIS and NVC, and takes a ridiculous amount of time to process. Having experienced it, I recommend hiring a lawyer if you can afford it.
Natalia and her legal aid Susie helped us as we applied from abroad using the consular application process. She helped us understand the process, gather necessary documents, avoid making costly mistakes, advised us on what to include in our application etc. Together with Susie she also checked all our documentation in fine detail. Any time I had a question I emailed Natalia and heard back within a day. She contacted USCIS and the NVC on my behalf to clarify certain things. It was such a relief to have a dedicated lawyer in our corner.
We finally moved to the US a few weeks ago. I have my Greencard and it's a huge relief. We're very thankful to Natalia and Susie, they have been fantastic!

Sadly in the state of Illinois drivers can have as little as 25000 insurance.
With over 250000 in hospital, rehab, physical therapy and other various doctors charges that 25000 doesn't go very far.

As a small business owner that made a terrible honest mistake with IRS taxes, we were referred to Lane Marc Gensburg by our CPA .
After a short call and a reasonable retainer amount of 3k Lane started working on my case, getting information about our situation, we were positive we got the right guy! ABSOLUTELY NOT! This is the type of lawyer you need to stay away from, he transfer our case to Michael Gutting from his office, this guy was a total joke, he made us provide all the paperwork we provide Lane again, and of course he charge us for it again, this time the bill come back more than twice the retainer amount, we immediately called Lane , overwhelmed by the bill amount, Lane told us that the majority of the work was done and we should not get anything significant bills, but of course we did!!! Not only that the bills kept coming he also wasn't informed at all of our case progress, I remember we had a conference call between Michael, Lane and my business partner and he didn't have a clue on what's going on with our case.
Not only he was just a very expensive way to transfer all of our business financial information to the IRS agent, we end up worse then before we hired him, the tax agent was pissed and before his office start working on this case, the tax agent was willing to help us with payment plans and was going to recommend reducing the penalties, but that was not the case anymore.
At the end of the day if Lane was honest with us he should take our case as an adviser and get the CPA that freered us to him to provide the paperwork to the IRS.
Again we are a small business and almost 20k fees are not proportional.
