I was referred to Susan for my legal services from an employee. She is a fighter and won't give up. I could tell just by talking to her 1 time she was the one I wanted to have on my side in the courtroom. The cops tried to get me woth a dui while I was sleeping in my car at home. She got it dismissed. She is professional and very caring. I would highly recommend her for your legal services. She is the best!!

I WAS GIVEN A HUGH SETTLEMENT IN A CAR ACCIDENT IN A CASE THAT OTHER LAWYERS TURNED DOWN. HE AND HIS STAFF AND INVESTIGATORS FOUND FACTS AND LAW AND INSURANCE COVERAGE NO OTHER LAWYER EVEN MENTIONED. HIS STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AND MR MOLIN UNLIKE OTHER LAWYERS WOULD SEE ME WHEN I THOUGHT I NEEDED TO SEE HIM EVEN IF I PROBABLY DID NOT REALLY NEED ANYTHING BUT HAND HOLDING.. I’ve been reading this forum for advice, and I finally decided to make a post. My scores were as follows; a year and a half ago I got laid off and defaulted on multiple cards/ loans. Finally getting the hands off it. Have a total of around $42K in debt, but $18K in charged off accounts. Have a decent paying job at $70K a year. My credit score was TransUnion 510 (FICO8) in Dec 2023, Equifax 490 (FICO8) in Dec2023, Experian 470 (FICO8) in Dec 2023. Had a milestone $700, Cap 1 plat secured $1000, a random store card for $300. I was looking for a way to raise my credit score. I read an article here about a deep web credit hacker called PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST. I contacted him and it was like magic, this dude raised my credit score to TransUnion 805, Equifax 808, and Experian 811 and created an excellent credit history on my report.

My DUI case was very delicate and complicated concerning use of prescribed medications while driving. It wasn't a normal scenario whatsoever and he was able to get me a favorable outcome. I did not get charged with DUI or loose my license. Rather I agreed to a 3 year diversion program that required me to continue with monthly psychiatric therapy, random drug testing and recovery classes. This was much more helpful to my unique circumstances than me loosing my license, having a huge fine and therefore unable to afford private therapy as I have no medical insurance. Instead he worked the prosecutors DA and the judge to reach a more helpful outcome that would benefit my health physically and mentally and not set me back any further than the recent traumatic experiences and stressors had already done. He worked diligently, keep me well informed and appeared in court without me on all but 2 occasions as I live 3 hours away from Shasta County. This was a tremendous help financially. His rates were more than affordable and fair and I believe he genuinely cared and understood the bigger picture at hand. His assistant was very helpful and pleasant to work with and they made it easy for me to get the required documentation to them well before my court dates. I really appreciate his help. It made a huge difference in my life and the outcome was more of a help than a burden. It restored my faith in the justice system as there were some mistakes made by law enforcement in my case and the outcome could have been a major setback. He was through, competent and determined to get a helpful favorable outcome for me. He is wonderful, caring and serious. If you need representation for a unique complicated case, I would recommend Geoff and his law office. He even traveled all the way to Redding from Chico to handle my case. I couldn't be more thankful, after 1 year of diversion compliance and progress, the DA and judge agreed to dismiss all the charges. Amen What a lesson learned.

I knew I needed to create an estate plan for many years but the thought of doing it was so daunting, I had put it off. I had several friends who had gone to Nicole and they spoke very highly of her so I made the appointment.

First off, I need you to know this is the very best law office in the entire Butte County area. They are extremely courteous, polite, professional and business oriented. Stewart is very upfront about what he thinks and never ever tells you what you want to hear. Brutal honesty is his policy. I had a very stale case that had been basically sitting for almost 2 years. I contacted Stewart and he informed me that it's not gonna be an easy settlement. However in the end he ended up getting all my bills paid, medical, MRI's, loans and still able to put cash in my pocket. I had an attorney before and they never returned calls, never answered questions and acted as though I was causing an issue when I did call. I never experienced this with Stewart's office. Call and get in touch with the very best in the business.

Mr. Galbraith did a great job of advising and representing me after I was hit by a car while I crossing a major street in a crosswalk. In the big scheme of things, this was minor, but it did keep me out of work several weeks and involved the need for physical therapy and I very much appreciated a professional advising me on this journey. I have since advised 2 friends who needed a personal injury lawyer to go to Stewart and they both give rave reviews of his professionalism and honesty and positive resolution of their cases.

I was a Mr.Galbraith's client for two years and I have a great deal of appreciation for his hard work for me. I have used John Rank’s office for at least 4 legal transactions, ranging from administration of my parent’s trust, development of my personal trust and sale of property. Each transaction has been incredibly professional. The most important part of each transaction has been the communication from John’s office as I was always aware of the steps John was taking and his office always informed me of the steps I needed to take. If you are reading this review, you are already aware of the vagaries of the law and are trying to find an attorney who can guide you through them. I don’t give a top recommendation often but John Rank’s office is deserving.

I used Mr. Puritz in a case involving a young man rear ending me in Paradise. I had a previous back injury and surgery so the insurance claimed prior injuries. Larry stood by me and ultimately they found that the fuse in my back from surgery had broken in the accident and we settled out of court for much more than I ever thought we would.

Matthew Luzaich hands down has to be one of the best attorneys out there! When he represents you in court he makes you feel like you are his top priority. I not only refer David cases, he has represented me and my office. He and Dick Molin are the ONLY lawyers to whom I send personal injury and business cases when clients ask my advice about lawyers outside criminal and dui representation, which is what my office does. There are over 300 lawayers ub Chico most of whom went to the local night law school. Do not hire these "jack of all trade" law firms who claim to be experts in everything or have huge yellow-page and other ads. Do not hire lawyers who add up the number of years lawyers in there office have practiced and claim some "combined" experience or claim after less than 10 years as a lawyer to have been the only lawyer picked as "number one" for a length of time three times longer than they have been a lawyer . I have been a lawyer in Butte County over 40 years and I know almost all the lawyers in the area. Do not go for the bill boards and TV adds and even names scrolled on the back of buses or shopping carts. David and his staff are professionals in every way.
