I have been searching for a probate attorney on behalf of my mother. We’re not familiar with the San Diego area so after a quick Google search we came across Robert Clavel and his law firm.
When I originally called it was close to end of the day. I left a voicemail. I was not expecting a call back till next day.
To my surprise, Robert called me back approximately 15-30 mins after my initial call.
Not only was he quick to respond to my inquiry, he also took time out of the end of the day to advise me for 20-25 minutes.
The advice he provided was informative and helpful. When I shared the information with my relative who had their own consultation, the information we were both told lined up.

Mr. Lipinsky, demonstrated excellent analytical skills and experience in the area of law for my particular problem. I was impressed at how quickly he was able to logically process the facts, apply specific experience and relevant labor laws to my particular problem. Faced with the daunting task of having just days to file before the statute of limitations ran out, I was impressed with how quickly he was able to make reasonable judgments and assumptions about my case and file such a compelling complaint and other documents before the deadline.
Mr. Lipinsky applied his excellent interpersonal skills to develop a trusting relationship. It’s very difficult to trust others to look out for you specifically when you are going through a battle surrounded by distrust. He understood and conveyed to me the strengths and weakness of my case and worked directly with me to achieve positive results. He involved me in the creation of a resolution without placing his opinions above mine. He patiently educated me through how the litigation process works. He sincerely owned my problem, and encouraged a belief that he would do everything possible to help me succeed. He was willing to learn about my expected goals and outcomes, explaining what he would do for me.
During mediation Mr. Lipinsky’s skill as a negotiator was remarkable. Here he consistently demonstrated his ability to make wise decisions, take sensible risks and implement fair solutions when met with challenges. He conveyed wisdom and experience as he managed expectations selectively using leverage to help guide a resolution. Legal fees did not become a barrier to a settlement in my case. I was the victim of harassment at my place of work, based on my same sex relationship and my status as a gay male. I was taunted, called names, humiliated infront of co-workers by my supervisors and manager. When I told my H.R rep and district H.R they did nothing. The last straw was when my H.R and supervisor started telling the general workforce about my sexual status and if they've ever seen me in any lued acts. That's when I took legal acting against the company. Daren was recommend to me by a friend, so i looked him up and read his profile. I was looking for a lawyer who had experience in labor relations, sexual harassment and harassment based on sexual orientation and he fit the bill.
From our first meeting, he made me feel comfortable discussing the full details of what was happening to me at work. He took notes and kept me composed during every meeting we had. He gave me realistic time frames for what was to come moving forward. Standing up to my harassers was not easy but Daren assured me that I was making things better for myself and others.
Fast forward several months.... Litigation time. He prepared me about the environment we were about to enter. I was extremely nervous and excited at the same time. I wanted to tell the "Big Brown company" I have worked for and still do what they've done to me and how wrong they were to treat me and many others like me that way. So they had the TEAM of lawyers and the district H.R manger on one side and Daren and I on the other. Daren's words were sharp, clear and to the point. To make a long story short, we came to a very fare settlement. I did not loose any wages and still had my job which I've held for 17 yrs.
In the end I left really good for what I've done and I owe it all to Daren, for taking my case, knowing the law and caring for peoples rights in today's society.

I had questions about my inheritance taxes and setting up a will. Kevin explained estate and gift taxes to me and helped me figure out that wasn't much of a concern. He explained things in a way I could understand and didn’t try to scare me like other attorneys had. I ended up setting up a trust with him and will be back whenever I have an issue.

I am so grateful to Mr. Paris my attorney for getting me much more than I ever expected to receive!!! I was involved in a hit and run accident and although I was in pain I was not going to seek legal representation believing it would be a waste of my time. Well I have never been so wrong before in my life and I happy for it. I am so thankful my husband contacted Mr. Paris on my behalf and I went in for a consultation, because I ended up needing back surgery and lost my job.
My main goal was to be pain free and off medication so I went forward with the surgery. Mr. Paris was always available to me anytime I had questions or concerns. Whenever I called or emailed he always responded promptly. He even helped me obtain funds that I needed to pay for my health insurance deductible prior to my surgery that I would otherwise would have not been able to obtain.
It has been a little over three months since my surgery and I am now pain free and although I lost my job, I do not have to worry because I honestly can say from experience I hired the best attorney around. Ms. Al-Chalati demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, right away she began to build not just a client-attorney relationship, but one where trust was the key factor. She did this by always speaking with me in terms that I could understand. Always clarifying why and when certain things needed to be said, written or materials produced. She expressed concern for me as a person always challenging me to look at the outcome with reasonableness. She allowed me to express what I wanted and she promptly educated me on what would need to be done for that to happen. I trusted her when she explained strengths and weakness of my case. In any question I asked of her she would always provide meaningful feedback and act upon it appropriately.
Ms. Al-Chalati was a warrior when it came to analytical and research skills, she worked tirelessly spending many evenings and weekends preparing documents for the case. I know this because she made herself available to me, and I never had to bug her for attention. I was 18 by a few days when I was arrested, it was all my family could afford to do to bail me out, Julian Ducre took my case up for substantially less than his competitors, because I truly believe that he is out to make a difference, he worked out a very flexible payment plan. I had no Idea about the legal system but he walked me through step and saved me from some fatal mistakes. my only issue I ever had was ( very rarely ) communication mishaps because he does carry more than one case at a time.
I was offered a terrible deal , but I didn't know any better if I would have signed I would have been behind bars for 35 years. after character references ,( suggested by julian) and a psychological evaluation also suggested by Mr. Ducre the DA realized the scope of my case and changed their offer to a mere 180 days.
so the way I see it I owe julian for the next 34.5 years, hopefully this review will help
Julian Ducre is a great man , a great friend , and a wonderful lawyer

I was a client of Mr. Elrawashdeh in 2016. He took my car accident case and promised to get my vehicle repaired and take care of everything. 6 weeks after the accident I had still not gotten my car fixed I ended up calling the insurance company myself and taking care of that portion. As for the doctors he sent me to a chiropractor and after 6 months of treatment I was still not feeling myself but in his words the “ more you go to the doctors the more you get” after all was said and done ( nearly 1 1/2 ) I received a letter from the office saying they could not represent me any further and I was stuck with a nearly $9,000.00 bill from the medicals. In my opinion the worst representation ever. Would never recommend nor step foot in the office again. Good luck with ever having his office return a call to. My experience.

Via AVVO consultation, originally consulted on both WC and Labor Law. Leticia emailed me back per my request, since I was avoiding phone call as much as possible.
Leticia was very kind on the phone and kept me at ease throughout phone conversation. Although my case was complicated with multiple WC and labor law old and pending new cases, Leticia was very considerate and understanding even though I was getting upset at myself dealing with such depressing complex case situations.

Mr. Garcia saw me for a consultation regarding a rear end collision I suffered. I had never been a part of any litigation process in the past and I was a little wary. Mr. Garcia was truly compassionate and asked questions about the incident, but mostly he was concerned about the long term effects I was having. He encouraged me to seek the medical assistance I needed, and I am glad he did. Once I sought treatment my symptoms started to abate. He answered every question I had and walked me through each step that would need to be taken.
The entire treatment and litigation process was well over a year, but Mr. Garcia and his staff communicated with me regularly. I never had an unanswered question or confusion regarding the treatment and litigation process. I ended up having my medical bills paid for (with nothing out of pocket) and a settlement to compensate me for my pain and suffering. I would recommend this firm to any of my family and friends if they were in a similar situation.

Jacob took my case and stated that it would be quick. Workers comp case. He dragged the case for over 3yrs. Acts like he is high class lawyer when he is more of an Avon sales man. Jacob kept postponing trail, in the end i ended up with nothing. Kept losing docs or asking me to get them; again. Better of defending yourself.
jacob luna lacks experience and should switch careers to car salesman would be better.

To make a long story short, my ordeal 2 years ago was a nightmare experience with this Attorney. From the beginning he wanted me to take my case to trial. I knew very well that was not going to happen and I just wanted to get a plea deal and end this ordeal. He was very stubborn and kept pushing ,me to take it to trial. Off course, that would cost me a few thousand dollars more. What upset me the most was the fact that while I was waiting for my court date, he hardly had any communication whatsoever with me and kept telling me "don't worry, everything is going to be fine". On my first court appearance, the District Attorney offered a plea deal and MY Attorney declined it without my consent!! I was being offered 30 days plus restitution. I had no idea they had offered me a plea bargain until a few court dates later, when they went ahead and filed a whole bunch of other bogus charges and requested the Judge to incarcerate me. I was taken into custody and spent almost 6 months in jail! All this happened in a 1 year period. The most disgusting part about this Attorney is that he went to consult with me only ONCE while I was in custody. Once again, he wanted to push my case to trial, which he knew very well that there was no point in doing that. He even said he had "a friend that would buy my car (for a ridiculous low amount!) so I can have some money for my trial. Overall, in my opinion he is very inexperienced in certain cases and thinks he can handle them, when common sense would have told him not to take a case he had no experience with! Dealing with him was a much more worse experience than the time I spent incarcerated.
