Adrian been handling my case but after today? HELL NO
This was a small claims case open in March. Adrain lacks attention to detail and was requesting information from a company I NEVER went to which dragged on for 2 months. If I didn't get involved, did my own research and found the correct info, this probably would have went on for another 2 months.
On the 24th of July I was advised a release form will be sent to me , called back on 2 days later because I never received anything. Adrain percise message "I'm trying to get it now. If not, we should have it by Monday."
Guess what? Monday comes along Nothing. Called adrain in the morning, no response. Called around 2:15pm he answered the phone and immediately hung up. I called back no response.
I called the office directly and spoke to Megan. All I have to say Megan gave me realistic update and will be assisting me further on.
After my experience with Adrain, i question the integrity I will be having my legal team look over my case.

I have been unimpressed by their ability to communicate and act in an organized manner. I'm months into a patent application process with them and I can't seem to get over the finish line. Messages go unanswered, deadlines missed, and an overall lack of concern. A disappointment so far. We'll see if I get to update this with anything positive, but now that all my payments have gone through I'm sure I'm not a priority.

If you truly want to save your home from foreclosure, you need Margery Golant on your side. Her wealth of knowledge about the mortgage industry is incredible and she will fight for you with every bit of that knowledge. I do not think we would still be in our home today had it not been for Ms. Golant’s tenacity and the fact that she cares deeply about her clients and their ability to remain in their homes. Many, many nights laying there next to my wife, shaking instead of sleeping.
The feeling of abject failure and the loss of so many years of work and dreams.
My initial mind set when I got behind on my mortgage was “I didn’t pay and I deserve to get foreclosed”. It certainly is a pretty straight line to that opinion. And you can rest assured that the so called judges in the Foreclosure Court, who are appointed, not elected, by and large believe this is true too. The long process of defending ourselves from the loss of our family home, which was the repository of every bit of our income (beyond consumables) for most of our lives, was an eye opening experience and some hard lessons about the law and in particular lawyers.
Lots of lawyers will line up to take your money, and as much of it up front as they can get you to pay. I have more than several acquaintances who paid eight thousand, ten thousand dollar retainers. This was quickly burned up on ticky tack back and forth with the bank/servicer and then they lost their homes. One leader in my scout troop found out she was going to auction 7 days before it happened and her family of 5 had to move in with her mother in law.
I’m here to tell you what you need is a Knight. On a Crusade. And that is who Margery Golant is to her clients. When she says: “I am personally disturbed to see consumers being taken advantage of…” she really means it and I have seen it many times in our long and SUCCESSFUL battle to not be foreclosed. Ms Golant had 3 judges disqualified from our case for public comments they had made that clearly showed the bias so prevalent in Foreclosure Court. She had our case removed from the Foreclosure division and put in Civil, where the judges answer to the voters, and care that the decisions they make are legally valid. She had the Service of the foreclosure thrown out 6 times. She fought a brilliant war of counter tactics and strategy that went on for well over 9 years. It seems crazy looking at it written here. Meanwhile my kids grew up in their home and thrived. Words can’t express our gratitude and if you are in this terrible situation, believe a survivor that this is your best choice for representation.

I'm a middle aged guy. I only mention that because no matter how optimistic your point of view, the margin of error for mistakes in judgement shrinks as you get older. It's like a pilot who couldn't successfully get out of a stahl, just because he was too close to the ground. He knew what to do, but there just wasn't enough time to recover (I fly a Cesna 152).
I recently signed a contract to sell my house. In the weeks prior to the closing date, I got a sobering understanding of the state of the real estate market. Houses were absurdly expensive. Sure I sold my house for good money. But now what ? Too late though, I signed a binding contract. Can't get out of this stahl, not this time. The buyer was paying cash, and already had $250K in the escrow. This is as a done deal, right ? As it turns out on the day of closing, there was a discrepancy or misunderstanding on the buyers side, which my very astute escrow attorney pointed out. I was referred to attorney Richard Gaines. Since time was of the essence, he was communicating with my escrow agent and buyers attorney within the hour. That same day, he wrote a detailed email complete with contractual references. The buyers attorney had our very well written position within a couple of hours the day of the closing. I was impressed with my attorneys swift analysis, strategy and execution. By the end of the week, I was released from the contract and got my house back ! I highly recommend Richard Gaines as a skilled and effective advocate in time of need.

We had the pleasure of working with Gary as our closing attorney for our new home purchase. I couldn't have imagined a more pleasurable experience.
We had a closing scheduled for Monday. The prior Wednesday, I received a call from Gary informing me that he was still waiting on an item that he had requested and that was needed in order to close on time. He kept me up to date on the situation, all the way through until it arrived in his office in time for closing. Gary even provided me with his personal cell phone number and urged me to call him over the weekend if we had any questions prior to closing.
During our final walk through of the home we were about to purchase, we found some additional items that were not up to par as they previously were during inspection. Gary was able to negotiate with the seller on our behalf so we could close as scheduled.
When we arrived for closing and met Gary in person for the first time, I was not surprised to find he was one of the friendliest, kindest, most down-to-earth people I've met. Without a doubt, I will recommend Gary to anyone that needs a real estate attorney. Five stars are not enough!

Jeffs has helped me through some of the toughest times in my life. Jeffrey Adelman and staff are the most professional, caring and successful law firm for Personal Injury that I know in Coral Springs! I had a car accident in July 2013. After many doctors, testing, MRI's, etc. Jeffrey decided to pull a trick out of his bag of tricks. Since he was familiar with the co. we were suing, and had filed the lawsuit to go to court, he suggested an early mediation before the Holidays. I thought that was a great idea, to avoid going to trial and settle earlier. The attorney for the Defendant, the insurance co. was a trip. Not very presentable, and a bit nasty. But Jeffrey prepped me in advanced, and warned me that this was not the 'usual' attorney..... So glad he did so I put on my poker face. In the mediation (great mediator btw), after the other attorney tried to belittle me and my injuries, I mentioned why I chose not to have certain treatments, which I thought would affect my health in a very bad way due to the fact that I was allergic to it! That changed the entire case. To my amazement, we were able to settle the case on the spot, I did not deviate from what I wanted, and they agreed!
But the most incredible thing about Jeffrey, is that he KEEPS HIS WORD! His word is his bond. He does whatever it takes to settle, and makes arrangements with the docs, etc. to pay off the bills to make sure his clients get what they deserve. I was very happy with my settlement. It took a little bit over a year, but I was very happy. I highly recommend Jeff Adelman and staff. You can count on them to have your back...literally! Thank you so much Jeffrey for making a difference in my family's life and mine. I am forever grateful. I hope I don't need you anytime soon, but if I did, you will be my first call! Thanks again.

I was a Ft. Lauderdale police officer assigned to traffic. A motorcycle cop. While on duty a car crossed into my path. I was hospitalized for two months with horrific head and chest trauma. Injuries that ended my career.
I was then introduced to Charles Prince who came highly recommended. He deftly assessed my situation and agreed to represent me. I was treated professionally and with a candor I had not come to expect.
Throughout the following months Mr. Prince guided me as he prepared my case. There was further medical and psychological testing necessary, yet I felt I was always consulted. Everything was explained to me and my input was sought and valued. As a police officer it was in my nature to be constantly aware of all that was happening. Mr. Prince knew this and kept me in the loop.
The case was so professionally prepared in such an adroit fashion that it was settled without going to court. I feel I have been adequately and fairly compensated for the loss of my career.
