After a few real estate closings, I used Patty for the first time recently and this last one was by far the simplest and quickest. Multiple parties at the closing even commented on how they had never been to one that easy, and with no snags whatsoever.
For anything Orange County Real Estate related I would recommend no one but Patty Cocchia. She also took great care of another referral I had made previously, and they were extremely pleased with the whole process.

We hired Patricia Cocchia to represent us for a property tax matter. Our petition was thrown out of court due to lack of filling the correct paperwork. It was surreal . Patricia Cocchia’s reply was that she had never filed before and it was never a problem. Please save yourself from headaches and stress and find a true professional lawyer. I don’t wish this nightmare on anyone.
