Be careful with these sharks. Have your guard up in the end they’re here to make money and that’s their number one priority.
Long story short, I went in with my case. Other party was using non existent arrears to have me bend at their will. I went to them for help and they strung me along making me think I had a chance.
First court date comes up and judge calls off. Over $1500 for that day and all I got was a continuance.
They charge me for 3 missed phone calls that totaled up to just under $300
My attorney called me the the wrong name twice.
Other party reaches out for an agreement proposal and instead of attempting to resolve they state “attorney is ready to go” and we proceed to court. $2800 later and all they did was ask for continuance.
$16,000 later and they tell me to just agree to the terms other party has presented me. The exact same position I was in before I hired Reel father rights. Thousands in the hole and no custody of my child. Beware of them.

and after that with the
I -130 and I-485 applications ., through the whole process and to the interview .
Mr Qazi, excellent immigration attorney ,
my case very difficult and complicated and it was rejected by the the 9th circuit.
and I had no other option before the final notice of removal .
I had multiple consultations with prominent immigration lawyers, and all of them said no hope or asking for large sum without guarantee .
Mr Qazy found the solution for it, and it works . we went back to the immigration court .
and now I got the green card

My children, my wife, and I were all injured in a car accident. The experience was disorienting and confusing as I had never been in that situation before. We needed a car. We needed medical care. I missed weeks of work. I was afraid my family would have to move out of our home and we would lose everything.
Larry's calming demeanor and positive attitude reassured me that everything would be okay. And he was right. He was able to get my car fixed with some money left over. He was able to direct me to the doctors who would give me the treatment my family needed. He was a strong advocate with the insurance company. I am not sure if I am supposed to say this but he got me way more money in my settlement than I thought was possible.

Alex recently represented me as part of Kristen Holstrom's team in a custody and child support dispute. Admittedly, I was nervous at first with Alex only being an attorney for a short amount of time; however he understanding this he was able to communicate what the plan of attack was and how we would move forward with the case. There were a lot of unknowns, but Alez's calm yet stern demeanor proved to be successful in the court room. Nov 2023, I chose to take leave after a long military deployment. Unfortunately, my leave was disrupted by a driver who chose to drink, drive and rear ended my family and I. As I was sitting in the hospital waiting room waiting for my mother and daughter to be seen I knew we needed someone to represent us. I deep dive into the internet reading reviews on several local attorneys.
I soon found Marc. All the reviews seemed genuine. I sent him and several others that passed my screening. First thing the following morning I had a message from his office offering an appointment as soon as the same day. He showed patience, compassion and understanding. There was no doubt in my mind that he was my guy.
Soon after I went on deployment and he worked with me even through the difficulties of having to find me medical attention out of state and sometimes having no comms with me.
At the time of settling with the insurance company, I have no doubt that he was aggressively fighting for us.
I don’t think that we would have had the outcome we had had it been another attorney.
If you need an attorney who cares and is willing to go above and beyond to look out for your best interest don’t waste your time with anyone else. Marc is your guy!

Called to schedule a consultation for my mother to process a divorce. With my mother being Spanish speaking, I asked if I could help with translating. They said no and because no one in the firm speaks Spanish. Which is fine they’re not required to. So they referred me to another law firm that speaks Spanish. I have no issues with speaking to our immigration lawyer as a translator so not sure how this is different or they just don’t serve the Latino community. Either way not surprising based off other reviews here so we probably are better off.

From the first time we spoke about legally changing my name and all through the process Omer Rangoonwala was easy to get a hold of and eager to answer my questions. He made me feel as though I really could call him any time I had a question. He was also accessible through email. Everything he told me about the process is exactly what happened including the time frame for resolution. There is more involved in changing your name than first meets the eye. I feel fortunate to have had an expert who knew every step and required very little involvement from me. He also made sure I had the necessary contact information for Social Security and DMV after his service was complete. The best experience I have had with an attorney bar none!

Excellent attorney. I have 2 children to which he got me more visitation time with. He also reduced my child support and was helpful in straightening out my arrears. He was also helpful in getting the court to inform my children's mother to find a job and to stop living off of me. He took my calls past business hours and would meet up with me at my convenience. He was also very flexible with how he was paid since I didn't have a lot of money to pay him upfront. Very good attorney who I would definitely recommend.

She was patient and always returned calls promptly. Kept me updated at all times. Even answered my dumb questions. She went way beyond the call of duty. She was there with us every step of the way and never doubted us. She stepped into a very difficult case that was ready to start trial and listened to us all of the time. She was extremely patient with the attention defict disorder we were working with. She knew exactly how to handle the difficlut times we had with understanding the full legal ramifications of the case. We were looking at nine years of prison time and our other lawyer threw in the towel and would not fight the case and had every excuse not to fight for us, he said he would, he lied and made a deal without us knowing, she would let us know every step of the way, I felt she was totally behind us every day, without a doubt she was spititually uplifting and made us feel very comfortable she is an outstanding lawyer.

I found myself in a nasty divorce with my ex who has been a paralegal for over 20 years. Having to go to court to argue a restraining order that my spouse was trying to have granted, and I knew I needed help. I Was with this law office for about a year, almost two when Chris Carter voluntarily signed off on my case due to my inability to make higher payments than what I was at the time paying, of $100.00 a month. I paid all I could manage financially, since he allowed via the judge to order that I pay my child's full private school tuition. The day he signed off on my case, Chris told me specifically that I could leave, "there's no court today." Which resulted in the judge ordering me to pay the ex back $400.00 and up to a total of close to $14,000.00 for criminal attorney fees and the crooked, court ordered monitor that my P.I. Caught breaking the rules of supervised visitation and carrying on a relationship. Chris should've fought harder in court for my child and I. Mr. Carter could've told the judge that we didn't want supervised visitation lifted, but that the judge look at the P.I. Evidence against the NCP (non custodial parent/respondent) and the crooked, court ordered visitation supervisor, but he did not. The money I've been ordered by the court to pay the ex, could've gone to paying Mr. Carter however, I'm now only able to afford a lesser payment than what I had been paying him initially as a result. Mr. Carter's office stopped sending me statements for payments and I had so much going on at that time that I'd forget to make a payment, he ended up suing me for around $7,000 - $8,000, he won, because the judgement was made in my absence, I was at work during the hearing. I'm thankful to Chris Carter for the best thing he ever did for my case, which was to divorce the ex and I.

I am just now wrapping up a 4 year grueling divorce case. I had previous council that came highly recommended and had a matching fee schedule. Within a very short time I had burned through $10,000 of fees and had nothing in the way of results to show for it. After a short period of going it alone I was forced to retain council once again. I retained Chris Carter and I am very glad that I did.
Chris is a regular guy that is very plain spoken and will tell you what you need to hear rather than what you would like to hear. He represents his clients aggressively. He does not hesitate to show a little emotion in the court room when necessary. His knowledge of the of both Family and Civil law were invaluable in my situation. He quite literally made opposing council look foolish in court by correcting their novice interpretation of the law.
The bottom line is simple. When you are shopping for an attorney you need a few basic things.
Knowledge/Experience - He is a second generation attorney. It's been his whole life!
Communication - Plain English without all the BS.

I had the attorney with the plush office and all the bells and whistles. They took my money and were offended when I questioned their effectiveness and results. I would much rather have the second generation attorney working out of the same office building that his father built 40 plus years ago. She is so not recommended, I had to file a State Board complaint against her. The case number is 22-O-16700. Her license is up for the board to decide. It has to do with Professional Code of Conduct & Ethics. As well as not filing anything to assist in a timely manner. Never read documents before they were filed in court and there were factual mistakes and she left off the main points. This is my opinion.
