Great job. Ash and his team are great. The timing was a bit off, meaning it took a little longer than expected. But Ash was pretty spot on about what he could get.
He also will answer his phone!! I shopped around for several attorneys, and he was the ONLY one who picked up and was willing to have a 5 min conversation with me. The 5 min conversation actually extended into 30 min. He was very informative of the process, options, and steps that needed to be taken and what the bottom line was gonna look like in the end.

Robert Farzad and amazing staff were a vibrant light at the end of what I thought was going to be a dark, rough road. Having to realize that I was a victim of domestic violence and my children victims of child abuse, was not an easy pill to swallow, but it was the truth. Robert spend countless hours with me, educating me about this road of restraining orders, child support, child custody and divorce that I was about to enter into. Robert is a straight shooter and never beat around the bush. He was genuinely concerned about the safety and well being of my children and myself. He’s an honest man and did not believe in spending unnecessary dollars where they weren’t going to matter. I was kept well informed by him and his paralegal every step of the way.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Morley and Upton. Their communication was virtually nonexistent, and they often wouldn't respond for months on end. Even after my medical treatment was completed a year ago, my case is still open with no clear resolution in sight. I strongly advise looking elsewhere for legal representation.

After I was sued, avvo led me to Jim. I consulted one other attorney but Jim impressed me enough not to look for any other and hire him for my case right away. My litigation went for over 3 years, but Jim along with Lauren and the whole staff supported me right till the end. The best thing is whenever I had a question, I didn't have to wait for the answers. All the matters were handled in a timely manner. Mary was awesome and I never had to worry about any missed dates or filings. Jim is always open to input, listens to you and explains the steps well. He is very professional, diligent and has a very good work ethic. He laid out all the scenarios before moving on to different phases in the case. I had tried pursuing legal action with a different lawyer before and it was a nightmare. The lawyer had me gathering all the medical and insurance info and I felt like I was doing all of the work myself.
At the 2 year mark I wanted to throw in the towel. The guy that hit my car at $15,000 insurance cap, my unpaid medical bills had hit $30,000 and my out of pocket expenses had hit $4,000.
Luckily Mike was referred to me by a trusted coworker, and I am so thankful for that. He is relentlessly persistent in not only closing a case, but doing it fairly and in the best interest of his clients. Even that far into it, Mike told me that he felt he hadn't exhausted all avenues and he would like to keep pursuing the claim. I told him go for it but if he ever felt it was a no win situation, to just let me know. I trusted him completely. Not once did he ask me for money. He said my job was to focus on my well-being and that he would handle the rest.
Every now and then he send me a form to sign with a short note that he hadn't give up. Mike just asked for phone numbers and addresses and any names of people I had talked to, and that was the extent of my efforts. Through a very compelling letter-writing campaign, Mike closed my case with great results.
Results: The medical bills were all paid, I recouped my $4,000 Plus more.

Mr. Beggs responded promptly to my message on AVVO and invited me to call him. He also returned my call quickly. My question was regarding the theft of my wedding rings from my hotel room. Mr. Beggs could have easily benefited by persuading me to engage his services. Instead, he walked me through the pros and cons and using his services vs filing in small claims court. He told me how to file and provided some tips on how to present my information to the judge. He didn't make me feel as though my situation was unimportant - he simply wanted the most productive, cost-efficient outcome. He gave me the information I needed and confidence to proceed on my own. He offered for me to call back with any questions. I even suspect he let me run a little over the standard free consultation time. I came to Mr Weber who after speaking to several rude attorneys answered his phone at 6pm he was out the door but took his time to talk to me about the bankruptcy I was looking for. He took his time and answered all my questions without trying to rush me off the phone. Pleased I called back the next day and made the first appointment. My husband and I hired him. I came to Joseph Weber with a judgment against me that I couldn’t pay. I didn’t know what to do. I knew Joe specialized in bankruptcy but that was not what I preferred. Joe agreed with me and I hired him to negotiate and settle my case with the collectors. Although this was not listed as one of Joe’s “specialties” he ended up saving me over 40 thousand dollars! Got pulled over for expired registration tag and lead to a DUI Check which i had barely drank and being in Irvine with IPD doesn't help much either, as they push and push with their aggressive tactics to get you to do all they ask. Even when the odds were against me I was referred to him by a friend and to say the least he comforted me during the whole process and was very responsive and always checked in with me. I received a DUI, even though I don't think I was drunk. I was pulled over after leaving a club in Hollywood. The officer pulled me over and said I was driving too fast and then continued to do a sobriety check on me.
