I hired Jack Hilgeman after an Auto Accident and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Jack is a very matter of fact lawyer who sets realistic expectations and then works ward to exceed them.
Because Jack HIlgeman and his paralegal Michelle make an awesome team, both are client driven and focused on results. Unlike the big name law firm who I originally had the displeasure of working with (DGM&S), Jack made sure to keep his promises. Even better, Jack is always available to answer questions via phone or email! I asked a LOT of them and he patiently answered each and every one.

Justin and I sat down originally once I decided to attempt shared parenting. He was very helpful with discussing the process that needed to be done and the proper steps in doing so. Him and I always kept an open communication during this process which made it easier to respond to certain steps during this. Hands down, decent and just atty. You can't go wrong with K Krochmal. Luckily my husband and I reconciled but I couldn't have asked for a better equipped atty. Craig T. Mathews and Associates has been filing mechanic's liens for our company to secure payments from contractors who have been building water and wastewater treatment plants for municipalities. We sell pumps for handling sludge and metering a variety of treatment chemicals in these plants. This is about $4 million in billings per annum for our company. We believe that this service has allowed us to reduce our accounts payable by close to $1 million. Before we started using these liens, contractors made numerous counterclaims and back-charges against us. Many were also slow in paying the performance "holdbacks" that are part of these contracts. The liens are a way that we can counter these claims. In fact, since we have started using this service all of the frivolous claims have essentially disappeared. I recently had an issue with my insurance company not wanting to pay an auto claim. It was a complicated case that involved bad faith on the part of the insurance company. I usually never write a review or give excellent ratings unless it well worth it. I am not the type of guy that logs on and reviews product or services. This, however, is my exception.
I was in the Marine Corps when Mr. Kirkland took my divorce case in 2012. I needed a lawyer to represent me in court because I could not attend any hearings, due to my military obligations. Mr. Kirkland not only took my case (and even though we didn't have a chance to meet face to face) he was able to fully complete my divorce decree in court.
Fast forward two years later. I had another crazy summons by the ex-wife (figures). Once again I need a lawyer and decided to go back to Mr. Kirkland for legal advice. Not only did he remember me after two years, but he once again took my case and fought for me.
Mr. Kirkland is an excellent lawyer at a reasonable price, and I think the most important part is that, he is military friendly. He always gets back to you and keeps you informed throughout the whole proceedings. To all my military friends out there, I highly recommend him.

She help me get a lot of stuff done concerning immigration. My two previous lawyers before her told me that in my situation I was not allowed to obtain a work permit. She did get me a work permit and on top of that she reopened my case that seemed impossible at that time.
