Kimberly and Taylor did an amazing job in my divorce. Unfortunately mine was very nasty and very complexed . I highly recommend hiring her for all your family or criminal law needs . Received a felony charge. Needless to say, this was a lot of stress and Nathan Miller accepted my case. He got me deferred adjudication and then expungement afterward. The consulting appointment was very knowledgable and laid out possible outcomes; I'm glad I hired him. His office put me at ease by updating me on checkpoints and major changes along the way. COVID-related protocols delayed my expungement but I was notified quickly on those circumstances.

I contacted the law firm of Springer-Lyle with regards to a traffic accident in which my husband was not at fault and was injured. In my initial call, I gave all the pertinent information. Frank Lyle then called me and was very helpful, giving suggestions and reassurance as to how to handle both the property damage issue as well as personal injury. We concluded that unless something unforeseen comes up, my husband's injuries do not appear to be serious, we should negotiate the settlement ourselves. This was my first divorce. Not like I was a pro at it or anything. I was nervous, scared walking into her office without knowing what I was facing. Unfortunately, my husband had sued for divorce. Dan has proven to be a thorough attorney that leaves no stone unturned.
Was always available and quick to respond to texts and emails.
The only thing lacking was face to face consultation in his office. Other than that, Dan was quick to respond when we had a question.
I’m not aware of everything Dan did behind the scenes while dealing with the opposing attorney but in the end, the outcome was favorable considering the circumstances.
I would hire Dan again and recommend his services.

I am so thankful I found Dan to help me with my DWI arrest. He is professional and has experience handling DWI’s. His paralegal Cara is great and always answered my calls and emails in a timely manner. I was always kept informed throughout the process so I knew what was happening. This was a super stressful time for me. DWI laws are pretty much straight forward so he could only do so much but he was able to get me the best possible outcome I could expect considering the facts in my case. I used Martinez Law firm to complete a modification to my divorce decree. As you can imagine anything that involves children is incredibly emotional. I hired Mr. Stone off the recommendation from a friend. In the process of trying to recover my wrongfully withheld security deposit from my former landlord, I was countersued and subsequently lost in small claims court. After Mr. Stone reviewed my case, he gathered evidence in my favor through various legal routes that I would have been unable to myself. We then filed an appeal which was heard in a higher court. My landlord settled days before the trial and dropped his countersuit. Additionally, he returned my full security deposit and paid all my lawyer fees, including other accrued charges in the legal process. Mr. Stone put a tremendous amount of effort and time into my case and I would trust him with any other legal issues that would require an honest, experienced lawyer.

I was facing a very long process from a wrongful eviction to my deposit of $1400.00 being kept. I covered myself knowing the type of landlord I had. I contracted Mr. Rentz for a criminal case in Denton County. Although he took over the case at the point it was set for a final plea, the difference was apparent from the first conversation. It was evident to me that Mr. Rentz holds a certain degree of respect in the court room that my previous attorney lacked.
After just one reset Mr. Rentz was able to work a conditional dismissal. Once I completed the required course the judge signed the dismissal and I didn't even have to return to court.
Thanks to Mr. Rentz I can get the record expunged. I would highly recommend this attorney.

After being granted a well deserved judgment in Small Claims Court, the defendant chose to appeal to a higher court. This caused me to require legal representation. After several days of calling law offices, the common theme was, "we are too busy." I was thoroughly discouraged, as I had an upcoming court date. We retained Brent Hill less than a week before our hearing. I am the mother of a special needs child, and was served to go to court regarding my daughters medical needs. My ex wanted to take all medical rights away from me. My daughter had a stroke at age 3 and has miraculous medical progress in the last 4 year. Taking me out of the picture as far as her medical needs and decisions would’ve been extremely detrimental to her health. We met Brent and retained him on a Thursday and our court day was the following Tuesday. We only had time for one meeting the night before court. I do not know if there are enough words to show my gratitude to Springer-Lyle, Attorneys at Law. In March, 1998, my husband suffered two aneurysms at the stem of his brain. Everything in his brain was wiped cleaned. He survived but was no longer able to speak, walk, eat, drink or take care of himself again. He had been going to the doctor for about 6 to 8 weeks complaining about headaches. He was misdiagnosed. I turned to Frank Lyle and Jeff Springer for assistance in getting financial aid for my husband. They reviewed all of my husband’s health, doctor and hospital records. For the next four years, I put all my faith into the Lord’s, Frank’s and Jeff’s hands and let them do what was right for my husband. They were able to settle my case against the Health Insurance Company and doctors so that my husband would get the physical and mental care he would need for the rest of his life. Frank Lyle and Jeff Springer are most compassionate and caring men I have ever meant. They are extremely hard working and very diligent lawyers. He got me probation when I could have received a 2 to 20 year sentence in the State Penetentiary. Then, I violated probation which in most cases would guarantee a trip to prison and Mr. Wohr worked hard to get me a light sentence in the County Jail and even continued working on my case to get me Work Release so I could be home for the Holidays and continue to earn a paycheck. One of the best, if not the best Criminal Defense Attorney in the Denton County, Texas area.

Mr. Wohr is a very hard working attorney who has his client's best interests at heart and will work tirelessly to get them the best possible results. Not to violate attorney-client privileges, but I would like to write about the time I was told by Mr. Wohr that I would have to receive a sentence of a few months in county jail and I offered him several thousand dollars to keep me out of jail. Mr. Wohr was honest with me and told me their was nothing further he could do to keep me from going to jail. The D.A. had already given us the best offer they were going to give us, so Mr. Wohr politely declined my monetary offer and I received a sentence of a few months in the county jail when I could have actually received a sentence of 2 years in the State Penetentiary. Then, after my sentence was handed out, Mr. Wohr continued to work on my case for no additional money and got me Work Release so I could be home for the Holidays. A less honest and less ethical attorney would have quickly taken my money and lied about keeping me out of jail and I still would have received the same jail sentence. What more can you ask for than an honest and hard working attorney? Mr. Wohr is clearly one of the best attorneys in Denton, Texas and I would strongly recommend him to anyone facing criminal charges in the Denton County area.
