I met Mr Eldridge 30yrs ago at the time he handled 3 cases did excellent job.
Recently, I was represented by Wade Eldridge in a court case where I was falsely accused and was facing three years in jail. I felt betrayed scared and small up again such accusations. Wade Not only took my case and helped me through this trying situation. He showed compassion and heartfelt case for me as a person he became my protector. I got in a car accident where my car was totalled and my wrist and hand were broken. The other driver was at fault and I knew I needed a lawyer to help with this. I went to see a handful of lawyers about this and it didn’t feel right until I met Wade. Wade took the time to explain the process we would go through in detail. Wade & his paralegal Dawn are absolutely awesome. Dawn is unbelievable at organizing things and requesting what she needs from you. I don’t know how she keeps it all together. I really thank Wade and Dawn and I am very happy with the outcome of my case. I will be referring anyone I know who needs lawyer help to them.

I can't speak to the other lawyers at this firm, but I had a very disturbing experience with Andrew Castle, who represented one of my friends in a relatively high profile case. Unfortunately, my friend was found guilty on all 7 counts. And my friend and I weren't really sure of what to do. I asked him if there was any way I could use my platform to try to help? And my friend said that it might help, but that we should first ask his lawyer Andrew, before doing anything. We had agreed that this was a good idea, and I sent an email asking what Andrew thought, making it very clear that I wouldn't do anything if that made him or my friend uncomfortable.
When I asked Andrew if using my platform would be of any use, Andrew's response was very aggressive. I asked him why he was being aggressive, when I already had agreed to not doing anything that he didn't feel comfortable with. To my surprise, his response was to tell me to stop talking to his client, my friend, while he was in custody.
It was a very jarring experience as I simply wanted to try to help my friend, and again, had no interest in doing anything that would make my friend or Andrew feel uncomfortable.
I also found this to be very disturbing, as I imagine being in jail is tough, and someone in jail might want to have as many friends as possible to talk to. However, because I didn't want to further anger Andrew, I and others stopped talking to our friend until he was out of custody. I think that's an incredibly horrible and cruel position to put all of us in, as we simply wanted to provide emotional support throughout an incredibly tough time.
I found Andrew to be extremely insecure, aggressive, and unprofessional. If you or someone you care about is going through a legal process, it's generally a very painful time, and having a lawyer lash out in these ways really adds to the stress of that. I would highly recommend finding a lawyer who can treat others in a professional manner, or at least with a kind mentality.

What I was not expecting was how well he not only managed my expectations of my case, but the extent to which he made me feel heard, believed in my innocence and how understanding he was of the mental health impact that my situation was having on me. I had the pleasure of working with Douglas Fogler at Washington Law. I unfortunately was wrongly accused for an indecent that I did not do. At the time I was scared and did not know where to go or what to do. Thank god someone referred to Doug. Doug Fogler was adamant on not settling. He successfully dug up information, contacted witnesses, and proactively executed with District Attorneys where my case was dropped before heading to trial. I cannot say thank you enough for the outstanding work Tony, Michelle, and David did for me on a legal malpractice case against another local attorney for the horrible and unprofessional representation provided in another case. It is not an easy process and the other side with their unlimited resources provided by the deep pockets of a malpractice insurance company made it seem like an uphill battle with no end, but Tony and his team were there guiding me every step of the way as any great attorney and their team should. That unfortunately wasn’t my experience with the previous representation so it was a breath of fresh air to work with Tony and his team. Tony offered sound, professional advice and was realistic in the outcome which I greatly appreciated. The last thing I needed was someone throwing unreasonable outcomes at me and pumping me up with false hope. Our case settled in mediation and every penny recovered was a win after going through such a bad situation and unfortunate circumstances. Knowledgeable, Professional, Responsive, Efficient, Clear communication, Friendly.
I have several issues with my rental building. They made several promises to me that they didn't follow through and the building and services are not up to the expected and advertised standards. Although I have very slim chances to get a positive outcome or win any case against them, I reached out for attorneys to help me. Most of the firms turned me away without even looking/hearing about the "possible" case.
Megan not only listened to my case, but she also was very knowledgeable about the law and explained to me in a very clear and detailed way all the options I had.
Against all odds of getting any positive outcomes, Megan worked through my case to get a positive response and agreement from the rental company.

We reached out to Lyda Law to help with a spurious damage claim from a rental car company. She even uncovered an inconsistency in their own record-keeping that we had not even noticed, which further solidified our position that their claim was unsubstantiated. From the time I contacted Mr. Carr until our date in front of the judge, Chris showed professionalism by knowing the law, my rights, and communicating all aspects of my case to me. In front of the judge, he explained the facts of the case in the same manner as I told them to him. This showed how importnat I was to him and it built a relationship of trust that I never expected to have for a lawyer. I appreciate everything he did and the way he handled my case.

Mr. Carr understands the legal process and has an appreciation for it more than most attorneys I have ever met. By representing a criminal case, there is an obligation to the client but also an obligation to the truth. Chris is fair and accurate on both accounts. Getting a more than fair judgment is what you will get if you work with Chris and his firm. There are very few folks that are willing to fight so hard for a client knowing that some clients make it impossible. I have seen that first hand in many court rooms and just appreciate his integrity and advice. He is always willing to take time to listen and recommend options, but at the same time he does allow clients like me to make the final decision. He will settle or go to trial depending on client wishes, but only after he explains the legal process and the reality of the outcomes on both ends.

Chris did a great job on a speeding ticket I received a couple of years ago. He was able to plead my speeding ticket down so it would not go on my record. He saved my driving record and prevented my insurance from sky rocketing. Chris has also provided me some great advise on a recent photo enforcement ticket for a red light violation.
Chris was straight forward with his fees, and what he could do for me in my situation. He is the lawyer I trust to go to if I am in a legal situation and my first call for legal advise.

Eric is an OK lawyer, he definitely seemed more in it for a pay check rather than the clients situation. I hardly talked to him throughout my case and he never contacted me to keep me informed until the actual court dates. In 2008 Mr. Fenster represented my father in his third DUI. I attended the trial and was amazed at his heart felt plea to the judge. Mr. Fenster had taken the time to get to know his client on a personal level and was able to convey to the judge my fathers special circumstances and keep him out of jail. He has since represented my father on financial matters with the same result. Mr. Fenster is extremely intelligent with a charismatic heart to get the job done.
