Daniel helped me with a case very personal to me. He was kind and compassionate with my situation and worked to resolve my situation as though it had never happened. He has always been open to listen to my concerns and made himself available to me throughout the entire legal process and for the years since. He makes himself available and shows thought and a knowledge of the law regarding my family law issue. He was more than fair regarding his compensation comparitively to other attorneys. I will use Daniel again and would not hesitate to pick up the phone to consult with him regarding any legal issue I may have. If he doesn't handle that particular type of law, I would trust him with a recommendation.

Mike is the ultimate professional, especially in litigation cases. I was being sued for 50 grand and faced a charge that could have destroyed my reputation.
The Plaintiff's attorney was very belligerent, aggressive, and arrogant. I was scared because I felt that the judge was acting in a partial manner toward the other attorney.
The other attorney would not accept an agreement
On the first day of trail, the judge had the plaintiffs and their attorney sit with me and Anthony in a breakout room.
While we waited the attorneys started having at it.
Anthony put on a legal clinic. The plaintiff's attorney went from a Pit bull to a docile poodle.
When the judge finally came to hear our case, he agreed to DISMISS the case WITH PREJUDICE.

I don't know why it only says bankruptcy and debt, he handle many other cases. He represented me in multiple cases. Mr. Zaher is an aggressive attorney and will most definitely fight for your rights. We had a civil case with him and my husband and I were very pleased with his work...we were facing a huge lawsuit and we walked away as the winners. He also took care of my nephew's criminal case and tremendously reduced the charges. Mr. Zaher also evicted one of my tenants and a squatter. I could never thank him enough. Truly the best attorney I've ever seen.

Patti Maceroni does not back down! She understands the law but most importantly how to balance her legal knowledge with the politics of what particular courtroom she is in. Patti possesses a perfect mix of knowledge,experience and connections. Her father being Chief Judge for years sets the bar high- she has a tradition of competency and honor to maintain and she does it well.
She is respected everywhere she litigates and that is the most important reason to consider her. I've personally witnessed Patti tearing into judges who dare to cross her with politics and hype at the legal expense of her clients. Mostly, they listen to her knowing that a bad judicial decision will bring an appeal that she can win. Patti is a listener and a good person with a heart for her clients and the expertise to ensure a just result. Because she is so busy, she needs to improve on getting back to her clients which is the minor fault that needs to be mentioned. Patti is not callous -just all business So if you need constant hand- holding hire a psycho therapist as well or know going in that she's doing her job but doesn't have time to babysit.

Ms Harris represented me in my divorce case. Ms. Harris was very professional and with a genuine personal concern for me as her client was successful in getting me a decent settlement in mediation opposed to going to court and letting a judge decide the outcome. Would definitely recommend her except that she is now on the Wayne County Circuit Court. Found her to be very current on the legal issues presented by my case, wrote briefs that fully represented my position and that, thrilled to say, at times left the opposition attorney(s) at a loss. Was very reachable and made herself available to educate me on the law as well as the avenues available to me in my case. Trusted her emphatically. Was sorry to have lost her services (and her) to the court.

When I first met "Buck" around '92 he introduced himself to me and the potential lady client I had brought to him (via a third party recommendation) in the following manner. " My name is Hugh Davis, I know that you are Christians by religion and I respect that. However, I am not a Christian and additionally I have represented a good number of people who you as Christians might reasonably be expected to find are people you might not have a high opinion of ( he went on to describe some of the circumstances and alleged crimes ) I have also sued Richard Nixon, defended Angela Davis, and represented the American Communist Party. If you find that knowing any of this, makes you the least bit uncomfortable with me, I certainly would respect your feeling and respect your decision not to pursue this any further."
I turned to the lady I brought to the meeting and we both in unison replied, "You are the guy we are looking for."

I hired Darwyn for a very difficult case involving real property. From the beginning, the odds were against us and the situation was grim as we were up against one of the largest and most corrupt banks there is-I won’t mention the name cuz I definitely don’t want to see them in court ever again.
Of course, in any court case, it comes down to the decision of a judge or a jury, but Darwyn will work harder and smarter than most other attorneys, increasing the likelihood of a favorable outcome.
Darwyn ended up getting me exactly what I wanted, despite our much less than favorable chances. And he did it ethically, without resorting to lies and other deceitful tactics that so many other lawyers typically have to use to win.
Darwyn Fair is an excellent attorney and a great guy. If you hire him and lose, you were probably going to lose no matter what.
