Mr. Funk was able to work a miracle. My husband had 21 felonies, with prior felonies in another state. Alex knows his law and is able to grasp any little detail that I feel most attorneys wouldn't be able to see. He has my juvenile sons case and is handling a possible case on myself. Alex and is assistant Kristy are very professional. Always kept ne informed and always honest and upfront. They both empathize with my situation. I emailed him late in the evening and did not expect a response until the next day but got it right away. His advice was extremely helpful. Michael was very thorough. He listened carefully and based on the interview explained what could happen, what he would do and what I needed to do. He answered all questions I had and gave a rationale for expectations of me, himself and his staff. He was there throughout the whole process advising of doctor summaries and questioning my understanding of what happened and was happened. I am not aware of him failing to do anything. I had 2 consultations with Ed. During my first consultation he was thorough and didn’t rush. He made sure he had all the information he needed. He even asked me multiple times if I had any questions or other things I would like to bring up.

He does not work for you and i have over heard him trading cases with the procecutor ... I used his services many years ago. his retainer was high for a first offense and first time offender. All he did was he just plea it all and didnt fight anything . Ive had public defenders serve me better then he ever did. I would not have him represent me if i was dieing on my death bed. I would choose a public defender over him any day of the week i promise you that!

After calling and having an initial consultation with Mitch, I sent the requested documentation that his office asked for. I then inquired as to when they would get back to me. Two weeks went by without a response. I called his office again and talked to their front desk personnel in which they verbalized that Mitch would call me. This did not happen. I did receive an email from a paralegal in which she was polite and conveyed accessibility via email. Again this was not the case. I emailed this individual three or four times and got ZERO replies. I then called their office again and talked to the woman at the front desk and what she stated was that Mitch would call me. This did not happen. It's been 4 weeks and this office has not returned my phone calls responded to my emails or reached out to consult me on my case. I don't even know how much I'm supposed to pay for the retainer because the office has not communicated such information to me even after signing a retainer. This office is unprofessional and irresponsible. ABSOLUTELY NO FOLLOW-THROUGH!!! This was my experience and is my opinion.
