I recently used Mike for my 2nd dui case in bucks co Pa. He prepared me for the worst and promised me nothing then was able to negotiate the most minimal sentence against all odds, and terms better than I had hoped. Throughout the process, Mike was a true friend and kept my spirits high when I was down on myself. He is a true gentleman and I would've paid 5x the fee as he is more than worth it. If you have a DUI in the Philadelphia suburban area, do yourself a favor and higher this man as your attorney! He knows everyone in every courtroom and if a deal csn me made, he will find a way. Even in my case where there was no chance, he somehow found a way and I'm truly grateful. Also his assistant (Amy) is wonderful and was a huge help and excellent resource for advice on days Mike was tied up in court.

Shocked!
How often does a "cold-call" letter offering to appeal your property taxes work out and in your favor. Put me down as a convert. Attorney Lavanga sent a detailed letter to Berks County residents and other counties. By nature a skeptic, I read it several times and could find nothing amiss, rather nothing to lose. Attorney Lavanga would file the appeal, attend county hearing, and even pay for a home appraisal, if needed, in support of the appeal.
The process could not have been simpler with the lion's share of the work being done by the attorney. The catch? None! The agreed fee was fair: a one-time fee of 50%. of any possible tax savings. No savings, no fee. It was that simple.and resulted in a reduction of property taxes in the thousands.

I was arrested and jailed by New Hope PD for driving under the influence of drugs. I had consumed no alcohol or drugs and there was no evidence of such. Compulsory blood and toxicology tests eventually would prove my innocence. Not only did Mr. Klein believe my version but he got all charges dismissed including bogus traffic violations used to establish probable cause for the initial stop. When other lawyers wanted $5,000 retainers Ellis charged a very reasonable fee for what he did. Thank you Ellis.

Let me begin by saying that I had consulted previously with a place I found from googling "top sexual harassment lawyers" that told me I had no case (too bad for them!!). I thought I would give it another shot (believing I truly had a good case), and found Ginger here on Avvo. She gave me such a sense of relief after our first point of contact. Not only did she explain all of my options, including but not limited to the ones where she felt I could rectify my situation without a lawyer, but she did so unbiasedly. I never felt that she was trying to push me in one way or the other, and she made sure I had adequate time to think about any of my steps moving forward. After deciding on pursuing my case, she set up a two hour zoom meeting where she heard every aspect of my story. I never once felt judged, or belittled. I could tell she was thorough in asking me the types of questions in order to get information I wouldn't have even though of mentioning prior. The compilation of events was put together in an extremely professional well-written letter to the harasser. Throughout the time of negotiations, Ginger was always prompt to fill me in with any news, answer any questions I had, and always gave her honest opinion on given situations. Long story short, in about 4-5 months we reached a mutually satisfactory outcome. I could not be happier with her effectiveness and professionalism. Ginger is not only a great lawyer, but a compassionate and caring individual. She fought so hard for me and made sure I would be happy with the results. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I have read all the other reviews and I wish I could give 10 stars. I was with a larger law firm after a very difficult time in my life, and it was all about the money and the fact that they couldn’t make enough so they couldn’t take my case. It was like that saying when God closes a door somewhere he opens a window. It was then I found this incredible law firm and my attorney was Tiffanie Benfer. She walked me through everything. She called me. It was incredibly shocking because attorneys don’t call people. They have other people call you. The whole we will have our people call your people. I could ask a question in an email or text on the weekend and get a call back ON THE WEEKEND! Tiffanie was with her family but took the time to answer my question because I was concerned and scared. She would actually apologize if it took her a few days because she had been in court or have her staff call me to say she’s in court and then she would call me that night after a long day my Attorney would call me on her family time. She didn’t push me to accept settlements or decisions she knew were wrong just to get my case over with. The staff was incredible. It’s like dealing with people who really care about you.. Thank you.

Based on my concerns with the curriculum and services my son received through the public school district, I contacted The Education Lawyers. Mr. Salzer helped my Family Attorney, with whom he works, beat frivolous litigation that was filed against me at the behest of the opposing party's counsel, who sought legal leverage during a very sad and contentious separation-process. Mr. Salzer's litigation skills were superb. I felt sorry for the opposing attorney, who appeared to be out-maneuvered at every step of the way by Mr. Salzer. He came prepared, confident, and with a great deal of expertise. Our custody case to say the least was extremely difficult from the start. I live in Washington State and my ex-wife lives in Pennsylvania. The children's mom does love them but there were some serious issues occurring. I had witnessed a deterioration in my children's care and behavior over a long period of time. To the point of needing to take action.
It was clearly going to be an uphill battle and Bob and others did a remarkably accurate job of setting those expectations from the start. I will try to be brief as this fight took over 2 years to win. The strategies all along the way turned out to position us perfectly for the next step. Finally we worked together to build the case, get it before the Judge, and put into place a Court Order that my ex-wife simply couldn't adhere to. This was the straw that broke her case and set her up to capitulate in the end. Keeping in mind we were preparing to bring it again before the same Judge and she knew she would lose.
Bob's familiarity with the court, court personnel and proceedings was a huge advantage! He is masterful in court, simply more in tune, vastly skilled, and clearly more comfortable than the opposing attorneys (He simply "owned' them, I don't know how else to say it and it was amusing to watch). His briefs and motions accomplished everything he wanted them to and nothing he didn't. Strategy is key and his was extremely effective.
In closing I will say that if you have a family court/custody case, then William's Family Law is THE Law Firm, and Robert Salzer IS your attorney if you want to win?! Undertakings like this are not inexpensive but Bod's rates are a bargain for the level of representation you receive. I for one feel like he could actually charge more so get in before his rates increase. I would spend the money twice over to insure my children have a bright future, Bob felt/believed in what we where doing, and pursued it with professional passion. I know that the work to turn my children's lives around has just started but I credit the chance to Bob! And I thank God every day for the opportunity he helped me win.
While I hope to never need his Criminal Defense expertise there is no doubt in my mind whom I would want in court for me or anyone in my family!
