Jennifer Dickerson is a long time family friend and former colleague to my family. She is also related to an individual who got to see the struggles of my divorce first hand.
Her family members put the idea in my head to reach out to her and see about potentially shifting from my current attorney, whom was not doing a proper job at handling my circumstances. That attorney seemed to want to do nothing but drum up business and potentially work against my efforts, while simaletously upsetting the ex-wifes opposing council, to the point of bringing in more money for his office.
Jennifer Dickerson has shown the complete opposite of this, along with her staff of clearly highly trained and caring individuals. This law office has shown a level of respect and appreciation for the cliental and the families they service.
I would challenge anyone who reads this review, to not only consider Jennifer Dickerson (but the entire law firm) as your place to go, to find peace.
Divorce and custody is an extremely stressful thing.... Allow Jennifer and team to assist you in finding it less chaotic and more about what is best for you, as an individual human, parent, employee, caretaker, etc.
Kuddos to the entire staff at Antheil Maslow & MacMinn, LLP, and especially everyone involved in my divorce and custody proceedings.... I truly cannot thank you enough!!! You have all, in a way become like my family... Because family is what you make of it, after all. It doesn't have to be blood.

Michael was the best attorney that I ever dealt with in my entire life! His fees were extremely fair and his service was top notch! He was able to handle my situation quickly and get results. Normally I don't do reviews but when I saw what "Marion" wrote I had to respond. I found Linda and Carol to be compassionate and responsive to my situation. They helped get my bills paid and routinely called me to see how I was doing. My settlement was more than I anticipated and I thank goodness that I had an attorney that didn't give in to the insurance company and kept fighting to see I got the money I deserved. So if that makes her money hungry, I'm happy. My lawyer should want to get the most money possible and my case was settled without going to court.

When I got hurt, I didn't know which way to turn for help. My car was wrecked and I couldn't get to my doctor's appointments or take care of my kids. I hired Linda Shick. Her assistants were always there to talk to me and help me. They made sure I got my wage check and made sure my doctor's got paid. My case got settled pretty fast.

Going back 20 or so years, I have occasionally consulted with Chris on a variety of matters. His viewpoint and advice is "to the point" without lapsing into legalese and jargon, and he is efficient. Most of all, I like that in addition to framing the conversation in legal terms, he applies common sense and sensitivity to the situation.
I just feel he has the eye on getting the particular matter solved, rather than have his eye on the billing clock.

I have read all the other reviews and I wish I could give 10 stars. I was with a larger law firm after a very difficult time in my life, and it was all about the money and the fact that they couldn’t make enough so they couldn’t take my case. It was like that saying when God closes a door somewhere he opens a window. It was then I found this incredible law firm and my attorney was Tiffanie Benfer. She walked me through everything. She called me. It was incredibly shocking because attorneys don’t call people. They have other people call you. The whole we will have our people call your people. I could ask a question in an email or text on the weekend and get a call back ON THE WEEKEND! Tiffanie was with her family but took the time to answer my question because I was concerned and scared. She would actually apologize if it took her a few days because she had been in court or have her staff call me to say she’s in court and then she would call me that night after a long day my Attorney would call me on her family time. She didn’t push me to accept settlements or decisions she knew were wrong just to get my case over with. The staff was incredible. It’s like dealing with people who really care about you.. Thank you.

Pat is an excellent attorney to work with as a client. She is very realistic about what the "end game" is going to look like from the start and communicates that to the client. She builds a strategy for getting to that end game with the client from the initial consult, encourages proactive disclosure and negotiations to facilitate that legal strategy and refuses to let emotional responses or motions from opposing counsel get in the way of getting to that goal with her client. She is a worthy litigator who knows the court and works hard in her client's interest, again focused on the pathway to the end game discussed in those initial consults. She also was able to make adjustments on the fly as required to keep the case moving efficiently. Most importantly, Pat was able to explain the process both overall and at each step along the way in a way that helped me understand how the puzzle would come together, the variances introduced by each judge involved, and helped me remain confident that we were progressing to a workable conclusion. Finally, she never used her position as my counsel to increase my anxiety about the divorce and the actions of my ex spouse or her attorney, rather she always dampened those emotions and kept me focused on constuctively ending the failed marriage in the best interests of me and my children. She is able to process complex information, doesn’t make legal mistakes, and took action to move my divorce forward when it was stalled for 16 months. Things are not finalized, yet. In addition to handling our family's legal matters, Mr. Pratt came to my rescue when I received a phone call from a "Bucks County Sherif," claiming there were warrants out for my arrest if I did not pay the fine in full that same day.
