My family was involved in an auto accident. De'Anne was very persistant with dealing with the insuarnce company and fighting for my family. She was dilligent about communicating and keeping us informed throughout the process. She was knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable in light of the situation. I have used De'Anne on multiple occasions to help me with legal issues regarding my business. I first met her when I took out an equity line on my home. I was so impressed by her combination of professionalism and warmth that I knew I would go to her in the future for any legal needs.
When I started my business, she represented me through all aspects of the legal process. Because my business type was not currently allowed in Georgia, I ran into difficulty getting licensed by the state of Georgia. I hired and attorney who advised that I sue the state and he charged me thousands of dollars. The result was disaster and completely jeopardized any chance of success.
De"Anne stepped in and rebuilt the relationship on my behalf, resulting in the state of Georgia changing the rules allowing my company to get its license.
I rarely give five stars to people, but if I could, I would give her six.

I am a licensed Real Estate Agent and more importantly a REALTOR in Georgia and use all of the closings that I have control over with Steve Emert. Most attorney's are hard to get on the phone and bill you for every little minute you speak with them or for every task they handle for you. Steve offers sound legal advice and charges fees once you decide to move forward with a legal matter. He offers a very fair rate for Real Estate Closings and has a Title Company that keeps the client protected long after they purchase a property. He is also conveniently located next to the Mall of Georgia which is convenient for me and makes it very easy for clients to find when they come to the closing. I have had nothing but praise and compliments from my clients about Steve and his staff. I hear all too often complaints about larger Attorney firms who drag their feet or pass a client file around to multiple staff persons. Steve has figured out how to manage multiple closings without confusion or delays.
