Tully and Rickney PLLC were great to work with from the start! I worked with Nicholas Marricco from the Manhattan dept and Sivan Zak from White Plains dept both were on top of our case and were with my family step by step throughout the educational rights process. My husband and I had tax issues to say the least, this gentleman took all of our paper work and the information we gave him and worked his magic!
