We chose Mr. Rubin to represent us to get permanent residency via marriage. Our previous lawyer tried to use the scare tactics, let us think the case is very hard and demanded a lot of extra charge. He also belittled us, and made us feel humiliated, that was when we decided to switch to Mr. Rubin. He treated us with kindness, told us the problem we had was not a big one at all, and charged us a very fair price. Everything he asked us to prepare is right on, the immigration interview was a actually pleasant. He made jokes with the officer, and everyone was in a good mood. Of course we got our green card on the same day! Thank you Mr. Rubin! We could not have done it without you!

I waited for months on writing this review in order to find the words that would do this office justice.
I will start by saying that your office exceeded my already high expectations, performance-wise and outcome-wise. You have delivered exceptional results, and I am still amazed with them every day.
After interviewing 9 attorneys over 12 months, I went to see Gregg who straightforwardly explained the process and stressed on the fact that my children’s best interest is of more importance to him than all other parties involved. He earned my trust from the beginning.
Throughout the process that lasted 11 months, Gregg and Samantha have been attentive to every detail, focused and proactive in every move and extremely diligent.
Gregg tried to minimize my expenses in every way possible, worried about my budget more than I myself did, a behavior I have not encountered with any other law firm.
Throughout the conflict, Gregg tried to absorb the ups and downs so I can maintain my calm. He used admirable wisdom when making quick decisions, while keeping the balance on when and how to act quickly and when to hold back and use reason.

Gregg was representing me in a divorce case that involved a very difficult husband, many obstacles along the way, three children, sale of the home, and court closed due to pandemic. From the first meeting he truly showed care and interest, not just for me but for everyone involved. The empathy that was present throughout the process made this whole experience less gruesome. Gregg was also on point with his legal advice, always reachable and very straightforward. He will let you know if he thinks you are taking an unreasonable position and that truly saves time in this process. You want to have an attorney that will not waste your time and money feeding into your emotionally charged requests. My family and I have known and used Mr Todd Eder’s services for over 25 years. Todd has done an outstanding job from start to finish on three separate real estates closings and personal injury due to a car crash. He was also our probate attorney, and did a fantastic job. I have had the privilege to be represented by Alex Kemeney for well over five years in a family matter, a legal area where emotions typically run high. For five years, no matter what the circumstances, or the anger and grief it caused, Alex remained calm and steadfast in his representation. Alex gave sound advice, based on a deep knowledge of the law and experience with effectively applying it.
Alex took the case despite only having only a matter of days to review the filings and documentation before a court hearing. He negotiated a consent agreement that provided rights and protections not normally granted by law as well as oversight and accountability. It was an incredible win under normal continuous representation, but particularly remarkable for only having days to get up to speed and prepare. With every filing, he distilled the specific law and legal principles that lead to a court’s ruling, and focused on the established law and crafted successful arguments.
The state and federal laws and regulations in this area of law are woefully inadequate to protect the vulnerable. Alex was always honest about the limits of the justice system, but despite those limits, he still fought as hard as I did to enforce a consent order. Throughout this entire matter, despite odds not being in my favor, Alex conducted his representation with absolute ethics and integrity, even when faced with questionable tactics from other parties. The case involved sensitive family matters and his approach always treated the core issue with compassion and dignity.
Alex restored me as beneficiary of a contested will, another matter normally difficult to reverse, and he provided the best one-liner of the day, which I will forever remember with a laugh. Thank you for turning a difficult situation into one of my most humorous memories.

I had to administer the estates of a three-member family who all passed within a short time. I had used the Cosner Law Firm a number of years ago and went to it to help again. The firm, as a whole, did a very good job.
The attorney assigned to work with me was outstanding in every sense. It took 2 years to settle all the estates. Without Anne Marie’s help and guidance, along with that of her assistant, Lisa, I could never have reached the end.
