I waited for months on writing this review in order to find the words that would do this office justice.
I will start by saying that your office exceeded my already high expectations, performance-wise and outcome-wise. You have delivered exceptional results, and I am still amazed with them every day.
After interviewing 9 attorneys over 12 months, I went to see Gregg who straightforwardly explained the process and stressed on the fact that my children’s best interest is of more importance to him than all other parties involved. He earned my trust from the beginning.
Throughout the process that lasted 11 months, Gregg and Samantha have been attentive to every detail, focused and proactive in every move and extremely diligent.
Gregg tried to minimize my expenses in every way possible, worried about my budget more than I myself did, a behavior I have not encountered with any other law firm.

Todd has done an outstanding job from start to finish on three separate real estates closings and personal injury due to a car crash. He was also our probate attorney, and did a fantastic job. We chose Mr. Rubin to represent us to get permanent residency via marriage. Our previous lawyer tried to use the scare tactics, let us think the case is very hard and demanded a lot of extra charge. He also belittled us, and made us feel humiliated, that was when we decided to switch to Mr. Rubin. He treated us with kindness, told us the problem we had was not a big one at all, and charged us a very fair price. Everything he asked us to prepare is right on, the immigration interview was a actually pleasant. He made jokes with the officer, and everyone was in a good mood. I have had the privilege to be represented by Alex Kemeney for well over five years in a family matter, a legal area where emotions typically run high. For five years, no matter what the circumstances, or the anger and grief it caused, Alex remained calm and steadfast in his representation. Alex gave sound advice, based on a deep knowledge of the law and experience with effectively applying it.
Alex took the case despite only having only a matter of days to review the filings and documentation before a court hearing. He negotiated a consent agreement that provided rights and protections not normally granted by law as well as oversight and accountability. It was an incredible win under normal continuous representation, but particularly remarkable for only having days to get up to speed and prepare. With every filing, he distilled the specific law and legal principles that lead to a court’s ruling, and focused on the established law and crafted successful arguments.
The state and federal laws and regulations in this area of law are woefully inadequate to protect the vulnerable. Alex was always honest about the limits of the justice system, but despite those limits, he still fought as hard as I did to enforce a consent order. Throughout this entire matter, despite odds not being in my favor, Alex conducted his representation with absolute ethics and integrity, even when faced with questionable tactics from other parties. The case involved sensitive family matters and his approach always treated the core issue with compassion and dignity.
Alex restored me as beneficiary of a contested will, another matter normally difficult to reverse, and he provided the best one-liner of the day, which I will forever remember with a laugh. Thank you for turning a difficult situation into one of my most humorous memories.

I was scared and nervous when I received my ticket from an officer for failing to stop for a school bus. I had never received a moving violation aside from a minor speeding ticket years ago. Mr. Blauvelt is a fantastic lawyer. I was accused of a DWI in March 2020, before the pandemic lockdowns, and my case was just resolved in the summer of 2022. I was asleep in my car and the vehicle was left running. Mr. Blauvelt listened to my story and although he knew it would be a difficult defense based on precedent in New Jersey, he was ready to fight against a conviction. Using his knowledge and experience, he mounted a three-prong defense, the heart of it being the officers' judgment when analyzing my road tests. During the process, many hearings were changed or canceled last minute, and the court was even changed. Throughout it all, Mr. Blauvelt kept my hope up while also explaining the risks of proceeding and the costs. In the end, the judge agreed with his defense, and the case was dismissed. I cannot recommend him enough. If you are ever in trouble, call Mr. Blauvelt.
