Then for me and my brother, after my dad passed.
On his estate, and sale of his co-op.
Ms. Kestel is knowledgeable, dedicated, returns calls/emails.
Available. Gets the job done and a true professional.
Showed interest and concern to make sure I sent documents and
information needed.
I live out of state, but Ms. Kestel made sure to meet with me various times in person also.
Offered advice on matters we didn't even know to ask.
Had started out with Ms. Kestel sending a personal checklist of information, so we had a good idea of what to expect/needed.
Took the time to explain. Gave details. Followed up.
Plus a very nice, caring person. We were not just a 'case.'

I recently found myself in the midst of a commercial real estate dispute. I hold a private mortgage on a mid-sized building and was served papers claiming that the mortgage was invalid.
