I am so so glad that I hired John as a consultant in a severance negotiation with my employer after my job was terminated. After consulting John, I received everything I asked for from my employer including multiple things I would not have thought to ask for without John's guidance. I don't have a ton of money so I was not sure if I should pay a lawyer for consultation. Now I can only think of the amount of stress and time and money it likely would have cost me if I did not hire John as a consultant. John and his team were professional, prompt, and efficient and knowledgeable. When I was stressed out about a timing deadline, John's team and John himself promptly provided effective answers to my question even though it was not a work day for them. Having never gone through this before, it was also great to speak with someone who has such an understanding of the ins and outs and whys and who can understand your situation and understand what and why it is happening and understand it from your employers perspective and explain it to you from their side. 5 stars. He's straight to the point. Took care of a felony charge and got it taken down to a misdemeanor. Over the past year Mr. Solis has fought for me to have the best outcome. Mr. Livingston was appointed for a family member who was over-charged by the DA, facing many years in jail. I have worked in the legal field for a very long time and I have never seen an attorney work so hard, get so involved, and defend his client the way Mr. Livingston did. He acted like it was his life on the line. He worked long, long hours and got most of the charges dismissed. An over-zealous DA was no match for Mr. Livingston. He knows the law, back and forth. Mrs. Bunn is an excellent Attorney. She was the difference between me going to prison for over 28 years in my court martial case for several crimes I did not commit. She is 100% honest and tells you everything to your face. She always replied within couple of minutes during any question I had, and my trial took a little over 2 years! I came to Sherry for some issues i had in the military, she worked with my budget and worked morning, noon, and night to get all of my questions answered no matter how big or small they were. She explained things to me like i was an adult and was very reasonable with her fees. it felt more like a donation than a charge. I work with our El Paso, Texas facility where Jessica handles legal issues we have problems with families (DOPA's) not paying their parents bill and refusing to sell property in order to get them eligible for Medicaid.
We have a resident who owes over $54,000. Thanks to Jessica that number will no longer go up. She did something I have never had an attorney do in all my years working in long term care. This financial abuse was reported to ADPS and law enforcement. Nothing was done. Jessica sent me a letter to review that she wanted to send to the Attorney General. It was so well written. Yes this was financial abuse but she also wrote with concern for our resident. She got the ball rolling with that letter. They assigned an investigator to this case. We now have a legal guardian for our resident, the family no longer has access to her pension checks and this guardian will see that the house is sold, the nursing home bill paid off, Medicaid is applied for and our resident's needs met financially. Sending that letter to the Office of the Attorney General was not only a brilliant idea but the fact that she was determined to see the right thing done for our resident - meant so much. We are here to take care of those in our care and with Jessica's help we able to accomplish this.

He handled a case in New Mexico for us when we found that we didnt have insurance coverage. He charged us a very fair rate and got great results. The jury awarded them less than half of what we had offered to settle so we were very pleased. While gettign sued was not fun, he helped us throughout the entire ordeal and made us feel alot less scared.
