Posting class action claims, claiming a solar company is committing fraud to sell arbitration cases that don’t require a lawyer. Contract literally states on front page they the length of contract term and being non-cancelling. They are stealing money from clients they’re not licensed to defend and know they can’t defend. They tried stealing from me.

I had the misfortune of needing legal advice from an employment attorney. I reached out to three. Jeff Rager was the first to respond and was very nice. (Mind you, I typically steer very clear of attorneys.)
The second firm replied, but after a couple emails they referred me to Rager Law, because of who my employer was.
The third never responded to my note.
I worked for Kaiser Permanente and had some trouble. I only reached out to get legal advice, after spending a year trying to get some sort of meaningful dialogue. Being pointed to different people, who then referred me to other people. Some people relied on policies that had good intentions, but the policies were not followed. I was exasperated and stressed. I knew how a pinball felt, getting bounced around only to fall into a hole and start over again.
As a last resort, I decided to hire an attorney, I hoped someone would listen to my lawyer and I could get back to work. I had a good reputation and loved helping people. I loved my work, my patients, and my co-workers. I knew that I could not lower my stress with overly aggressive and mean representation. I needed integrity and nice people. I wanted to get back to work.
I'm so glad to have had Rager Law with me. The kind tone of communication was nice and respectful. When the other side was late getting something to our team, Jeff would alway give them the benefit of a doubt. Jeff and his team remained firm and professional, without bad behavior. When things needed a stronger tone or action, Jeff and his team were right there, and stayed respectful. They were with me for the long haul and were confident in their abilities. They know their law and lean on the right way to do things. I felt safe with a legal team with such integrity and polite ways.
There were loads of records, and they went through everything. When it came down to it, we agreed to settle. I wanted to get on with my life. I heard the pro's and con's of my decision, and while we had an extremely strong case, I decided to move on.
Going to court would have yielded more money, but it wasn't about that - to me. I felt good about the settlement amount, which was enough to place attention on how not to treat people and to do the right thing, and also catch up my savings.
Employers only change behavior if it's expensive to continue the bad behavior. Since I wouldn’t be going back, I hope I helped start some kind of meaningful shift to doing the right thing.
Finally, the fee schedule. I appreciated that the fee schedule changed the more the case progressed. At first I thought, "that's a lot," and it was. Other firms were a tad higher. In the end, I feel like Rager Law earned their money. Their support had comfort, confidence, and was an absolute value.
Now that everything is done, I feel like I have a distant friend in the legal world. They are really that nice. I can't say enough good about Rager Employment Lawyers.
I offer you this, it's best to reach out early and not become exasperated with worry and stress.

Kate Crane wrote the estate documents for my parents in 1999. My parents paid thousands of dollars to set up the Trusts. Then, over DECADES she charged them to add more sub trusts giving them convoluted and complex distribution percentages to go from one trust to the other. My mom passed in 2009. My Dad died in March 2023. Today, 8/18/24 the estate is in litigations, most of the beneficiaries are mad and the documents were so poorly written by Kate, that the family relationships are fractured. My parents spent tens of thousands of dollars to prevent what is happening to our family today. They were sold her services using all of the things people want to hear. "You will avoid probate and save time" "You will save money on taxes" "Your family will have peaceful and loving relationships since everything is in the Trust" Total and complete lies to sell their services. Almost two years have passed since my Dad died. Even simple things like personal possessions of jewelry are still in the possession of professional fiduciaries. Almost two years have passed and my son and two nephews who are three responsible , productive members of society have to hire an attorney to try to receive their distributions because Kate Crane never took the time to update the age of these family members who must wait until they are 35 years old. They are businesses owners and homeowners but Kate wrote that they get nothing until they are 35. Oh, and guess what...those three have to have a trust set up and managed being charged fees to set it up and then $3,000/year to "manage the trusts". Another sister has a valid reason for blaming Kate for poorly writing a section of the Trust that results in her losing more than $200,000. I have written a sworn and notarized affidavit detailing how my dad told me that he wanted to change the wording of this section but Kate insisted that it be left as it was. His last few years of his life were spent regretting that he hired Kate Crane. This is a well polished scam that will take your money and redistribute your wealth to Kate Crane and her associates like CPAs. She works closely with a CPA named Grant Niman. After all of the money my parents spent on these trusts, after her client, my dad, passed away and could not complain, Kate charged an additional $8,650 to the estate for "emails, phone calls, review and drafting a letter" of her own documents!! Do not believe any of her lies that she says to get your money. This has been one of the worst cases of incompetence if not outright fraud and elder abuse.

I knew how a pinball felt, getting bounced around only to fall into a hole and start over again.
As a last resort, I decided to hire an attorney, I hoped someone would listen to my lawyer and I could get back to work. I had a good reputation and loved helping people. I loved my work, my patients, and my co-workers. I knew that I could not lower my stress with overly aggressive and mean representation. I needed integrity and nice people. I wanted to get back to work.
I'm so glad to have had Rager Law with me. The kind tone of communication was nice and respectful. When the other side was late getting something to our team, Jeff would alway give them the benefit of a doubt. Jeff and his team remained firm and professional, without bad behavior. When things needed a stronger tone or action, Jeff and his team were right there, and stayed respectful. They were with me for the long haul and were confident in their abilities. They know their law and lean on the right way to do things. I felt safe with a legal team with such integrity and polite ways.
There were loads of records, and they went through everything. When it came down to it, we agreed to settle. I wanted to get on with my life. I heard the pro's and con's of my decision, and while we had an extremely strong case, I decided to move on.
Going to court would have yielded more money, but it wasn't about that - to me. I felt good about the settlement amount, which was enough to place attention on how not to treat people and to do the right thing, and also catch up my savings.
Employers only change behavior if it's expensive to continue the bad behavior. Since I wouldn’t be going back, I hope I helped start some kind of meaningful shift to doing the right thing.
Finally, the fee schedule. I appreciated that the fee schedule changed the more the case progressed. At first I thought, "that's a lot," and it was. Other firms were a tad higher. In the end, I feel like Rager Law earned their money. Their support had comfort, confidence, and was an absolute value.
Now that everything is done, I feel like I have a distant friend in the legal world. They are really that nice. I can't say enough good about Rager Employment Lawyers.

Kate Crane wrote the estate documents for my parents in 1999. My parents paid thousands of dollars to set up the Trusts. Then, over DECADES she charged them to add more sub trusts giving them convoluted and complex distribution percentages to go from one trust to the other. My mom passed in 2009. My Dad died in March 2023. Today, 8/18/24 the estate is in litigations, most of the beneficiaries are mad and the documents were so poorly written by Kate, that the family relationships are fractured. My parents spent tens of thousands of dollars to prevent what is happening to our family today. They were sold her services using all of the things people want to hear. "You will avoid probate and save time" "You will save money on taxes" "Your family will have peaceful and loving relationships since everything is in the Trust" Total and complete lies to sell their services. Almost two years have passed since my Dad died. Even simple things like personal possessions of jewelry are still in the possession of professional fiduciaries. Almost two years have passed and my son and two nephews who are three responsible , productive members of society have to hire an attorney to try to receive their distributions because Kate Crane never took the time to update the age of these family members who must wait until they are 35 years old. They are businesses owners and homeowners but Kate wrote that they get nothing until they are 35. Oh, and guess what...those three have to have a trust set up and managed being charged fees to set it up and then $3,000/year to "manage the trusts". Another sister has a valid reason for blaming Kate for poorly writing a section of the Trust that results in her losing more than $200,000. I have written a sworn and notarized affidavit detailing how my dad told me that he wanted to change the wording of this section but Kate insisted that it be left as it was. His last few years of his life were spent regretting that he hired Kate Crane. This is a well polished scam that will take your money and redistribute your wealth to Kate Crane and her associates like CPAs. She works closely with a CPA named Grant Niman. After all of the money my parents spent on these trusts, after her client, my dad, passed away and could not complain, Kate charged an additional $8,650 to the estate for "emails, phone calls, review and drafting a letter" of her own documents!! Do not believe any of her lies that she says to get your money. This has been one of the worst cases of incompetence if not outright fraud and elder abuse.

My experience was extremely disappointing. Erik and his staff were consistently rude and unprofessional. They took an unreasonably long time with my case and never provided updates unless I reached out first. When I did contact them, they often had incorrect information and repeatedly asked for documents I had already sent. I have all the texts and emails to demonstrate just how poorly this law firm handled my case. I would never work with them again.

I came back and found out about the paper work after the 2 years statue limitations had expired. He dropped the ball and when I called his office the staff was nasty and bitchy. Never got a call back from him. Now 8 years later new injury has been discovered extending limitations for 1 more year. I will not be retaining him again, and I hope you won't either
