Ron was a true expert in being able to "un-do" a multitude of my legal missteps from over 20 years ago! He removed convictions and vacated other pleas that were not in my best interest. Moreover, he was expedient in what he did. Because immigration cases are a time-sensitive. My family and I could not be happier with the representation that Mr. Mondello provided! He was , to coin a phrase, worth every dollar. My immigration matter was serious, non-violent, but serious and he made it all go away.

I highly recommend Marc Berman as a personal injury lawyer. After incurring large medical bills from an injury, I kept getting stonewalled by the responsible party. Mr. Makarov represented me on 4 related traffic violations that had serious implications including potential incarceration and steep fines in NJ. Mr. Makarov calmed me down and helped me understand my rights and the potential outcomes. He helped me post bail and handled all interactions with the prosecutor and judge in multiple court proceedings. He was able to build a solid defense and reasonable doubt in order to have the charges negotiated down with the prosecutor. I am really grateful. He took a hands on attentive interest in my case which made all the difference as the circumstances of the case were key in this case. I received a 5-point speeding ticket and was in jeopardy of losing my license. Not only did Michael help me avoid a license suspension, but he also managed to reduce the violation to 2 points.

Josh represented our family in a real estate purchase. Unfortunately the deal turned sour when the sellers refused to honor the agreement. I was concerned that josh wouldn't be able or willing to help us because much of the transaction was handled by his paralegal. But when things went bad he stepped in and really made us feel like we were his only client. He was strong he was compassionate and he had our backs. Most of all, he was available to talk through a very scary ordeal. We now have an attorney for life.

In late November last year I was driving my motorcycle to work on my daily commute every morning. Unfortunately on the way an older woman pulled out in front of me in the middle of the street and I was unable to stop or swerve around her in time. I collided with her vehicle and flew over it, causing three herniations in three separate spots in my spine. Found out afterwards that she had a stop sign, I had the right of way. Immediately, I contacted Peter Briskin. Who within a day, had me set up with physical therapy, pain treatment, and a primary physician to monitor my spine health. Newer gotten answers to my questions, the answer what she give was a question, e-mail after e-mail nothing got done . first time hiring a lawyer, not easy to let go a lot of money for nothing I’m sorry to say that i end up releasing her as my counsel before the divorce got over, she told me i had close to $500 credit on hour and 15 minutes of her wages, i just told her I don’t want to deal with it you can keep it, and after a year I got a $147 invoice. Horrible lawyer my father past away in 2021 and he was the lawyer handling the estate. There was family issue with the administrator. Mr. Miller made accusations that were false.I told him I can email proof on situations that he accused he didn’t know nothing about but did. He took more money out of my half for property that was sold. I had to call him out on that. He also has money from the estate that have not been distributed so call the administrator wife get it before the only living heir. Unfortunately the administrator passed away. I called him to have him release the bond so I can take over my father estate as stated by the courts. He stated that it will cost money to handle the estate. I am the only living heir. I have emailed him and left messages with his staff no return call yet. I reported him hopefully I finally can get justice for me and my family

I used Catherine for a bankruptcy case. She failed to submit the proper paperwork on time, which led to the proceedings to initially be dismissed. She was NOT supposed to include my vehicles in the bankruptcy, but again failed to file the proper documents which caused themto be included. Also failed to advise of the payments due to the trustee which caused more problems.
