Mr. Meissner and his staff have been the most competent and attentive law office I have ever had the pleasure to work with! From the very beginning, Mr. Meissner helped keep my head above water in negotiating and securing money for my new car. I was in awe while listening to him speak with the insurance company and knew I truly had someone on my side that knows his business. He is very transparent with me and answers all my questions before I even have to ask.
I had many informative and delightful conversations with Heather and Frank for updates on the case and to soothe my nerves. I don't think I can thank Heather enough! The entire staff always took the time to listen to my needs and returned my messages promptly. They also helped me get in touch with competent physical therapists to return my condition to 100% injury-free. I forget how nervous I was at first thinking that I would have my back problems forever so I have tremendous amounts of gratitude for their keeping my health a priority and making sure I had proper ongoing treatment.
Although I never ever want to be in another car accident, I will certainly recommend Mr. Meissner's services to friends and families should they need it. I was a passenger in a car that was involved in a accident. The driver ran over a center-divide and took out a couple of street signs, the car wasn't damaged very bad. After arguing with the drivers insurance company for 8 months, they offered me $1000 dollars, at this point I was exhausted and in pain and ready to settle, then I spoke to Mr. Fogy. Mr. Fogy got me on the road to recovery. I went to physical therapy for about six months, while my case was going through the proper channels and in the end, I received a check for $32,860.00, TAX FREE!!!!!!!!
Currently I have a workman's compensation case, the defendants attorney offered me like $1,500. Because the case is still active, I don't want to disclose the numbers we are looking at now, BUT, it is way more than what i was offered. WAY! MORE! I am extremely happy with the results that Mr. George Fogy has delivered. I refer Mr. Fogy to all my friends and family.

When I was wrongfully terminated from my position with the federal government I desperately needed help. During this extremely stressful time in my life Mr. Nivens and his staff where able to thoroughly explain the process I would be going through, as EEOC can be confusing and overwhelming. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to really listen my issue. Throughout the process they communicated with me regularly and helped me to understand the legal terms. I hired Jon to remove alimony. My ex was representing herself. This was actually an easy case for Jon. But, Jon was very professional the entire time. My ex was not cooperative at all. We ended up in settlement conference and the ex did Not show up. Jon, gave me the option of stopping here or to continue to trial. I state this because he could have made more money on me if we went to trial. I requested a trial to seal this case for good. I was impressed with Jon during the first hearing in that, he was reviewing the case rather than sitting there like all the other attorneys soaking up my money for nothing. The only negative thing I have to say is, he added 4% to my bill for office work. It might have been in the contract that I did not see but in any event. Out of the 4, yes 4 attorneys I had he was the best of them all. If you have to I'd hire him. I think he is as fair as your going to find in this business. I wish I had found him first, as I believe I'd would have gotten a better deal than I got with the others... Divorce Suck when there are arguments.

Knew exactly what he was doing. Our family was up against a female lawyer that was downright nasty. Retained Jon and all of the personal harassment stopped. This was a child custody issue. The parents never married. No child support was ever paid. The father and his family lived in another state. The father's mother decided she wanted to raise her grandson and they did everything they could to discredit my new granddaughter-in-law. It didn't work. She is a very good mother and has trained her son well.
The paternal grandparents assumed my granddaughter did not have the financial resources to fight. They did not count on her new family stepping up to help plate to help financially or on our being willing to co-sign for her.
Jon was able to work around all of the issues and establish a reasonable visitation schedule so the boy could enjoy both sides of his family and the child support is a reasonable sum.

I retained Rebeca Christianson from Dougherty and Associates to finalize my custody and divorce during the most difficult time of my life. While divorcing a controlling, manipulating, narcissistic ex-cop, Mrs. Christianson was NEVER intimidated and NEVER wavered. During my emotional moments, Mrs. Christianson was very caring, extremely empathetic, and kept me focused. I never once felt that anyone from this firm was taking advantage of me financially. My family and I called to get advice and amend our mother's trust prior to her passing, we spoke to a Tony in the Fair Oaks, CA office whom quoted $2500 to make a minor amendment that was non-contested to the trust and as I asked questions to clarify and gain understanding, his response was that I am not going to argue with you. I was taken back by the lack of professionalism and customer service, especially during a difficult time for our family. We were willing to pay a premium for their knowledge, expertise and to be expedited but not to be taken advantage of. I contacted another firm and had a much different experience, they were professional, compassionate and appalled with the excessive quote that we were provided. My mother's trust was amended and notarized in less than 30 minutes for $250 instead of $2500. If there was an option to provide a no stars rating for this interaction I would... This interaction is what gives attorneys a bad name...

Absolutely horrible money hungry attorney! Lazy doesn’t even begin to describe him, I urge everyone to file a complaint against him with bar! I will be suing him for not doing his job and requesting sanctions! I have never met such a greedy incompetent man. If you don’t take my word for it just call him… you’ll see I’m right!!! I read the previous reviews warning me, but because of a friend I went against my instincts. It was a complete waste of time. He sent such a vague demand letter the insurance was confused to why we would sue them. He didn’t include anything not even the police report or photos. I can’t wait to get him in front of judge!!! He’s uneducated, unintelligent, slow to respond, and can’t even articulate a demand letter correctly. Good lord I would hated to see him in court. He’s an embarrassment! Don’t give this man a penny

He was my attorney ones and as soon as i tried to fire him he left to vacation. He tried to make me plea to 250 days saying that's the best offer i would get, when i fired him and represented myself I end up doing 8 days. He lied to me and said i don't have bail. I had to ask police and they said i do have bail. He tried to make me take a deal, without my will. David Brooks the worse lawyer. Will not recommend him to no body. He will wake sure u stay in jail the longest

David Brooks was extremely helpful and understanding in my child's case. He called and informed me of all the scenarios that could occur and kept in frequent contact with me about what was happening with the case. He even met me at the detention facility on a Sunday which was so reassuring since I had never been to such a place before. I hired Mr Wayland’s firm to help with estate issues. I thought i was retaining estate and real estate attorneys — i thought. Instead, Mr Wayland assigned a young real estate broker with no legal training and no supervision to do estate, failed to provide promised legal services like negotiation with my father’s bank. In 1 week of speaking to the non attorney who didnt even correctly identify the client (not me) I fired ARG. Mr Wayland then contacted me and said his law firm refused to be fired because it was a real estate brokerage - i could not fire him even for cause. He lied about work performed. In 20 days since I unfortunately signed a retainer agreement with ARG, i have never spoken to an attorney at ARG except for that when Mr Wayland sent me a brief email 4 days after the firm was fired. I re-affirmed he was fired and asked him to itemize the costs he claimed and he went incommucado again. They are honestly running a scam out of Mr Wayland’s law firm. What attorney abandons a client and then refuses to be fired?
