I hired Mr. Milam over two years ago in the middle of a criminal case I had against me , and I am so thankful that I did. In the beginning he told me he didn't know if he could get me a better deal then what I had been offered, but he promised me he would fight with me until the bitter end. Not only did he fight for me the whole time but he put his heart into it and did whatever he could to make sure I got the best deal possible. He never sugar coated anything and shot it to me straight the whole time, even if it wasn't something I really wanted to hear. Not only did he get me a great deal but he showed empathy for my situation and I felt supported the whole time. I would highly recommend Mr. Milam to anyone in any kind of legal situation.

Alfred Milam is an excellent attorney, and I give him my highest recommendation. Mr. Milam never gave up on my son and literally saved his life. He was able to negotiate a reduction in charges from a Class Y to a Class D felony. Without Mr. Milam's assistance, my son could have spent the rest of his life in prison based on hearsay evidence. My son and I will be forever grateful for his hard work and consideration of our feelings in a very difficult time.

Mr. Depper was kind but firm in what I would need to do to resolve my legal issues. The first face to face meeting his confidence was apparent and his knowledge of the system was strong. I was nervous and really did not think any lawyer would care to go the distance with my family.
Not only did Mr. Depper go the distance but he gave me sound advice, answered all my questions, calls, and messages regardless of how emotionally distraught or anxious I was. He is a very good listener and does his homework.
I thought at the beginning of my case there was no hope and I would be railroaded by the system. With Mr. Depper there was no chance of this happening. Even when I was ready to settle for anything just to get the case closed he was still fighting for us. I had a lot of work to do and he was very up front about my responsibilities. With each step he was encouraging, and supportive. He never once backed down. Throughout the case I kept telling myself what he had told me from the very beginning. "Your case depends on how many hoops they throw at you that you are willing to jump through...with a smile on your face". I would jump again. He was right. Even if they set them on fire he was there to put it out.
Strong, knowledgeable, supportive, and someone that has a good ethic. I feel privileged to have had him on my side. I was able to walk out with my chin up, and faith restored.

This summer I found myself in serious trouble and in need of legal help but had no idea how to find an attorney that would handle my type of problem. After searching and asking around, I stumbled onto the AVVO website. When I found Mr. Depper's page I noticed he had taken the time to answer more than 60 legal questions. I read his responses and I liked the way he answered people. He was very clear, to the point and helpful to those with inquiries. I contacted him via email through his website and he responded a few minutes later.
When I met him in person I found his demeanor matched the person depicted in the legal responses. I learned very quickly that I did not have to explain things in a hurry to him. He listened to everything I had to say and let me explain in my own way. He carefully looked through everything I had to show him asked questions for clarification and took a lot of notes. He explained the challenges that I would be facing and explained the general process of resolving my case. He answered all of my questions and when I didn't understand something he seemed to be happy to go over it again. When I walked out of his office that day I felt a tremendous relief. I felt like he had a thorough understanding of my situation and of me as an individual. I felt blessed to have a strong advocate with a solid plan.
We had three additional meetings and two phone conversations before my hearing took place. Mr. Depper stayed true to his initial character. He always answered all of my questions , he listened and did not rush me. He addressed every issue I raised by either telling me how he was handling it or making me understand why it was irrelevant. He never allowed our meetings to conclude without making certain I had no more questions. He always invited me to contact him if I had questions but that it was never necessary to contact him since he answered everything up front.
When it came time to go to court he met with me and explained how the hearing would proceed. On the morning of the hearing he spent a few minutes with me beforehand to make sure i was calm and did not have any questions or concerns. During the hearing I was a little in awe of him. He was very organized and well prepared. He systematically raised for consideration every issue we had concerns with. He kept everyone on topic including the opposing attorney. When the hearing was over he talked with me again. We briefly reviewed what transpired in the hearing and he let me know what to expect next. A few weeks later we learned that his defense was successful and there were no more steps to take.
I am very grateful to Mr. Depper for really hearing me, for taking my case and fighting for me. He is truly a blessing.

On January my husband and his friend were traveling back to Texas, their car broke down in front of a cop, the car was searched 13k and 4 grams of weed wax were found, which my husband didn't know about, otherwise his "friend" wouldn't have taken blame, they were still taken to the county jail.Dearmore was the only one lawyer who took my husband's case being the fact that we are from another state (Tx) . Eventhough the bond was set at 3,500 Bondsman didn't want to take the risk either, they didn't think he was going to make it to all court days given. thankfully a lady referred me to Dearmore Law, who rapidly worked on the case. As soon as I contacted him he immediately visited my husband that same day, he then contacted me back and told me how much he would charge me for the case, which that too was very reasonable price, payment plans are also available which is great for everyone on low income. By Wednesday of the following week, he gave me the best knews, all charges were droped, and my husband was released. Thanks to his knowledge and hard work, we didn't have to travel 6 hours every other day to court days, and I really appreciate his help. I can honestly recommend his services to anyone

Herb has been my attorney for going on 5 years. I more than trust Herb with any and all of my legal matters . When I first found Mr. Hixson, I only spoke with him over the phone but he immediately put me at ease. Once I actually met him in person, I felt an instant connection, something I had not felt with my previous attorney. Mr. Kieklak and his staff were very professional and guided me through the Social Security Disability process and hearing. I made the mistake of hiring a law firm from Little Rock. After asking for information that was costing me money, and after almost 2 years of back and forward and dealing with disrespectful "Account Managers" from the firm, they sent a letter stating they would no longer represent me.
I heard of Tim Smith through another lawyer and during the first meeting, he sent a letter to the insurance company, requesting payment for my personal injury. Within a week we had a first offer and that same day, he negotiated the amount we wanted.
He is the best lawyer I have seen. I can say this with confidence. My sister, brother, cousins are all lawyers in another state and I can truly say, Tim impressed me.
The best lawyer in Arkansas (Don't want to offend my family members who are lawyers outside Arkansas) so let's just say Best lawyer in Arkansas...

John Mikesch is an outstanding attorney and I simply cannot fit my testimonial of the accolades and commendations I have for him into the character limits of this review page. If you want an attorney that is well known and respected by every judge in Northwest Arkansas, John is your guy. It was amazing to see multiple other attorneys and even a police officer come up to him after court and tell him what an amazing job he did. He is truly an artist in his field. He is extremely knowledgeable in law practice, an elegant orator in the court room, and a brilliant legal strategist. He gracefully balances all of those legal-bulldog traits with compassion and understanding for what his clients are going through.
