I've had the misfortune of working with a number of real estate attorneys through various transactions over the years. Most of them have been extremely unreliable or difficult to work with, to the point of losing out on a deal due to negligence.
Franzetti law, and specifically James Franzetti is different. He's practical, diligent, and very responsible. He's detail oriented when it comes to doing due diligence on real estate transactions. Most importantly, he's easy to communicate with and won't "ghost" for long periods of time.
His fee is very reasonable given his level of service and results, and I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable real estate attorney.

I had the opportunity to interact with Mr Kasen on phone and what started off as a brief consultation (that he did not bill for) ended up being a 30 minute conversation where he not only understood everything about our case, but provided sincere advice and guidance. Mr. Korman helped me with two separate estates. One was contested and one was not. I could not have asked for a better outcome in either case. Thats the bottom line sort of. A month ago, I went to attorney Nam with my new husband to apply for a green card. He explained the process thoroughly to us for about 90 minutes but only billed us for an hour consultation. My eviction moratorium questions were answered quickly with multiple examples of how and when tenant moratorium rules apply vs. when the landlord could change rates and create new lease contracts.
He was able to efficiently pinpoint the actions that were needed to restore tenant rights if they were violated. All of the consultation questions were answered in a very knowledgeable and concise manner.
