Richard Merlino is a very professional and knowledgeable attorney. He handled my fiance extremely well, I wouldn't question the ending results. He was able to turn my fiances sentence around from 15 to 25 years in prison to only 86 months, 2yrs of credit time served, and with 40% of his sentence being served, he will be released in 2026. I am very satisfied and cannot write enough good things about this firm and the attorneys. Had a lot of debt and my car and house were being taken away. The banks started to garnish my money and I was told that they would take my IRS refund. Called Aron Szabo and I hired him to help me. I waited a few days to write this review because I was still processing how my life has changed for the better in a matter of months.
I called Mr. Szabo about one year ago. After speaking to him I decided to hold off filing my bankruptcy. I wanted for about two months before I called again and I now cannot believe I was waiting. I was the only one who was in the way of getting rid of my debt.
Mr. Szabo was very nice. He did not rush me. The price I got is better than I was quoted anywhere else. But more important for me, Mr. Szabo or his assistant were always available to speak with me and calm me down when it was needed.
Last week I got a call from Mr. Szabo telling me that my debt has been discharge. I can now get on with my life and not have to worry about debts that were hanging over my head.
No doubt that I recommend this firm to all.

I contacted the law office of Mr. John A Moffa, Mr. Moffa was in court but another superior attorney, Mr. Stephen Breuer consulted with me. Mr Breuer is an outstanding attorney, he is very easy to talk with, he is extremely patient but at the same time extremely sharp. What I really liked about Mr. Breuer is that he really listens to the facts BEFORE answering my questions. This is VERY VERY IMPORTANT, because every case is different, each with it's own set of facts. You should always want an attorney that understands YOU, rather than statistics. Mr. Breuer is very conscientious AND thorough, also exemplary qualities in an attorney. Because he is so very intelligent he empowers you to be confident during difficult times. Not only is he very knowledgeable about the law , he REALLY puts the needs of his clients first. our phone call was not rushed, in fact just the opposite. When I hired Richard the state attorney's office was offering me 3 years probation with an adjudication of guilt, I'd lose my civil rights for a 3rd degree felony, even though I don't have an extensive criminal history and the only prior history was 20 years old. I specifically hired Richard because I wanted the judge to order the probation department to verify employment through pay stubs and when I mentioned this to the public defender assigned to my case she had no idea that that was even an option.
Richard ended up getting the employment verification through pay stubs, as well he also got the state to agree to adjudication withheld, meaning I keep my civil rights, plus 18 months probation that will automatically terminate when a small amount of restitution is paid, meaning I will spend a total of 5-days on probation.
I'll definitely use Richard in future legal matters as well as recommend him to anyone I know who needs a competent attorney.

Christin is representing me in a very tough battle with the IRS.
The IRS had a whole list of accusations against me, going back 10 years, and targeting me for every one of those years.
They were taking the most extreme and severe actions against me, possible, when I hired Christin.
Christin has successfully kept ANY bad things from happening to me, while eliminating things from the IRS list of things against me, along the way. Christin and her strategies successfully defeated almost the entire list for every year, so far. She is still working on the last one, and has adapted, all along the way, to make sure nothing bad happens to me, even though my situation is constantly changing. My situation changing occasionally causes her to change her strategies, to insure the best outcome, for me.
Her strategies have been adaptive, and hedging, and based on her extensive experience and expertise.

The most important thing for me was that Brian Karpf initially was very positive that he could help me reduce my permanent alimony. Brian explained to me the entire process and guided me through how the legal process would work.
Brian was very diligent about keeping my legal expenses as low as possible. Brian made sure that the Associate attorney's did as much of the leg work as possible.
I was also impressed with how fast my calls, emails and texts were responded to.
