I cannot speak any higher of Jeff Branch. He handled my unfortunate divorce for me and made it a smooth, way less stressed ordeal. I had originally hired a different attorney who did what most lawyers do, promise to help you, get your money, then put you on the back burner. After my wife's attorney walked on my attorney a few times with no fight I called and met with Mr. Branch. Let me just say, the tides turned quickly to a point where everything smoothed out and stayed fair. One of the most brutally honest people I know, Jeff always told me the truth and shot me straight. Right from the start with my case, he told me "no one will walk away with everything, but I promise you'll both walk away with what you can live with". He was so right, our divorce was fair and neither side felt cheated. The one thing I will say is Jeff Branch commands respect with his knowledge of the law and his winning attitude. From the moment he took over my case, it was like I had hired a Pit Bull to represent me. He watched over my case with great attention, communicated with me at every step, and literally changed the balance of the divorce from my wife and her attorney taking anything and everything they could to them doing more agreeing to Jeff's terms and submitting to what he told them they could have. I hired Jason to represent me in a first time DWI charge that, if convicted, would have resulted in harm against my medical license and professional career. The facts were weak, but I felt it necessary to hire the best to represent me in this high stakes charge against me.
I interviewed multiple attorneys. Jason was the first and the last. In between, I found almost all firms persuade you to enter a contract using their best, most well recognized attorney. They then “sub” your case out to a lesser experienced associate or partner attorney. I realize everyone needs to gain experience, but I could not afford to lose this case.
Jason handled every aspect of my case (phone calls, email responses, meetings, and court appearances). His fee was middle of the road compared to others I interviewed. There was no less experienced middle man handling my case, which in my opinion deserved every extra penny spent hiring him that could have been “saved” by retaining the cheapest lawyer. He handles his cases in the same manner I do as a physician, and I really appreciated his attention to quality over volume.
Jason successfully had my case dismissed without trial or pleading for a lesser charge. Furthermore, my drivers license was not revoked/the judge also dismissed the civil part of this case. In total, all elements of my case were dismissed and I was very pleased I followed my gut instinct by hiring him.

Well, I usually won’t write these, but with my experience with Jason Howard. He was nothing, but amazing during this stressful time that I was going through. I was arrested at 18 for DWI in Denton county at the beginning of COVID and of course had lots of questions, anxiety and confusion about the whole case as well as I didn’t know where to start at all. I almost immediately went online searching for answers and found Mr. Howard’s website and left an inquiry. He was the first attorney to get back to me as it was on the weekend and even after hours he called to check in and let me know he would look at the case with me the following day. I hired Mr. Howard that same day as communication was very important to me and it was days before any other attorney in the area got back to me. A lot of other attorneys offices will also outsource your case to someone else in the same firm and Mr. Howard personally took care of mine which was also important to me because I knew I could get answers without having to ask around multiple people. My case took over 18 months to be filed and was resolved just under 24 months. Throughout this entire process Mr. Howard monitored the status of my case, gave me updates, was always there to answer every question I had, and ultimately negotiated to have my charges reduced based on my case details. Mr. Howard is very detailed and knowledgeable and won’t ever leave you in the dark from start to finish. If you are looking for a DWI attorney in Denton/ Tarrant counties I highly recommend hiring or consulting with Mr. Howard to get your case handled or to at least better understand your specific position and your options going about it.

I was thrown into a life changing situation with no means at our first consultation. I had enough money to pay for the consultation but didn't have the retainer amount to hire her at the moment. I have worked with Ms. Taylor since the start of my divorce in 2017, it's conclusion in 2018 and every issue that has come up since. Through everything the other party has thrown at us (constantly losing counsel, backing out of agreements, and generally prolonging the case) she has handled every aspect in my case with urgency, attention to detail, and a grace that only she has. I'm amazed at how she is always able to anticipate the opposing parties next move. A little background on this issue, my son was back and forth to the doctor around Jan 2020 with breathing issues. Finally, he was diagnosed with severe asthma. He had to take different medications and be hooked up to machine several times a day. Then, Covid-19 hit in March 2020. During this time, he were still going to visitation and all parties were made aware of our son's condition and the doctor's recommendation. However, the other party did not follow these guidelines (i.e. taking him to parties) which put him as risk. Ms. Taylor handled this situation thoughtfully. She attempted to work with the other party outside of court and get him to agree to follow the doctor's recommendations and guidelines. Only when the other party refused, did we seek assistance from the courts. The judge ruled in our favor allowing my son to limit his exposure to Covid-19 while getting his asthma under control. I will be forever grateful to Ms. Taylor and her skills as an attorney for helping my family live a happy healthy life.

I want all to know that Mr. David Wynne’s representation in my court case has given me not only the impression but the confidence that being an attorney, especially in family court, takes a special person with a heart that is understanding and compassionate for their clients and involves extreme knowledge of the Texas Family Laws that as I know now is an ever-changing living entity.
When we started this cause, it was going to be a simple visitation request so I could spend a few hours a week with my son. Mr. Wynne was straight forward on what I should expect and how we should approach everything in regards to the case, which was very important to me because I had never had to be involved with anything of this sort and was completely unaware of what to do. From our first consultation, I felt a sence of relief and confidence that he would do everything he could to help me. His honesty, confidence and knowledge of Family Law was proven to be not only evident throughout my case but exceptional and extremely beneficial to the brilliant outcome. Once again my x-wife sued me for no reason. I started with another attorney but was getting out classed by my x-wife attorneys. I had a very good friend that is a very well known attorney who recommend David and oh was it the right call. David was able to out class my x-wife attorney, we summary judge on one of the sues against me and on the other we were able to get them to go away as we had them dead to right heading into our court date. Before hiring David Wynne to represent me in a complex divorce case, I carefully studied Fort Worth Magazine's "Top Lawyers for 2020" and attorney reviews in the Avvo Lawyer Directory. In both places, I found Mr. Wynne to be very highly rated and decided to contact him by telephone. A ten-minute conversation convinced me that David Wynne was the attorney I wanted to represent me.
While reading my first letter from Mr. Wynne, I noted that his letterhead promised to provide clients with "aggressive controlled representation." Yes, I found this to be the case, but, more importantly, I found him to a "client friendly attorney" who always represented me in a competent, caring, and classy manner.
My divorce case had been poorly handled by my previous attorney. For this reason, lots of work was required by David and he had many "Motions" to file just to "get us up to speed" and "place us on an even playing field" with my former wife and her attorney. As this occurred, during a five-month period, David's legal knowledge and skills as an attorney became very evident to me.
Because of delaying tactics by the opposing counsel and the fact that this counsel required my divorce case to be arbitrated rather than settled in a court of law, the case took 14 months to resolve. Throughout this time, David provided me with excellent legal advice and was always available to support me.

I’m so happy I decided to go with Mr. Barnett. Not once did he try to deceive me on the process of my case. Other lawyers I spoke with made it seem like everything would be done in a month. But Mr. Barnett let me know it would be a process and assured me everything would be fine. I’m very please with the outcome I received. Anna was very understanding and considerate of my situation and wanting to get my case taken care of right away. As soon as I hired her, she jumped right on it, contacting the DA's office, and got them to not file the charge that was pending against me. She was also able to talk to my parole officer, and submit a document from the DA stating they were not picking up the charge for me. My parole then lifted the blue warrant off of me. This all got settled within a matter of days, and my parole officer said I was really lucky, that this usually doesn't happen with a family violence charge. All thanks to Anna for getting this done!

After struggling with a large amount of unsecured debt, my wife and I decided we needed to consult an attorney. We selected Mr. Huebner based on proximity and good reviews. During our initial free consultation, Mr. Huebner was personable and made us feel at ease. We decided the best route for us was to file Chapter 7 as a couple. We were provided material to follow a step by step process. Our case had some elements that complicated the process but we were provided answers to all our questions. Most questions were answered by the material we were given, but when needed, Mr. Huebner kept us up to date and answered all our questions via emails and telephone conference since the COVID-19 crisis closed all offices. We have since filed and participated in the creditor's meeting without any problems and are looking forward to having our case completed. We highly recommend Mr. Huebner.

Jim is hands-down the best lawyer . My son got himself into a mess of trouble, was facing some real prison time for heavy charges due to stupid actions. Jim not only saved him from prison, but his expertise got his charges reduced to a misdemeanor with probation. Of course lack of responsibility my son did not meet Probation because he was not ready to turn his back on his lifestyle. Needless to say after multiple adjustments and Jim going to the judge, he got probation dropped and he was assigned community service work detail. The boy messed that up too, and now We are back with Jim working for another outcome. I am confident Jim will work this out for his good, And hopefully the boy will get it done this time.

Handling my criminal case, Andrew was professional, calm, good listener, always available, and empathetic. Andrew fought for my best interest and achieve the best outcome(DISMISSAL). I was dealing with a possible probation revocation, I spoke with Mr.Keating about how I wanted go forward with my probation and he explained all the possible scenarios that could happen and answered any questions I had. He has great patience, very understanding, doesn’t make you feel judged, and overall makes you feel comfortable which then builds confidence with your choice of choosing him to represent you. He’s very honest with how he feels an outcome will play out and let’s you decide whether or not you want to take route. My probation was going ideal until my probation officer filed the motion to revoke me earlier than expected, I ended up having a warrant for my arrest. Mr.Keating came up with a solution to keep me from going to jail (as I have 2 kids dependent on me) and that required me to step into the courthouse full of officers. I honestly was very hesitant but I trusted him and I walked out of the courtroom discharged from my probation a month earlier than my intended date! I also adore his paralegal Robin! She is truly amazing, she’s has great communication, great response time, and helped me feel comfortable and at ease with an undesirable situation! I’m sure he has multiple clients but him and his staff really make you feel like you’re a priority which is so important when dealing with time sensitive matters.
