Mr. Speck assisted me in handling my brother's DUI cases, which involved a couple of legal issues. Ray Raya represented me in early Spring of 2024. I was absolutely petrified, and sick to my stomach for months looking for a reputable lawyer. I received his contact information by word of mouth from a dear friend of mine. The day of court, I came in early but, he came in earlier. He shook my trembling hand, said it’s ok. I got it to a $100 dollar fine plus court costs. With my face bright red from fear and the lump in the back of my throat… I cleared my throat and managed to stumble out the words… am I going to lose my license?!! Tears welled up in my eyes, He said no you’re ok!! His smooth confidence just took so much anxiety away. I was petrified I’d lose my license and of course, the booming thoughts I obsessed about… how am I going to get to work?Am I going to lose my job and my home, if I can’t get to work?!!! My life is over!!! But just like that, he made a fantastic deal and I was so grateful. I sobbed in the car in the courthouse parking lot after my case was heard for 15 minutes trying to compose myself. I am just so absolutely grateful and happy with his services!! I hope I never am in a predicament to see him again, however, I know who to contact if I'm in a jam again. So grateful!!

Fred Niemann and his staff were easy to deal with and saved us a huge amount of money. The first lawyer we went to insisted that my wife and I needed complex wills, involving the establishment of many trusts, adding thousands of dollars to the cost. He actually refused to do the simpler wills. So we went to our next choice, Hanlon, Niemann & Wright. Fred, hearing the same story from us as the first lawyer, gave us the same explanation of the risk of not using trusts. But Fred listened to our explanation of why we believed that we didn't need them. He agreed with us., and Hanlon Niemann put together the two wills and the power of attorney documents that were exactly what we both wanted, and for less than the first lawyer would have charged for the simple wills that we had originally asked for. If we ever need help from a law firm again, guess who we will call.

I recently had to go to quart for a speeding citation. Mr. Pfersich personally talked to the prosecutor in my defense and got my case dismissed completely. What a guy. It seemed he knew the prosecutor personally but when I asked him about their relation he informed me he met him on the day. He has a way of putting a positive spin on things and it certainly influenced the prosecutor to my benefit. I walked with no points and a minimal fine. He couldn't have been more helpful. I recommend him in a heartbeat.

I got Eric lee as my lawyer for one of my court cases pro bono. I retained Eric as my lawyer for several court cases that I had. Which included obstruction of justice, a violation of restraining order and a burglary charge. For the obstruction of justice I just had to pay a small fine. Eric was able to get the violation of restraining order dropped down to a disorder persons contempt. Which I had to plead guilty to and received a years probation and minimal fines. For the burglary charge Eric was able to enter me into pti, pre trial intervention and I plead not guilty to the burglary accusations. So as long as I didn't get into anymore trouble it was as if the charge never happened. Which was good because I was looking at 2-5 years of jail time. I was entered into pti and received another year of concurrent probation and $125 of fines. I would highly recommend Eric lee for any criminal cases you might have. He was very helpful in my court cases and kept me out of prison.

Working with Mr. Blaine was an experience in a class by itself.
