Let me first say that if you are reading this, I am sorry for your families loss. My brother found Harrison Estate Law by chance and wow they have been pretty great for what the situation was. Casey was the Lead attorney and I swear over the course of a year I asked a hundred questions by email and everything just kind of went along how it was supposed to. They got us taken care of and I can’t say enough about the team of Casey and his assistant Jennifer, they were great! I highly recommend them and would gladly testify to that statement!

Out of all of the consultations I’ve had and the painful search that I endured to find someone who understood my situation — Elika Stimpson made it all fade away. I’ve never met someone so kind and caring in her position. She handled my case with such class and professionalism! She explained everything to me in a way that any non-lawyer would understand and she made sure that I knew the situation I was in was not my fault nor was it allowed. I was very worried that I would have to settle for a lawyer that didn’t hear me out or defend me to their best ability, and that was not once an issue with her. No child is ever prepared for what it takes to take care of your parents and their estate as they are getting older. I have been trying for months to understand the best course of action to take. Some of that is my own avoidance, but some of that is also just not finding the right person to talk to. After speaking with several attorneys and social services people, I was still VERY confused as to what I steps I should take. After one conversation with Long, I felt so well informed and knew exactly which steps were the right ones to take, and why. It was so refreshing to speak to someone who not only knew this area inside and out, he also genuinely seemed to have me and my families' best interest at heart. My son entered this with so much fear, because he didn’t know his rights as a father. After some research, I scheduled the consultation, we met with Ms Alishia and I knew immediately that she was my son’s lawyer. Ms Alishia was patient with us, thoroughly explained his rights as a father, answered all of our questions and listened to us vent and express our concerns. She was very informative and always professional, even at times when we became impatient. There was never a day or time that we couldn’t contact and communicate with her, she was always available and gave her undivided attention to the case. My son felt heard!
I am truly grateful to Ms Alishia for her knowledge and expertise and highly recommend her services. In the end my son was granted all of his requests. Through out this process she kept saying “Just stay the course!” I’m so thankful that we did.

Alishia did an amazing job. She came onto my case in the midst of chaos and never made me feel like a burden. She helped me through a family law case that began in December of 2022 until May of 2024. (She came on in October 2023) She was able to find a common ground for an agreement with opposing counsel without having to go through the trouble of a trial all while keeping my best interest at hand . She didn’t just listen to me but she HEARD me.
She is reliable, realistic, and willing to put in the work needed to get the job well done!

Sophie Schwartz held my hand through the whole thing and didn’t laugh at me when I asked for my case number for the 10 time. She took care of the stuff I was too overwhelmed to handle- like finding a doctor and a repair place. And she replied promptly to my questions with exactly the answer I needed.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experiences regarding being a client at Glassman and Zissimopulos with John Kelly as my attorney. This time in my life was easily the most traumatic and terrifying experience in my life. I was arrested and falsely accused in an effort to take my freedom and my baby away from me for good. It was initially successful until John Kelly came into the case. Even with the trauma and shock I was immediately put at ease with Mr Kelly’s presence and calm professional demeanor. He clearly knows and understands the law and I learned a lot as this case moved forward for a grueling several weeks. My life and the lives of my family hung in the balance while my whole family struggled with the injustice that was done to me and my children. Mr Kelly did not rush our meetings and took the time to educate and assure me of the plan moving forward. The first time seeing him in action in court in front of the judge was truly impressive. When I decided to divorce my ex she pulled something disgusting and low landing me in the crosshairs of the law for the first time in my life. Hiring Andy was the best decision I have ever made. He not only carried me thru this ordeal but did so with patience, superior knowledge of the law, above and beyond customer service, and professional excellence. It’s stressful enough to get arrested and dealing with courts and police but hiring Andy was a godsend for someone who deals with anxiety on a daily basis. In April of 2022, I was arrested for defending my home and property from a subject who was refusing to leave my residence. Upon my release, I first tried to handle the matter through the Public Defender's Office. Weeks went by with no sort of contact and it did not appear as though the Public Defender had my best interests in mind. After enough frustration, I finally contacted the Dunham & Ingram Office and I wish I had done it sooner! Mr.Ingram acted swiftly and professionally. He reassured me and helped dispel any concerns I had. He also went through with me and explained step by step how the process would go. When I sent emails to his office or called them on the phone, there was always a friendly voice on the other side that was willing to speak to me. Mr.Ingram responded to my emails promptly and timely on every occasion. Mr.Ingram conducted his research of my case and found that I acted within accordance of the law and subsequently filed a "Motion to Dismiss". Within 3 days, the state attorney's office had dismissed all of the charges against me. Andy did more to help me within a week, than the public defender did within a month. If you find yourself in a terrible situation like I did, call Mr.Ingram. This is your life and livelihood at risk. I can't thank him enough for the services he offered to me.

I will try to keep this concise but that will be difficult as Blake, Angela and PTM are truly an answer to prayer. After an unexpected death, I needed to find a probate attorney. As I interviewed many in the Gainesville area, Blake quickly rose to the top. Probate is something foreign to me and Blake and Angela literally held my hand through the process, they were flexible with appointments (I was flying in from across the country), generous with listening ears and suggestions and incredibly kind to my father as we also needed to redo his trust and will.
I have now had to work with 3 other attorneys due to my parents moving and the need to update wills and trusts again, POA paperwork and investment contracts... and I can confidently say that PTM outshines other firms in their clear and timely communication, the speed with which they complete tasks on their end and as you can see from the other reviews; how they make each client feel like they are important and valued.

Looking for an Estate Planning lawyer can be daunting. I didn't want a billboard lawyer. I knew I wanted a small firm that actually answered the phone. One that didn’t offer me a video chat for the first consultation meeting from someone outside my area. I wanted a face to face personal meeting. Our situation is special, I knew that going in. I’m so glad I called PTM Trust and Estate law. During our first consultation meeting, I warned them that I was their final exam. By the time that the initial meeting was over, I know that Blakely and Angela learned some things from us and we learned a lot from them too. Talking to them is as easy as talking to your friends. All questions were asked, explored and answered. Communication before, during and after the meeting them was all excellent. My interpretation for PTM is Professional, Trustworthy and Meticulous!

I am writing this on behalf of my close friend who needed some help.
We needed to file a motion with the court for an urgent manner. It was on a Friday and it was the Friday before the week of Thanksgiving....Well if you know anything about the court systems or judges they do not usually move very quickly nor do they handle matters on Friday's. Especially not the weekend before the holidays. I reached out to Miles Kinsell and his WONDERFUL paralegal Libby picked up the phone right away. I briefly explained my situation and she told me she would call me back. Her and Miles made a few phone calls and the next thing I know we had a signed approval by the judge in less than 24 HOURS!!! If you only knew how quick Miles and his group work you would never choose another attorney again. They get the job done. Oh and I have seen Miles in action in the courtroom and all I can say is.....absolute Bulldog would not want anyone else in my corner. Thank you Miles and Libby...you guys are wonderful!!

The FF&P have been my first choice and recommendation for personal injury.Atttorney Jack Fine and his Legal Assitant , Gabrielle Jenkins and Janice were awesome in their representaion of me after a second accident in four years. I had a post-divorce matter arise because of the incompetence of the lawyer who handled my divorce. I reached out to Sabina and was desperate at the time because my ex-husband totally disregarded our settlement agreement. Sabina was patient and kind, but also ready to fight on my behalf. I was bereft and Sabina took the time to explain to me the issues with my settlement agreement, what issues we could reasonably litigate, and which ones I would have to accept were not enforceable. The not enforceable parts were because I got duped into thinking I did not need an attorney for my divorce in the first place because my ex-husband and I were "amicable."
I honestly felt like Sabina and her entire team took my case personally as though it was happening to them, and I know this is the way Sabina approaches all of her cases/clients. Sabina is a fighter for justice for her clients. I felt heard, supported, and I knew I was in expert hands. Sabina is a vigorous advocate, a fighter for justice, is laser sharp with the ability to identify critical issues that left me financially liable that were missed in my divorce. I never would have known without her help but it could have been avoided if I retained her to handle my divorce in the first place! Most importantly, Sabina does not give up. If she isn't sure of something, she will research it. I really appreciated everything she did for me.
Another important consideration in retaining an attorney is that Sabina was not going to let me spend thousands of dollars on issues that could not be litigated. I needed that perspective and guidance, like most clients do in divorce/post-dissolution proceedings, because we are emotional rather than logical. It was hard to swallow at times but I trusted her and her expertise implicitly. She was correct 10/10 times.
The take home message is YES you DO NEED your own lawyer in every divorce, no matter how "amicable" you think it is, and
Sabina IS the lawyer you need. Don't let the other side retain her; get there first!
I should share that I work in the legal field as an expert witness so I work with a LOT of attorneys. Most attorneys are mediocre, at best. A lot are simply horrible. There are precious few Sabina's out there and I am so grateful I found her and that she took my case.
This is long overdue, but thank you so much, Sabina and Home Town Law Team!

I had a consultation with Sabina today and I would say that she is not only a knowledgeable lawyer, but also a very understanding and responsive person. Going through divorce is already a stressful time for anyone and Sabina can understand this emotional aspect without extra explanation. Her answers and advices were professional and detailed. I could not speak any better of this law firm. My case was assigned to Chris Jones, with Logan Doll as second chair. From to start to finish, these gentleman were so very comforting. I do not regret any dollar paid, they did their job as if they were fighting for themselves.
My case was an interesting one against the state. Mr. Jones was on top of every detail from the beginning; he would even take the time to call my witnesses. Prior to trial a meeting was set up because Mr. Jones knew I had never been to court and wanted to prep me to his best ability.
In the court room, Mr. Jones and Mr. Doll were unreal. They kept me calm and explained everything going on to the best of their ability. Mr. Jones fought in that court room as if he was fighting for himself. He even had the jury loving him. Once my trial was won, I was congratulated by Mr. Jones, Mr. Edwards, and Mr. Doll. Just an all around great team that stands by you, makes you laugh through the hard times, and fights for you and what is right. I could not recommend them more!

This firm is more than just your average, run of the mill firm. Our child support/paternity case was extremely complicated, having already been settled in North Carolina court in our favor with prejudice. A move to the state of Florida instigated the opposing party to reopen the case, making the circumstances a bit more difficult and harder to navigate. When the lines of justice were unclear, Ms. Cucinella researched and dug until an answer was found or a comparable case was located that could be evidenced in court.
While no one could ever be certain of the outcome when it comes to court matters, my Husband and I were extremely confident and beyond comfortable in the effort that the entire team put into our case.
Ms. Stephanie Mack represented us on the day of court and the outcome couldn’t have been better.

We, (my family & me) found ourselves embroiled in a nasty dispute with a local neighbor in a very rural neighborhood. We purchased almost 24 acres more than 17 years ago to escape the confines of HOA' rules and regulations and nosy neighbors. We are ardent second amendment supporters, and we like our ATV's and Dirt Bikes. Hence, we bought enough property so we could enjoy our type of lifestyle. After more 16 years of doing just this without any interference, newcomers to the neighborhood moved in across the street and abruptly advised us that both our dirt bikes and guns were disturbing them and we needed to cease and desist our lifestyle. Footnote: We keep our property in pristine condition. This culminated in the neighbors calling the Marion County Sheriff's Office on us virtually every time we shoot our guns (more than 20 times). Notwithstanding, their property is more than 1700 feet or 3 full football fields away from where we shoot and in the opposite direction. This ultimately resulted in a repeat violence and stalking allegations filed against us in court.
We hired Mr. Brad Willard as our attorney. Where do I begin?
1. Attentive 2. Talented 3. Available on a moment’s notice 4. Detailed oriented. 5. He listens to you.
But more than all of that, he literally destroyed our neighbor’s testimony. I mean DESTROYED our neighbor when he got him on the witness stand. He exposed his lies, his made-up stories, and exposed him for exactly what he was trying to do. Our neighbor tried bringing New York City values and gun laws to rural Marion County. Mr. Willard protected us from him and those restrictions and for that we are most grateful to him and his law firm. Highly respected and highly recommend. Mr. Willard is a true skilled trial attorney and brings a wealth of experience to his clients. I would not like to be on the other side of him in a court room!
