This is the first time I felt like I was wrongly accused so I lawyered up. Nate is a rockstar and though all odds were against me, he somehow found a way for me not to do a day in jail. If I had to hire him again or refer him to a friend, there is no doubt in my mind that he couldn’t handle it. Best part is that he is straight to the point. Oh and side note, this guy is a giant.

I was never charged, so it was an easy case, but I was glad I found Mr. Wente. He cleared everything up quickly and assured me I had done nothing wrong. I'll probably never go to court, but if I do, it didn't take me long to decide I would want this guy to go to the plate for me. He has a strong head on his shoulders and a very good sense of justice.

Mr. Hofgard is helping with a predatory/fraudulent mortgage where my home was targeted for it's foreclosure value. Mr. Hofgard knows mortgage lending and foreclosure laws. He's honorable and straightforward. I wish there were more attorneys like him.
Mr. Hofgard nails the issues quickly and clearly. He's amazing. He keeps me informed and listens. He's said my mortgage fraud is one of the worst he's ever seen. After fighting the actions of the unlicensed loan originators/lenders for more than two years, I have hope justice will prevail and truth will come out.
It's unfortunate when criminals use the civil court system to avoid criminal accountability. I hope the predatory lenders, and those who helped them, will go to jail for a long time and won't hurt other homeowners.

Mr Syme represented me in a Criminal Case. I was the last person I thought would ever get into trouble but wrong crowds put me there. I had never been in trouble before. My family has used Mr. Syme for an assortment of legal issues over the years and every time the results have been as good or better than what was expected. I myself spent 7 months in court working on custody issues with the ex. Mr Syme did not give me unrealistic expectations and helped me to achieve conclusions in the most equitable and cost effective manner possible. My ex's attorney insisted on drawing everything out and keeping the meter running the whole while. The ex ended up paying thousands more than I did for legal representation and the final decision was nearly word for word in line with my initial petition. The man is old school, he'll shoot you straight even if you don't like the answer, and most importantly he genuinely cares about his people. I wouldn't even think of trusting anyone else...

My wife and I had been talking about estate planning for years but had never completed the effort. When we discovered that Sarah Murillo was opening her practice in this area, we jumped at the opportunity to complete our estate planning.
Sarah is a very competent and knowledgeable attorney. She was able to explain in easy understandable language all of the various options available, not just with how our assets were to be distributed upon our deaths, but also how to deal with mental and physical health inacapacities and various end of life situations. She was able to take all of our information provided and make a customized plan that met all of our needs. When discussing our planning with family members that already had completed estate planning, it made them consider doing updates that had never been previously discussed or made known to them when they did their estate planning.
At the end of the process, Sarah provided us with a binder that contained all of the necessary documents and steps needed to carry out our wishes, should the need eventually arise.
Sarah made a difficult subject easy to talk about. As a professional, she made the process seem personal as she genuinely took interest in our situation.

In the twenty years I have been in the United States, I have hired different lawyers to help me along the way. Some were bad, some were mediocre, some were knowledgeable but lacked the personal commitment to their clients. I was referred to Christopher by a friend, and he is by far the best immigration lawyer I have dealt with. He is not only very knowledgeable but also very personable, giving you his undivided attention and taking care of you every step along the way, personally. In my case, I needed immediate action, as I was getting divorced and no longer could stay under my husband's visa. I was in a situation where I had to leave the country but being in divorce proceedings, my child was forced to stay. Christopher is helping me by filing for a visitor visa on my behalf so I can remain in the country lawfully while I await the divorce trial and dispose of my assets. In the course of our conversation, Christoper discovered one of my older children was wrongfully barred for overstaying his student visa; since a D/S (Duration of Status) was stamped on his I-94, there is no specific date to go from when accruing the days to determine if he overstayed his visa or not. Christopher is currently helping me with removing my son's three year bar, as well. I couldn't more pleased.

I hired Keith Miller to register a trademark for me. He didn't bother to perform due diligence in advising me that my trademark, "COLORS ALLEGIANCE" was in potential infringement of an existing trademark, "ALLEGIANCE A". He advised me to register the trademark for the verbiage, "COLORS ALLEGIANCE", instead of registering our company logo, which I provided for him and expected him to register. So, I paid him around $500 to accomplish nothing. Then, after sending me the notice of rejection of my trademark, he attempts to extort me out of ANOTHER $1,500 to attempt to argue the rejection. He must have thought I fell off a truck! At this point, I realize that I stand just as good a chance of getting a circle R by applying for a trademark on my own through LegalZoom.com or any number of other diy sites.
This guy has a great set up - sit in an office writing trademark applications and collecting big bucks, succeed or fail.

PERM denied due to a simple drafting error which they acknowledged. Put me back in my timeline of acquiring a green card. Unfortunately , these things happen but they also shouldn't at this stage in the game. Applications should be reviewed properly. How is this "Lawyer" still aloowed to practice Law, screw over his clients and commit purgury and fraud.
Not only is Bradley shady, he's incompetent. He only gave me his cell number and hasn't returned a single call. He was suggesting we lie to get me off my case where I was clearly guilty, and willing to accept any and all consequences. I see that he's done this to many others. Also had been centured, had his license revoked and suspended. What a scam. Please , anyone who has encountered this crook, please please please report to the Arizona State Bar Association and the Attorney Generals office.
