Stefanie has 5 stars for a reason: she's not only great at her job knowing the law inside and out, she's also kind, dependable, compassionate and attentive. Stefanie is the best! She came over to my house on a Saturday night at 10 o'clock with her daughter and her husband because it was an urgent situation and I needed help in the moment since I was not able to see my daughter. I did not expect her to come at all, let alone stay for over an hour to help me and make me feel better. Then she met me in court on Monday morning and was able to get the relief I needed. I could not recommend her enough, she really cares and will go out of her way to help, even on the weekend!

Last year I was in the middle of a four year battle with my sister who was challenging our father's Will / Trust. Suddenly my lawyer passed away due to a tragic accident, and I needed to find new counsel. I did a search for lawyers with expertise in settling Will / Trust / Estates. I viewed several websites and when I came upon Ms Rosenthal's I knew I had struck gold. I learned of her thirty years of practice, and that her peers gave her outstanding marks, and clients gave her excellent reviews. I also learned that Deborah was past president, and current vice-president of N.Y. Women's Bar Association, and I was further impressed by her community service. I called Deborah, explained my predicament, and was relieved to hear her compassion, understanding, and optimism to reach a settlement which would honor the intention of my father's Last Will. After our first meeting, in which I gave her the four years of documents, Deborah quickly formulated a proposed settlement.
The first offer she made was so powerful and convincing, that when my sister made a counter offer, the result was a 90% victory for my side, which we accepted, and the battle was over

When I got involved with a legal issue, I turned to my neighbor who was a federal judge to ask for a lawyer he would recommend. I interviewed all 4 law firms my neighbor judge recommended. I chose the law firm headed by Charles Singer.
I found Mr. Singer to be very personable, understanding, and hard-working. Because he understood my case very well, he was able to design an effective path which eventually resulted in a positive settlement.
I highly recommend him. If he feels he can handle your legal case, hire him.

I posted a question a couple days ago and Robert answered. The next day I spoke to Robert over the phone and I was very impressed by how much he actually cared. He didn't know us, but I felt like he listened and provided the best advice that he could provide. I have had a few consultations, but most of them were stoic and did not seem interested or cared. I guess maybe that's not their job, but immigration law is very intimate in my humble opinion and requires some form of caring for the clients you represent. I'm a doctor and I cannot do my job effectively if I do not care for the patients and their family.
I would definitely retain Robert and I'll most definitely recommend him to everyone that needs a great immigration lawyer who actually cares and does not have you as a number, but instead treats you like a person with feelings, concerns and a family.

We hired Gerry to represent us in a medical malpractice suit--as a doctor made some careless mistakes in surgery resulting in the death of my mom. We interviewed a total of six other law firms (2 being top/successful firms in Manhattan and Long Island). Gerry was hired do to his personal presentation (initial office visit) and a strong personal reference that came indirectly from a leader and past president of the New York State Trial Lawyers association, who was also a competitor. Gerry and or his assistant Francis will keep you informed weekly or however you want it set up by email or even phone, never letting you wonder at any point of the litigation what is going on with your case. Remember that your lawyer will representing you during a long and lengthy process, so it is crucial to hire one that makes a good impression & aggressive, but not annoying, as your lawyer will have to deal with many types of personalities during your case. Gerry seemed to fit the criteria. He also helped guide us on how we went about setting up a special needs trust for my disabled sister so she could benefit from the settlement. and we did get a decent settlement. I started working with Gerry about 4.5 years ago, when I discovered his web site and turned for help with a wrongful death case involving my wife. Once retained, Gerry investigated a potential legal action by obtaining medical records and having the case reviewed by a medical expert.
Thanks to Gerry’s monthly update notes and our regular phone discussions, I always felt well informed of what had transpired in my case in the preceding month and what to expect in the near future. The depositions taken by Gerry from the doctors involved in the case showed that he developed an in-depth understanding of my wife’s medical history, the methodology of the surgical procedure at issue, and the clinical consequences of the surgery. As the case was nearing its final stage, Gerry provided a critical evaluation of the arguments he was planning to use in mediation, as well as the arguments likely to be used by the defense. As a result of this analysis, we were able to reach a settlement that I felt comfortable with. Throughout my collaboration with Gerry, I always felt that my case was in good hands.

My husband and I tried for 2 1/2 years to get a loan modification for our mortgage. We hired two previous law firms (who did nothing but take our money) before turning to Radow Law Group. They were able to get us a permanent loan modification in 4 months. I cannot praise this law firm enough. They go out of their way to get the job done. I had retained Stacy to help me dispute a debt collection matter. She was very knowledgeable about the Regulations and explained to me my defenses as a consumer. The end result was the company dropped there collection efforts because Stacy was able to prove to them they were wrong. In addition they wanted to charge me a collections fee and Stacy was able to have them remove all charges and take me off my credit reports. I was very happy with the overall experience and outcome.
