In transitioning the experience of an ever changing world, my wife, Shirin and I were seeking legal professionals not only for their experience, but also their ability to understand our personal situation regarding Living Trust and Estate Planning . Geoffrey is best of the best.

He listened to our questions and provided answers in words we could understand.

More than once, Geoffrey went the extra mile and was always there for us above and beyond our client/lawyer relationship. It is my pleasure to recommend Geoffrey as a very qualified attorney who can handle any unique legal situation he is knowledgeable and trained. The law firm of Unsworth LaPlante are lucky to have him as one of their employee.

I came to Geoffrey with my business partner looking for help in the matter of changing our business from a DBA to an LLC. Going into this process, there were things we admittedly didn't know that we had to do. Geoffrey was very helpful in directing us, making sure we covered all the steps necessary in order to complete the process properly. We were very pleased with his thoroughness, his attention to detail, and his personable nature, making himself available to us to answer any of our questions, no matter how big or small. He was a huge help in navigating us through our operating agreement, acting as a proactive listener and providing us with helpful suggestions in order to come to an agreement of which we both understood and were satisfied with. I would highly recommend Geoffrey to anybody looking for help the way we were, and truly appreciate his care and attention to detail in all matters that involved us as his clients.

Fred helped a family member of mine. He is a busy man and may be hard to connect with at times but he gave us his all and was empathetic to the difficult time we were dealing with. He called me on a Sunday, to bring me up to speed, and often times spent a half hour on the phone with me. He was patient and caring. Most importantly he believes in the good in people!

Exceptional Litigant who takes on a matter and keeps you informed all along the way. He stayed on the case, contacting the opposing attorney, discussing the matter, addressing issues/concerns and keeping me informed, standing by my side. The most open attorney I have ever met. I am so pleased with his work and would highly recommend him.

Using Mr. Rench I felt I was a annoyance when I asked to see him, asked him a question or tried to get him to return my calls or email. We paid him in full up front. He did not properly inform me of my rights. I felt he made no effort to actually defend me in fact I felt like he was working for the prosecution more then not. He did not file the appeals paperwork as I informed him I wanted to do.

How Much Does a Lawyer Cost?

The cost of hiring a lawyer varies widely based on several factors:

Common in personal injury cases; the lawyer receives a percentage (typically 25% to 40%) of any settlement or award.
    • Monthly Retainer:
For ongoing services, businesses might pay a monthly fee for a set number of hours or services.
  • Factors Affecting Cost:

    • Geographic Location:
Legal fees can vary significantly by region or city.
    • Additional Expenses:
