I came to Geoffrey with my business partner looking for help in the matter of changing our business from a DBA to an LLC. Going into this process, there were things we admittedly didn't know that we had to do. Fred helped a family member of mine. He is a busy man and may be hard to connect with at times but he gave us his all and was empathetic to the difficult time we were dealing with. He called me on a Sunday, to bring me up to speed, and often times spent a half hour on the phone with me. He was patient and caring. Most importantly he believes in the good in people!

Using Mr. Rench I felt I was a annoyance when I asked to see him, asked him a question or tried to get him to return my calls or email. We paid him in full up front. He did not properly inform me of my rights. I felt he made no effort to actually defend me in fact I felt like he was working for the prosecution more then not. He did not file the appeals paperwork as I informed him I wanted to do.
