Christine Howard was thoughtful and supportive throughout the entire process. She minimized the headaches and hassles that are often attached to separation/divorce. Christine was clear and upfront about what was expected on my end and how things would play out, as long as my ex-spouse and I could come to a mutial agreement. She was compassionate and kind and really made things very easy considering this was one of the more difficult times in my life. If you have a WC claim I would not recommend them! Got hurt at my job ended up having joshua as my attorney. Time goes on in my case where I started going to see my own Dr's and what they were telling me was not matching up with what WC dr's were saying cause I no longer trusted the nothing is wrong with you stuff WC dr's try and push on you. If you get that gut feeling to fire your attorney do it sooner rather than later where other attorneys say it is to far in on the case. I spoke to a few other attorney's about my case not at C&C . Which they said did he tell you this did he tell you that I said no did he try and get the video I said no. Which they said he should have told you those thing's . It's like he was more for my employer side than he was actually my side. Simple and plain I do not recommend them PERIOD!!!!!!

I retained Kevin for a separation case, and am extremely glad that I did. His initial fact gathering session with me was extremely thorough, and enabled him to clearly define my options and possible outcomes. His communication with me throughout the process was unprecedented. He personally kept me up to date on developments and the path he saw as being best. His creativity in developing a final agreement within an extremely short window of time (3 weeks) helped alleviate a long, litigious process and allowed me to get back to my life post marriage. He is extremely knowledgeable of case law, and can "think on the fly" if necessary. In the end, he basically wrote the agreement to which opposing counsel willingly accepted. Mr. James Bannister and his father, Mr. Oscar Bannister are extraordinary people and attorneys! Words can never accurately express their greatness! My children and I went through a horrific ordeal when we were seperated unwarranted due to an assault on myself. Because I had pending charges due to the assault ( the father of my child claimed that I shot him without reason but it was proven that I had reason and the rights to stand my ground after he forced his way into my home) my children were temporarily placed in the custody of a relative! Mr. James Bannister made sure that they were not lost in the system! He and his dad Mr. Oscar Bannister collaborated and represented me in both my family and criminal case! I was ultimately found to have acted in self defense, all charges dropped and my children were back at home where they belonged! Before the charges were dropped the children were placed back in my home due to the Bannisters and their aggressive and thorough drive to have them back home to prevent any further distress! I remember telling Mr. Bannister that my children were afraid that I was going to jail and his exact words to me were " you tell them , NOT ON MY WATCH!" I thank GOD for the Bannisters! They are forever in my heart and my prayers along with their paralegals Cheree and Terri!!!

Rachel met with the police officer prior to the court date to work out a deal. She was able to convince him to agree to defer my sentences. The police officer suggested to the judge that my sentencing be deferred. I didn’t have to speak in court. I had to pay no fines. As long as I don’t have any run-ins with the law, I will have nothing on my record. The whole process was completely painless. I've been thoroughly impressed with Zandra. She made me feel like I was her only client when I was with her working on my custody case which was different than lawyers in the past. Mr. Anderson and his team worked with me in navigating through a car accident in which I was rear-ended while at a complete stop.
