I have never had to sue anyone before in my 60 years of life, but I think when some service companies see a woman who lives alone, they think they can bully her. I had 2 HORRIFIC experiences with HVAC companies…2 companies in a row! Terry came highly recommended to me by an acquaintance in town, after a previous attorney dropped the ball. Terry was patient, thorough, detailed and very professional. Thanks to a Terry’s advice, and hard work on my behalf, I didn’t have to go to court for either case! We won the first case in arbitration, which Terry suggested would be much less expensive and take far less time, than going to court. The second case settled out of court in less than a month. Both cases were won in less than a year of each other. That’s probably a world record! I HIGHLY recommend Terry to anyone looking for an excellent attorney who’s a winner!
