Mr. Novo has recently helped me to revise my will and set up a trust to protect my property. His knowledge of current estate and tax law was impressive. He was able to find several flaws in my previous will and suggested several ways to redirect my assets that better reflected my concerns. He clearly explained the benefits of a revocable trust and walked me through all the possible options and consequences of such choices. He answered any and all questions that I had until I was fully satisfied with the documents.
I highly recommend Mr. Novo to anyone who may have simple will and trust problems or to those who need a strong and well prepared advocate for them in dealing with tax and IRS problems

Jessica Brown is the first person you should speak with about a family court matter in Bronx county. I wish I had.
After a year passed with nothing happening, I had to switch attorneys.
Ms. Brown made that easy, and right away things started happening.
My representation was pro-active, assertive, and thoughtful. She helped me understand clearly some difficult choices I had to make. She made things tough for my opposition so they would be more inclined to settle.
And most importantly she won addition visitation for my child.

I have used this lawyer for my divorce. Her paralegal Maggy informed me that her boss, Mr Hammer, is too busy for me. In addition Maggies attitude towards me was hostile. That should have rang a bell. Letters to me were send open, so the postman could have a look inside. In the end I ended up paying just fees for dismal results at best. I should have never hired her. I suspect Maggy did most of this dismal work as the papers contained hundreds of spelling and grammatical errors. Very poor over all.
