Justin and Edward have been the BEST team I've dealt with. They are very responsive and personable with any questions or concerns I have. They understand the importance of each situation and get it handled with out any delay. I was faced with an issue of violence and unsafe living and needed to get out of a lease and they came through for me without hesitation by taking the reins and dealing with it with the most professionalism I have seen. They took the stress and made it completely disappear for me. Thanks again for all of the support and hard work that was displayed. They proved that the system does work and you don't have to be stuck living uncomfortably or in a dangerous situation.

Where do I begin? Greyson exceeded my expectations! From the first day I met him - he took a genuine interest in my life, my injuries & getting to know me. He made me feel very comfortable and assured me he would fight for me. And fight for me he did!
I was injured in a slip and fall nearly 5 years ago, it was an independent cleaning company that was mopping. They denied any liability and actually tried to place the blame on me. I sustained a spinal cord injury, nerve damage and was also diagnosed with a tricky hard to explain pain syndrome CRPS (complex regional pain syndrome). So when we went to trial Greyson had his work cut out for him. He had to prove that the cleaning company should be found liable and then fight for my damages.
Greyson was incredibly thorough and very knowledgeable of the law. He made very clear & concise points, was very well spoken and was truly a pleasure to work with. He checked in on me during the whole process and made sure I knew exactly what to expect.
As my trial concluded, Greyson gave me the biggest hug and said the reason he became a lawyer is to help wrongfully injured people like me. Due to his skill as a lawyer WE WON! He proved that the cleaning company was 100% liable and I received a multi-million dollar ruling.

In August 2012, I suffered several major injuries after falling from a third story window that had not been properly kept up to current safety code regulations. I had gone to dinner with a guy I had just started dating a few weeks prior and decided to sleep at this house instead of driving home after drinking a couple glasses of wine. Some time after we had gone to sleep, I woke up in a daze on the ground - my hands were dangling from my wrists, I couldn't remember where I was, and I was trying to get help. It wasn't until later in the ER that I found out I had fractured several vertebrae that resulted in me needing a large spinal fusion, I had fractured my sacrum and sternum, and severely fractured both wrists which needed to be repaired through the insertion of hardware. I had fallen from a window that could be pushed open with less than three pounds of pressure and that had a windowsill 19 inches in height (which fell right at my kneecap). My entire world had changed overnight--I felt like I was 22 going on 90 and knew my life would never really be the same again.
Two years later, I was in contact with Greyson at the Simon Law Group to help me prove that the building owners' negligence was the direct cause of my injuries. I'm not going to sugarcoat this--going into litigation after suffering a traumatic injury through a traumatic event is like signing yourself up for voluntary PTSD. You're constantly forced to relive and retell and recall bits and pieces of information that you've shoved down into the depths of your mind because we're humans and thats what we do in order to self-preserve. If you're going to have to relive and and retell and recall bits and pieces of information that you find difficult to talk about, Greyson is your guy! He was one of a few attorneys working on my case, but I worked with Greyson the closest for the first two years to get all of our evidence together. There were days when I tried to give up and really felt like the battle wasn't worth fighting anymore, but Greyson never let me give up. He believed in me and there's nothing that is more important when hiring an attorney than hiring one that truly believes in you and only has your best interest at heart. Greyson feels like family to me now--I confided a lot in him and never felt unsafe doing so.
I could go on and on and on all day about how awesome it was to have Greyson by my side during this whole experience, but I guess the most important part is that after all that time, all those tears, all the times I wanted to give up--I'm glad I didn't. Last month, the case went to trial for nearly four weeks and after many ups and downs (but mostly ups), we won this case with an INCREDIBLE verdict in our favor. It all started with a Nursing Board case that truly shook me to my core, I was in complete panic when I was introduced to Suzanne after I called the Law Firm she works for via Google search, a man answered the phone, I told him what was going on and he said “I have the perfect person to represent you, I’ll have her call you in the morning”. He didn’t even hesitate to tell me who that person was, it was indeed Suzanne Crouts. The very next day I talked to her on the phone for a LENGTHY amount of time talking about my case and what I needed to do. Not once did I feel rushed or just “another client” with a sob story, she really wanted to help me and hear MY truth, not just some ego driven police report. Suzanne looked at the facts of the matter and put me at ease of what was ahead of me even though I knew it was going to be rough. Not once did she sugar coat or sell me a dream. Michael did a fantastic job, helping us to navigate our chapter 7 bankruptcy. My wife and I first filed chapter 7 Pro-Per, that was a Big mistake. We received a letter shortly after we filed from Michael asking if we needed any assistance he would be glad to look over our papers at no charge and give free advice. Well, we did call him and he saved our bankruptcy case. We not only made several mistakes but needed help especially with the Means test. He agreed to take our case and show up at the 341 meeting. After that, Michael did a lot of work; sending emails and talking with the Court Trustee and State Trustee, refiling schedules etc. Michael always got back to us immediately to answer any of our questions. We would have never got our discharge without Michael! He is young but we highly recommend him for legal assistance with any bankruptcy. He earned more than he actually charged and that is hard to say today about any professional attorney.

I hired Mike Ayotte to help me fight a communications company after they actually took money from my account unlawfully. I greatly advise you to go somewhere else. This Law group are not professional specifically Eric and Jamie and ultimately Robert Simon - he tends to be more about his life - as you can clearly see on his ig - - I would also like to add Robert Simon tried to help but ultimately did nothing other than what he should have done in the first place - I strongly believe they are shady and deceptive they work more to make others money more than the client - I literally couldn’t wait to end this relationship they all work together along with many others but you will need to pull teeth trying to get information, Eric Heath literally made me do his job by having me contact the hospital with my medical bills he literally had no clue what was going on it was terrible and unprofessional. Not only this but I was lied to on many occasions and was bounced back from one person to another. Very sad, they act like they care about and your injuries but their actions say different. Once they have you under contract they can care less and won’t want to do much leg work. I also experienced shady business regarding my MED PAY - and them taking this as a personal gain for themselves please be informed that they are not honest -they ended up taking 33% instead of 33.333 because they knew I was aware of this shady business I was advised of from another lawyer I reached out to for advise . Thank GOD for him. I will be reporting them to the Bar Association and will file a formal complaint. They also failed to recompénsate me for my personal property damage - Jamie who was I charge of this lead me on for months in my opinion pretending to be working on this but ultimately finally came back with sum bogus claim that they denied my case when we had already won and I was compensated by both insurances. I believe she is a liar - so she can’t be trusted. Same with Eric Heath - he claimed to be a lawyer but that’s not the case.
Robert definitely is a gas lighter along with Eric his helper who I just mentioned, ultimately I REGRET going with them. So please do your self a favor and go with a different law firm.

This Law group are not professional specifically Eric and Jamie and ultimately Robert Simon - he tends to be more about his life - as you can clearly see on his ig - - I would also like to add Robert Simon tried to help but ultimately did nothing other than what he should have done in the first place - I strongly believe they are shady and deceptive they work more to make others money more than the client - I literally couldn’t wait to end this relationship they all work together along with many others but you will need to pull teeth trying to get information, Eric Heath literally made me do his job by having me contact the hospital with my medical bills he literally had no clue what was going on it was terrible and unprofessional. Not only this but I was lied to on many occasions and was bounced back from one person to another. Very sad, they act like they care about and your injuries but their actions say different. Once they have you under contract they can care less and won’t want to do much leg work. I also experienced shady business regarding my MED PAY - and them taking this as a personal gain for themselves please be informed that they are not honest -they ended up taking 33% instead of 33.333 because they knew I was aware of this shady business I was advised of from another lawyer I reached out to for advise . Thank GOD for him. I will be reporting them to the Bar Association and will file a formal complaint. They also failed to recompénsate me for my personal property damage - Jamie who was I charge of this lead me on for months in my opinion pretending to be working on this but ultimately finally came back with sum bogus claim that they denied my case when we had already won and I was compensated by both insurances. I believe she is a liar - so she can’t be trusted. Same with Eric Heath - he claimed to be a lawyer but that’s not the case.
Robert definitely is a gas lighter along with Eric his helper who I just mentioned, ultimately I REGRET going with them. So please do your self a favor and go with a different law firm.
