I hired Renee on a recommendation, and I am so glad I did. I had an extremely contentious divorce that included an appointment of a special master, a discovery master, and a gatekeeper motion. My ex had two lawyers voluntarily remove themselves from representing him under emergency reasons before he settled on representing himself. After 3 ½ years and almost 300 filings with the court, we finally settled. Renee never wavered and was with me from day one. She went above and beyond to navigate the complexities and emotional strain involved. Her dedication to my case, sound advice and consistent communication is commendable. Her unwavering presence in my journey through this made her part of my family. I can only hope that others seeking legal advice also hire Renee as they will find legal expertise in probate and divorce court, a trusted source for your network and someone who’s compassion is heartwarming.

Was given an appointment was told 8 to 8000 to 10,000 to retain this lawyer when I hadn’t even had a consult first I wanted to know if I should be retaining a lawyer I wanted to ask the question and they want eight to $10,000 to retain this lawyer it’s bogus they said they would call they never called the lady I spoke to on the phone was so rude Very rude. I can’t even believe she does customer service that’s OK that’s not the problem. The problem is I don’t think Lawyer even knows what’s happening on the phone when his secretary speaks where they’re coming from but I don’t get how they handled that I waited two days to hear from this lawyer and then that’s what I got , I’ll give you two stars that

Representing myself against Jason, I’m appalled and shocked how simple procedural tasks (like ensuring opposing counsel has memorandum 3 days before trial) are not completed on time.
He took over for another attorney… but they missed a perjury hearing with the magistrate
And then he said, paraphrasing of course “Lawyers aren’t under oath so we can’t be committed of perjury”
Your client wasn’t given the statement so nobody can be charged here…
So you’re saying it’s ok to lie in court? As there are no ramifications- what about the board of ethics?
No attempt to settle - he’s like most attorneys -> a GLORIFIED SALESMAN that needs to know the law but only job is to take as much money from his clients rather than advise them to settle

We had worked with another attorney for earlier stages of the process and we were not confident about how to approach the path forward… and then we hired Nicole Levy. Nicole immediately put us at ease. She was knowledgeable about the entire legal process and guided us forward all while taking our ideas into account, moving us in a direction that we were all comfortable and confident with. Nicole communicated with us frequently and clearly throughout all of the stages and made sure that we were adequately prepared. Our only regret is that we didn’t hire Nicole earlier in the process. She comes with our highest recommendation.

Jessica seamlessly championed my case and I could not have been more satisfied. Being my first experience with the court system, I was terrified; Jessica put me at ease from our very first meeting. She patiently answered all of my questions in a manner I could understand which addressed any concerns I had. Being from out of state added another layer of stress; however, throughout my ordeal Jessica kept up regular communication and pushed through any logistical issues including opening up her schedule to accommodate changes. I hired Attorney Foley for a probable cause hearing. The case was out of Dorchester District Court. She did an excellent job. She is tremendously hard working and and on top of her cases. She kept me informed throughout the process and was able to keep me calm during the proceedings. This past spring I met with Jessica Foley to represent me on my first time criminal matter and in speaking with her was convinced that she was more than capable of handling my case. Boy was I ever wrong on hiring her. On my first court appearance she shows up 20 minutes late (mind you I am freaking out that she is not here well ahead of time and in knowing where the courthouse is). In going before the Judge, she looks to get the trial pushed out and asks me my availability for the next date. I told her anytime, she pushes it out a month further than what was initially offer by the court.
When we leave the court, she speaks to me for about 10 minutes and just says “Oh well, this is the way the court system works” and leaves. I then get a call later in the day from her office looking for payment of the balance due on the flat fee agreement amount. Really concerned about her clients well-being and just looking to line her bank account. I could have stood before the court and accomplished the same result as she did without having to pay for it.
A week later I send her an email asking her to explain herself and what happen and get no response back. As my next trial date approached, I ended up speaking to two other attorney’s and learned far more than anything Jessica initially told me. At that point I decided to terminate my representation as I knew I would be better served going with someone else.
We are now in dispute over her legal fees and getting nowhere to resolving it. If you read this, be advised and do not make the same mistake I made as it will cost you spend your hard earned money and get nothing in return. Jessica is an unresponsive, unsympathetic and typical self-absorbed attorney.
