This was my first experience with the court system or an attorney. As a father going for custody, the odds were stacked against me, but in the end I received full custody and a lot more. Russell did an excellent job handling my DUI case. During the initial consultation he was able to explain the whole process and during subsequent meetings he completely prepared my for the next stages of the process. On appeal he was able to get the charges dismissed completely, with no fines or jail time and I will be able to get the arrest expunged completely in the future. He and his staff are knowledgeable and have been attentive to every aspect of the case during the whole process. I only had to actually appear in court one time, with other appearances being handled completely by his associates before I could be called up.

Mr. Frank Ward is an honest and sincere lawyer who I will entrust with any future needs. On calling to discuss a speeding ticket (21 over), he provided advice on how to personally approach the issue and have the ticket dismissed. He did so without requesting any compensation, and offered his services if I had any problems. He is both professional and personable. I have great respect for Mr. Ward as he ensured that everything I needed was taken care of efficiently and effectively. I have no doubts that I recommend him.

We contacted Mr. Ward after I received a DUI while driving through Alabama. These reviews are no joke and we checked all of them before contacting Frank. If there were more stars I would give them to him. Having to use an out of state attorney I thought would be tricky but he made everything as easy as possible. I talked to him quite a few time by phone and then met him in person on my court date. He is very concerned for your well being as well as working hard to get the best outcome for your case. In the end, all my charges were dismissed and I can't thank him enough.

When my husband was laid off from work, the timing could not have been worse for us financially. We had been through a few years of unforeseeable financial issues, and were somewhat overextended as a result. The total loss of income meant there was no way to meet all obligations.
We researched bankruptcy lawyers online, and talked to a couple. It was clear from the initial contact with Ms Tanner that she is very knowledgeable in her field, is a clear communicator and is able to obtain what information she needs from a client in order to give the best advice, and is very compassionate.
We chose to retain her as our attorney, and from the very start, she gave clear, concise instructions as to how best to navigate the best course of action. Within a year, all was taken care of, without any unpleasant surprises. The staff was also always very responsive and helpful throughout the entire experience. All in all, Ms. Tanner made this as painless as it can possibly be to go through bankruptcy, and we are very grateful for her representation.

We did not expect our situation could be resolved with just one appearance in court. But our lawyer, Thomas Jarvinen, made that happen to our utter surprise and relief. At that one and only court appearance we needed to be present for, we had no idea what to expect.
But a few minutes later, our lawyer told us the prosecuting attorney now wishes to drop all changes (against me) and strike all court records (so related to my case).
How in the world Mr. Jarvinen was able to persuade the prosecutor against me to do this (essentially throw in the towel), which would totally clear my name is still a mystery to us. Who would have thought what we felt to be a complicated issue that no doubt, or so we assumed, would involve discord and arguments my and God knows what all else, especially as our particular problem had us pitted against a U.S. corporate giant, that we had so little as even a snowballs chance being cleared of anything negative involving a corporate giant and just little old me, but the jaw dropping summation of it all for us was indeed legal victory. So yes sometimes even we common citizens prevail over the almighty power of the girded bastions of corporate advantage, whether it be political advantage, financial advantage, advantages related to corporate claims of equal rights under corporate personhood laws now enacted, or anything else. As a just published book on "Am***n" states : "The Rich Dont Always Win..."
Granted, our case was "small potatoes" in most other citizens' opinions, in comparison to many others, but even small victories add up. Too us, we find what's more important than "how" he won our case is "that" he won our case!
We, husband and self highly recommend this lawyer, whom even other lawyers have commented that he did a really good job for us, and we also recommend the Russ Crumbley Law Firm where he is an active legal professional along with Russ.
Russ used to be a coworker of my husband at the hospital where they were coworkers together. But quit some time back, while holding his full time radiology job along with my husband, Russ felt a call to learn and practice law, and boy is he good at it! As are the partners he's chosen, and just as he was as my husband's collegue in hospital radiology practice.

They have a well appointed, very nice two story red break colonial office building on the service road for Memorial Parkway South, set very close to that service road, with room for customer parking at the direct front of the building. As someone who has been in several legal situations which was the focus of my appeal, the most important thing any attorney can do for their client is advocate in a way that is applicable to your situation and the law. These types of cases require risk mitigation experts such as Ron Syskstus. Ron took all my emails (there were plenty) at any hour of the day or night to make sure he was always informed and could advocate for me appropriately. Working with Ron over the last year and half while we waited for the appeal hearing he and I maintained a great relationship that felt more like a family member rather than just someone on my case. Ron is extremely personable and empathic to his clients when life happens, and boy does it happen. At my hearing I quickly realized that Ron is well respected in the legal community regarding clearance retention actions. It is much better to have a qualified and respected captain at the helm who is familiar with the waters you are in, rather than go alone and sight unseen; -for me Ron was that captain. We had an abundance of evidence in support of my position, (over 50 exhibits) Ron and his team beautifully put it all together to tell my side of the story, but also in a way that was understandable for the judge. Ron is an expert in the security clearance space. In 2017, I ran into some challenges related to reinstating my Secret security clearance. My husband and I met with Ron and ultimately hired him to represent me at a clearance hearing. Ron helped us in gathering documentation and preparing for the hearing. He was able to resolve the investigator's concerns prior to the hearing. My clearance being reinstated was critical to my career working for a large DoD contractor. Fast forward to 2022/23 and I had taken on a new role that now required special program access and an upgrade to Top Secret. First and foremost I want to just let everyone know that this man/ lawyer is a gift from God and I’m not just saying that he truly is. I had so much going on at one point in my life I had cases everywhere and he took on my case where I was facing time behind bars and let me tell you I could always get in touch with him it was never a phone call that he did not pick up and he is not a lawyer that once he’s paid he ignores you, he’s sharp, smart has a good working relationship with prosecutors. I could go on and on about what an outstanding law firm this is and they never make you feel like you’re a bad person , even if you are guilty of what you’ve been charged. Randy always sees the bright side of things if you’re going through a case that’s tough Ferguson and Ferguson is the law firm to choose. I would recommend Ferguson and Ferguson 1000% especially if you’ve been charged with a crime that could get you a felony and time behind bars . They do exactly what you ask and I was looking at a class A or B felony and Randy got it reduced to a misdemeanor, no jail time and unsupervised probation. You can’t really name that many lawyers that can do that , but if you want a great outcome then it’s Ferguson and Ferguson who you want to go with. I don’t usually do reviews but Randy did such a phenomenal job in my case I have to recommend them. Randy is smart , honest and hard-working and he’s going to do the best job for you so make sure you choose them if you’re going through a case that could affect your life because these lawyers truly care about what happens with your life. Ferguson and Ferguson is the right choice.

I have been through the worst and back with divorce. And have seen the worst in people and especially lawyers and the legal system. I never wanted to talk to another attorney again.
